The first floor 2 Bedroom 2 Bath villa you will want to vacation in and just steps to the beach. This unit is cozy and feels like home.. Brand new Queen bed in Master, flat screen TV in bedrooms and living room. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and living room has pull out sofa to easily sleep 6 and not feel cramped. Beautiful granite counters in the kitchen, laminate hardwoods and tile floor in living area. Enjoy this for your own personal beach get away at this vacation rental!

Enjoy your own piece of paradise! Put your toes in the sand as this villa is just steps away from the beach. You have calming ocean views from the deck and the villa is located directly across from the quiet Admiral Row Pool. There is a 2nd pool at the resort which is the largest beach pool on Hilton Head.
The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer there. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there.

Overall it was nice. A little dated could use an upgrade. The bed in the main bedroom needs a new mattress. The beach access was very convenient! I love that you can just walk right out to the beach. Perfect for taking all that stuff from the room to the beach. The host was great and accommodating.

Quiet and convenient

Was a quiet area and the staff was friendly at the desk. The bed was a little hard but overall the place was nice and clean

Lovely getaway

5 person family getaway was absolutely wonderful! We felt safe and relaxed! The 24hr security gate was something i didnt realize i really appreciated. The condo was homey and perfect size for us. Super close to the beach. Had everything you needed and wanted! Would 100% stay again!

Don't think we could have picked a better place than this to stay. Amenities of resort were top notch. Restaurants great. Condo very nice and clean.

Wonderful Experience!

The unit was perfect size for a family of 4. My family and I had an amazing time. The unit was very clean and had all the amenities needed for a perfect vacation experience. Getting to the beach was easy. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. We did karaoke by the pool and enjoyed our 4th of July watching fireworks on the beach. Definitely will book again.

Sept vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in this unit, everything was great except for the instructions for the Roku TV remote. It certainly would help if there were detailed instructions in the unit on how to use. Thank you for helping us have a great vacation!

Awesome location and facility!

We were 100% satisfied with our stay! The condo was just as advertised and clean! We loved that we had a short walk to the ocean and we were right across the lot from the pool. It was perfect and we can’t wait to go back!

Great visit!

Property was very nice, super clean, very short walk to the beach. My husband, myself, and our 5 year old had a great time. Such a great family friendly resort! Every night they have entertainment that’s free to enjoy as well which was a nice surprise. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic stay

My family and I come to Hilton head beach and tennis every year. This is the first year we’ve stayed at this condo and it won’t be the last. Great communication with Mary. Whenever I had a question, she got right back to me. Even let us check in one hour early. This condo is in Admirals row and right across from the admirals row pool. Maybe 2 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Summer 2024

This was our first time staying in Hilton Head and we LOVED the island its self. The property’s location was really great we enjoyed being walking distance from the beach, even though the unit is at the end of the complex. My Mamaw came with us and she has some walking issues and it was not a struggle for her to get to the beach via the pier as well. Keep in mind you get what you paid for and if you are expecting a 5 star resort then go on down the road. This place was great for us consider we came for the beach and island not the room it’s self. I appreciated the host on reaching out and checking in on us.

I’d stay here again.

The property is in a great location with pools, a great poolside bar/restaurant, and just a steps to the beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops in the area. You can see the ocean from the balcony, however, it is not ocean front and the listing does not advertise it as such. I’m not complaining, only pointing it out due to another review. Overall, I recommend. I’d give it a 7 out of 10. No place is perfect.

Good experience

Overall the property was very clean. A little dated but still in good condition. The check in process wasn’t necessary difficult just wasn’t pleased that we had to check in at 4pm and check out at 10am. You pretty Much pay for two days that you won’t get to enjoy. You can not see the ocean from this property, but u can feel the breeze.

Great location

This property was in the ideal location to the beach, 1 minute walk and you’re there! Beach showers t etc. Excellent parking outside the condo so because of this we would put our beach chairs and buggy in the car straight from the beach so we didn’t bring sand into the condo. Condo had everything you need , kitchen fully stocked appliances and utensils. Very clean and comfortable. The resort was great, it is ideal for families with young children. Beach side bar and restaurant situated right next to the pool with ocean views. Also plenty of great restaurants within minutes. Our favorite was Fish Camp, only 15 minutes or less away. Most amazing bakery close by called Paris bakery is a must !!! I would definitely stay here again !

Needs help

A tray in the frig was broken ,black mold was in the faucet in the bathroom in the bedroom . It seems the floor has some weak places in it between hall bathroom and living room. The table outside had a rusted and broken leg. The drains in the bathroom sinks were stopped up , you had to wait for the water to go down . Having to pay over2,000 dollars for this was a little disappointing .

The property was old. Furniture was old. It is not that important if things are old, but the fact that it was not clean, was disappointing. The apartment was in need of major updates badly. The sofa in the living room was very dirty the floor once we came in, we’re supposed to be clean, but after walking barefoot for a little bit and finding the bottom of our feet completely black means that the cleaning did not do a good job of mopping the floors. Master bedroom sink was clogged up and we had to call the property management to bring a Drano to get it opened up. The next day drain was clogged up again. so obviously it needed to be changed. Kitchen appliances were all old and in need of update. There are other apartments in the same building that have been updated and furniture are brand new and clean but not this one. I would not recommend this property for a family specially, with kids.

Would never stay here again

My family and I were super excited for our first visit to Hilton head until we entered our condo. Immediately it was obvious that the complex id a bit run down, but upon entering our unit it became abundantly clear just how bad it was. The first thing we noticed was the fridge... it was covered in something unpleasant. Next after a king car ride we hit the bathroom... GROSS! The walls were COVERED in hair... various types clearly from different people. Next we found a WET slimy handprint on the bedroom wall, it was some type of gel?!?! We contacted the listing manager who sent the cleaning inspector. She made excuses for everything and even said the hair was painted on the wall?!?! Cleaning inspector stated the outside of the fridge had mold on it? I think she meant rust? Apparently cleaning the walls and fridge is "not part of their job and requires a deep clean." Thankfully my husband used her swifter duster to clean the hair off the walls. While doing this we noticed how nasty and moldy the shower head was. Barf. At the end of her visit the cleaning inspector was showing us how filthy the rags were she used to clean an already "clean and inspected" condo. ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS... the view in the photos is NOT the view from the unit. There is no ocean view whatsoever. The list goes on and on... if you have a family... SPARE YOURSELF. We walked around our entire stay not wanting to touch anything because it was so gross. Just wish I could post the pictures.

Great for families

Loved being on the lowest level. Walked to beach. Quite a walk to the larger pool with small children, so we just drove each morning. Easy to do. Smaller pool just across the parking lot was a great way to wind down in the late anfternoon. Our littles had room to play inside and out in the balcony. Great place!

Great location to the beach

We enjoyed our stay, it was the perfect size for a small family. The beach was just a short walk but we were hoping to be able to see the ocean based on the listing; not a big deal. We would have liked to see the dishes cleaner, one of the twin bed sheets had stains on it as well.
