Located in the center of Sea Pines Harbor Town with direct views of our harbor and beautiful lighthouse.

Enjoy strolling the shops and restaurants of Harbor Town Marina and playing golf at The Harbor Town Golf Links golf course where tge RBC Heritage occurs every year. Watch the sunset near the 18th hole or have a drink at The Quarterdeck as the boats go by.

Wonderful view of the harbor and lighthouse. Nice cozy condo with excellent access. Note: This survey insists I rate the pool facilities. Giving it a 1 only because I was not aware there were pool facilities and it will not allow me to give it an N/A.

Harbor Town Marina

We had a great time, Sea Pines has so much to offer. First time we have stayed in Harbor Town, our condo delivered with a great view and access to the shops and restaurants.

Old and moldy smelling

I am sorry but we were very disappopinted - the location is outstanding but the unit needs updating. There was mold in the bathroom (especialliy under shower door). AND speaking of the shower, had to be very careful not to slip as the drain in about 1/2' deep. We had to keep a window open the entire time to counteract the moldy/stale smell. There were NO instruction for anything - very hard to figure out how to even use the TV. Again no instructions on how to lock/unlock sliding door AND the sliding door was unlocked when we arrived. No info on Hilton Head or the area. Trash code lock was different in the various emails sent. As mentioned in earlier review some of the dishes were dirty. Also the glass ware over the sink was disgned for a giant - I am 5'2" and could not reach the glasses. Furniture is a bit worn down and saggey as well.

Great location!

We enjoyed staying in Harbour Town during this visit to Hilton Head. The location was ideal with a great view of the harbor. The unit was clean and communication easy. We’ll look for this listing in the future when we come back.

Great Location

The property met my expectations based on the photos and description. Communications with the property manager (Alicia) were exceptional. Detailed responses were provided in a very timely manner. It’s a beautiful area and the condo offers a great view of the Marina and Lighthouse. I would not hesitate to book this property again.

Thanksgiving getaway

Great getaway spot, great location. Only recommendation is the have a welcome book. This was our first time in Hilton Head it would have been great to have some pointers.

Four days: attendance at a wedding & 2 day "get away"

Neat and clean. Superb, responsive owner. Great location, great view of the Harbor. Perfect for attending a wedding which we did. Missing a few minor items (shared with owner who indicated she would correct). One drawback: very firm mattress! Hard on “old" shoulders for side-sleepers.

Below expectations

Generally, a nice condo, but there were some issues. The patio door was very difficult to open and close. Dishes put away in the cabinet were not clean and when advised of that issue, there was no apology from management the patio was not cleaned very well. Would not stay there again

Can’t beat these Harbour Town views

Perfectly-sized condo for a couple. Everything you would need for a short stay is furnished. Sitting out on the balcony overlooking that scene is unbeatable! Would definitely love to stay here again. Alicia is a responsive host and easy to work with. 10/10 long weekend stay.

Perfect Spot

Absolutely perfect location, and beautiful view. We would stay again. Bedroom isn’t as climate controlled as the main living area, and shower could use help with drainage while showering. Definitely would stay again and thankful for the ease of reservations.

Beautiful views

We enjoyed coffee each morning on our balcony overlooking the Marina/ Lighthouse in Harbour Town. We saw dolphins swimming around one morning and had a hummingbird the next. It was lovely.

Unhappy

Smell when you entered. Unwashed sheet pan on oven rack. Hairs in sheets like someone slept in it. Loud pitched noise from fridge or AC. Bathroom sink and mirror were NOT cleaned. Shower leaked a lot, out onto the floor. Mold in bathroom ceiling. Crumbs at edge of couch. Limited wash clothes were stained.

Beautiful View and Great VRBO

Great VRBO! Beautiful view from the balcony. The rental is close to shops, golf and food. The condo was just as the pictures looked. The air adjustment was not to our liking but was adjusted as requested. We are definitely coming back. We had a great week.

Harbour Town Heaven

The villa was perfect for my wife and I to call home for the long weekend on Hilton Head. Close to great restaurants and walking and the sun-set never disappoints. Will rent again!
