Thank you! Our goal is You...giving you the best experience possible! We love the location too! Come again in the summer when the city night beach bonfire is going. It is so nice to walk across the street and end the night around a big bon fire, music, and the beach! Great having your family as guests!

My niece and I met in Ludington for a family reunion. This wonderful cottage was the perfect place for us. We just used the downstairs. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare what I had to take to the reunion dinner.m, it was nice and cool for sleeping and everything was so cute and clean! And less than five minutes to the beach at Sterns Park! What more could we ask for? And, Stacy was the perfect hostess! She immediately answered any questions with kindness!

You make my heart smile! I loved getting the texts and pictures of you and your family having a wonderful time together! That is why we rent to people so we can see through their eyes what brings them joy! From relaxing to playing at the beach, to family and friend gatherings to sweet treats that people cook in our kitchen like brownies...secretly in my heart I was hoping one would be on the counter when you left. However, the other surprise you left was incredibly thoughtful! Thank you for being you, sharing the house with your niece, and through your joy allowing me to feel as if I was on vacation from the texts and kindness you shared. By all means we would absolutely love for you to come again!

This was our second time staying here. We have been coming up to Ludington for 25 years and spend most of our days at the beach. Great location, easy walk to city beach! Love that they have extra beach stuff in the basement in case you forget something, (body boards, beach toys, coolers, chairs). We would definitely stay here again! Host is easy to work with!
