Property was under light construction, but don't let that bother you. The room was clean, and the balcony view was beautiful. Pool areas were beautiful and clean also. Would stay again in the future

Great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. Close to the ocean and a wonderful view from the balcony. Very clean and just as great as they said it was. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location

Overall it was a great stay. Only downfall was we were right by the part of the condos that was under construction and the elevators didnt work.

Great stay but the construction on the second day of our stay was very loud with construction

Good Stay but construction on the second day started at 8 with loud music and drilling and they worked until 9 at night playing loud music.

Beach Time

The place was great. We loved the easy access to the beach and how pet friendly it was. Only disappoint was all the construction happening on the outside of the building and the elevator was out of order.

Amazing Condo

The attention to detail at this condo made our vacation exceptional. From the assortment of coffee/teas to the pool accessories we had everything we needed to relax and enjoy ourselves.

Clean, cute little place by the beach!

We had a great stay! Love that you can see the ocean from this condo, and you can get there with a quick walk across the street. The AC works really well, and the place was super clean. It smelled so nice when we got there. My kids loved the bunk beds. The pool is also amazing!

Jewel by the sea

Cute, well decorated beachy condo. Walking distance to the beach right across the street. Great view! Had a great time and even brought our doggies. Dog park was handy too.

Beach time

Had a great time and relaxation. Place was under construction but nothing annoying. Rooms were updated and fantastic with everything we needed. Bed was so comfy as well and great view of beach from our balcony to enjoy a cup of coffee in am or anytime. Nice walk to places as well If you don’t want to drive

Wonderful Visit!

Had a wonderful trip, everything was as expected. There was construction, but it didn’t bother us. Nice to wake up and enjoy your coffee gazing at the ocean. We stayed with our two teenaged and two dogs and had a great time. Thank you!

Cute little beach condo

The condo was cute and decorated nicely. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed. The shower needed some cleaning before we used it, but other than that everything was good.

We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the view from the room we were a little disappointed that we were not notified about not being able to get out on the balcony because it needed repaired. But overall it was great!

Great getaway for small family

Super cute & cozy condo for a couple or small family. We very much appreciate pet friendly options that are clean & smell great! Would be nice to have a washer/dryer in unit & to be able to use the balcony, but were made aware it wasn’t available prior to arrival. We enjoyed the pools, beautiful green space on property & ocean view very much!

Vacation 2023

The view of the gulf of mexico was a wonderful way to wake up each day. The condo was clean but the Wifi didn't work nor the disgwasher along with gym was close the whole week we stayed.

The dishwasher does indeed work, there is just a switch that needs to be turned on before attempting to power and use the dishwasher. We will ensure our Property Care Team post a label with instructions for future valued guests. The gym is currently under renovations at the Maravilla, however, our neighbors next door at the Marriott are allowing our valued BTVR Guests to use their gym at no additional cost at this time until Maravilla gym is back up and running on-site!
