Luxurious 7 Bedroom, 8 Bathroom with Stunning Southern View. Sleeps a maximum of 26 people in beds.

Enjoy the privacy and magnificent views from our beautifully furnished 6000-square-foot home. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. The huge gourmet kitchen features appliances for feeding and catering to large groups. Spectacular great room and second living room for family gatherings. Large, private master suite with fireplace, private balcony, walk-in shower, and luxurious bathtub. Three floors of furnished space allow guests to enjoy a group dynamic, or find privacy for reading and relaxing. Downstairs conference room, with a smart TV and tables and chairs which may be set up for large gatherings, business presentations, or a movie night!

Relax in the Jacuzzi as deer and turkey wander the property. Dine on the wrap-around balcony while enjoying the unobstructed view of the Zion wilderness. At night, watch the Milky Way galaxy and star gaze in the incredibly low light and quiet solitude of this mountain abode. Play ping pong or use the outdoor sand volleyball and tetherball courts.

This is the largest lot in the neighborhood and a short walk to Zion Ponderosa Ranch Resort that features a restaurant, horseback riding, ATV’s, game room, zip line, excursions, and two seasonal pools, water slides, and spas. (Check with the resort for fees, which are subject to change.)

Bordering Zion National Park, you can walk to many local trails (slot canyons, creeks, and peaks). Take a short drive to the Zion East entrance, a 40-minute walk to the amazing Jolley Gulch, or hike out to Observation Point. This resort is centrally located with a 40-minute drive to Kanab, a 1.5-hour drive to Bryce Canyon National Park, and 2 hours to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon.

Have it all while enjoying the beauty of Southern Utah.

This beautiful home was just perfect for our large family. The area was absolutely stunning and the host, Debra, was very helpful with our many questions and anticipated every possible need. The house and furnishings were comfy with plenty of areas to sit and visit and room for the 8 grandchildren to play. I highly recommend this home and would love to come back sometime. We had a wonderful vacation here!

Stunning view from every window! The home was beautiful, and well stocked with everything you need for your stay. We enjoyed a short trip to Bryce, Overlook hike to Zions, peek-a-boo hike, and the coral pink sand dunes. So much to do, and spending a week celebrating with our family for Thanksgiving and our 50 tear anniversary! Perfect!!

The home was spacious and soothing to be in. Sharon is an incredible host, taking care of every detail. And you have the glories of Zion national Park just 10 minutes away. Couldn’t be better!

Wonderful Family Getaway Place

We absolutely loved the property. The location is great, there are some great activities for the family on the site of the resort (pool, mini-golf, tennis, field for various games, climbing wall, etc.), but the house was even better! Beautiful, large, very comfortable, very well appointed, has everything needed for a family get together with a bunch of adult children and their spouses. Highly recommended!

Great house for a large group. Fully stocked with everything a large multi-generational group could need. We had 14 family members, ages 1-66. Debra was amazing as a host, very responsive and helpful. The house location was not only beautiful but convenient to Zion and a gorgeous drive each day. Highly recommend taking a day to see Bryce Canyon as well. Well worth the drive. Thank you Debra for making our stay so comfortable.

Thanksgiving 2022

The property was amazing. All we needed was the food. Fresh turkeys walking all around the property but we opted for frozen! Beautiful nightly stars. Saw shooting stars. Great hikes everywhere around this fabulous house. Attention to detail, it had everything we needed. Great find!

Great Vacation Home

We came for a family vacation to this lovely home and were thrilled by what we found. We had never been to a vacation home in the area and were pleasantly surprised by the quality offering we found. The place is clean, spacious and met all our expectations. Its proximity to Zions National park made it so we could enjoy that amazing place without "roughing it". The nearby Ponderosa also meant our kids had a blast with the zip lines and the pool, tennis, etc. Overall we had an amazing time and made some wonderful memories. I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for something near Zions or if you just want a beautiful home secluded in the beauty of nature. You'll have everything you need here.

45th college reunion

We were a group 24 people who held a class reunion in Zion national park from Sept 18 to Sept 23. We have rented this property for 14 people. It was an amazing place with great views and amenities. Debra was fantastic in meeting our needs and being available to address some last minute requests. The property is well equipped, and met all our expectations. It is a great location for family of different sizes to hold get togethers for events of all types. We would highly reccomend this place, and will definitely stay here in the future. Thans for everything Debra!

Great for family reunions

We loved staying here. There was plenty of room for our extended family. The kitchen was fully stocked with all we needed to prepare all our meals. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the volleyball court right on the property. It was fun to be close to Ponderosa Ranch Resort where we enjoyed swimming, playing miniature golf and pickle ball. ( the drawback to that was the smell of the open sewer ponds) We loved how close it is to Zions and hiking trails. There was also a place that someone in our group took others repelling and those that went had an experience they will always remember. We made some fantastic memories there. Thanks so much!

What a wonderful experience for our family! This property is as good as advertised . . . No, better than advertised! 5 Stars all the way around! With all the COVID stuff going on, our family of 30 cautiously decided to follow through with our annual family vacation and we're certainly glad we did. This property was spotless, had ample room for family activities and the kitchen was very well supplied with pots/pans/eating utensils, etc.; the property manager was in-touch and available to answer questions and offer suggestions. And the surrounding parks and canyons provided spectacular day hikes and plenty of room for social distancing! Highly recommend!

Great Gathering Place

Purpose of our stay was to celebrate my 70th birthday and to hike Zion National Park. Our hosts, Debra and Steve were outstanding! They provided responses to various questions very quickly.There were trails into the Park in close proximity to the property The main entrance to the Park was about 20-30 minutes drive.House was spacious with plenty of room to hang out, whether it be inside or out on the deck. The kitchen was well stocked with pots/pans, plates, glasses, etc. The dining area was also very accommodating for the group. There was generous quantities of dish soap, paper towels, laundry soap, hand soap In addition, there were two refigerators to hold ample food for the group. After long days of strenuous hikes, the hot tub was a welcome sight! Towels were supplied for it also. Beds were comfortable and plenty of bathroom towels and TP were supplied for each bedroom/bath.Both Check- in and Check-out was very well explained and easy. Deck could have used more than one rocking chair, and some lounge chairs would have been nice. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay tremendously!

Family vacation to Zion and Bryce

We truly enjoyed our stay at Debra’s property. A week before the trip, Debra reached out and made sure we have all the info we needed for check in. The communication process with her was simple and smooth. Debra was available via text, phone and emails; she responded to all my inquiries and questions promptly. Once we arrived at the property, we were so impressed with the location and the condition of the home. The house is clean and spacious. We had 4 families with 8 adults and 6 kids ranging from 2 to 12. Not even once did we feel tight with space during the entire trip. The kids had plenty of room to play outside and inside, while parents relaxed indoor after our visits to Zion and Bryce national parks. The location of the property is central to both Zion and Bryce national parks which was an added plus for us. We were also impressed that the kitchen is fully stocked with all the supplies we needed to cook. All we had to do was bringing the grocery and we were ready to cook and bbq. We had an awesome time at Debra’s property and would definitely make it our go to place when we go back. I would definitely recommend her property to other families who are looking to spend time at Zion and Bryce.

This house is so amazing- it truly had everything you could want. The views are incredible and getting to the house is easy. It is a bit remote and we loved that about it. Only 10-15 minutes outside Zion east entrance. The kitchen has everything- dish soap, dishwasher tabs, garbage bags, foil, coffee makers- you honestly don’t need to bring much besides your food and coffee. This is so helpful when flying. The hot tub was a nice touch after hiking most days. There are so many games to keep your family entertained and to make memories. The layout is fantastic with every bedroom having a bathroom and decorated nicely. Communication with the owner was so easy and they responded quickly. They even helped me find a doctor when my daughter was sick. They go above and beyond to make your trip the best it can be. We could not have asked for anything more- this house has it all!

This beautiful, spacious, clean home with stunning views was wonderful for our family vacation to Utah. The home was very well furnished with items we needed. It was in a great location for visiting Zion, Bryce, the North Rim of the Grand Canyon and Gooseberry Mesa. Debra was wonderful in answering all our questions and giving us directions and suggesting activities in the area. We would love to stay here again the next time we come to Southwest Utah.

Wonderful stay outside of Zion!

Just returned from a fabulous trip to southern Utah-we were a family of 18, ranging from ages 10-76. House definitely suited our needs as everyone had plenty of room to spread out, kitchen was more than adequate to prepare daily meals. My tip is to buy lots of groceries before you head to the house!

VERY nice place!

3 families coming together to visit the National Parks. The kitchen was a dream. Plenty of bathrooms and beds for 17 people. After a long day in the hot sun of visiting the national parks it was a wonderful place to relax at the end of the day.

Beautiful spot near Zion

We really loved our stay at Sharon and Mike's house. The house is beautiful, very spacious and clean. The area is serene, overlying Zion national park. All of it exceeded our expectations, would love to come back again soon.

great house

House was well laid out for a large group. Kitchen was well stocked. Owners were very responsive and take great care of the place. They had the garage door open for us when we arrived. They even gave us a stick of butter for baking. Amazing views from the living room. Very close to great hiking in Zion. 12 minutes if you have a 4 wheel drive. 25 minutes to great hiking spots on highway 9.

This worked perfect for our group of 2. We had all age groups from infant to adult and everyone loved it. Kitchen is stocked with every favorite gadget. Plenty of room.

Staying at this perfect Zion retreat made this one of our best vacation. It was the perfect location in between Zion and Bryce. The house has everything you need. very very clean, fully stock kitchen, inside furniture are all very clean and comfortable. WE love the deck the wrap the house. we had dinner every night out on the deck. The pictures on this listing doesn't do justice. You have to see it and stay in it to appreciate everything the retreat has to offer The next day after we got home, my wife and kids are tell me to plan on going back in the fall and stay at this retreat again Thank you Sharon for sharing your beautiful retreat with us

Hello from the Schmidt family! My husband, Steve, and our four sons enjoy hiking, bike riding, cooking family dinners, and being outdoors. We fell in love with Zion National Park many years ago. My favorite hike is Angel's Landing and my husband's favorite is the Narrows. After several family trips to Zion, we decided to look for a home. We fell in love with Zion Summit because of the amazing views, gourmet kitchen, and room for the whole family! We are delighted to share our home with you.

With 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms, a huge basement, two living rooms, and fully stocked kitchen our home is large enough to meet everyone's needs, yet small enough for game night and family dinners.

Our home is over an acre with amazing views. The master bathroom feels like a spa with a huge tub and separate walk-in shower. When Zion National Park is crowded, skip the shuttle and drive 5 minutes to 4 amazing hikes that overlook Zion National Park. Walk to Zion Ponderosa Resort and enjoy a variety of activities (some require a fee).
