Hi Laura, Thank you for your review. We are so sorry to hear you had trouble accessing the location of the property. First and foremost I hope everyone in your group is safe. We had our heaviest snow year this year in the last 15 years. Our team did address and plow the driveway numerous times for your party during your stay. Unfortunately, the weather is outside of AvantStay's control.
