Spring Break Stay

Perfect location for everything. Loved having the heated pool and the condo was so cute! I would definitely stay here again!!

Beautiful pools!

It was very nice to be able to travel with our dog! He enjoyed the amenities offered to him as much as we did!

We really enjoyed our stay. The pools were amazing, parking was easy, and there was always a space available. The building was also relatively clean.The apartment was beautiful, although it felt a little small for six people. I’d say it’s more comfortable for four. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything you need to cook a simple meal, which was a nice bonus. The A/C worked great, and the view was fantastic.The bed wasn’t the most comfortable, and it was pretty high, so you had to climb up to get into it. The bed frame was a bit shaky and squeaked quite a bit, and the shower water pressure wasn’t great.Overall, though, it was a really nice place, and we would definitely stay here again

Small but convenient and clean

The property is just as shown in pictures. The location was nice and convenient. The property managers were helpful. We would stay again.

Great condo with excellent views of both the ocean and lagoon.

I absolutely enjoyed my stay. The condo was comfortable with everything needed to enjoy a day at the beach and cooking at home. The property was gorgeous with three pools and a vast open garden area equipped with grills and tables and abundant shade. One of my favorite aspects was the dog park which allowed my pup to run free of her leash for a bit.

Family getaway

The condo property was well-maintained even though there was some construction which did not interfere with our stay. The pools were clean and well maintained. The view from the condo was fantastic. Communication before and during the stay was decent. Location was perfect for our family of 6. Not too far from the busiest part of beach, Walmart and Kroger.

This place was overall good quality for the price. My primary frustration was that my neighbors above me were quite loud the last two nights, keeping me awake, and I was not made aware before check in that it was $10 a day plus tax for parking. The kitchen has all the needed amenities, but there are no food options on site or walkable. The bed hurt my back.

Falling apart, old, dirty

The unit we stayed in was clean and ac worked. But the property it self was dirty, old and literally falling apart. Elevator was filthy and smelly. You will need hand sanitizer after touching the buttons. Office was dirty and staff was rude. Dont get me started on all the extra fees.

Hi Janie. We are not quite sure what all extra fees you are referring to. We asked you to share with us the extra fees you felt were charged, as there were none charged you would have not agreed to. We did not hear back from you. We reached out to you, asking what you did not fancy about your accommodations , so that we could try to improve your stay experience during your time with us. We did not hear back from you. We are deeply apologetic that the complex office staff was rude in your opinion. They are servicing hundreds of guests a day and give their best efforts to all our mutual guests. Any occurrences should be reported to the management company so we can address. We understand the resort is in the process of upgrading their property grounds, but a 2 star review reflects poorly on our management company and our individually owned condos we manage at this complex, not the property grounds or staff. Very clean. Nice pool & view of the beach. Shower had very little water pressure & queen bed was a little hard for me. Otherwise everything was perfect & a very smooth process.
