Just a few steps from Place Bellecour, the nerve center of the capital of Gaul. At the end of the "Quais de Saône" street, overlooking the Saint Georges district, come and discover our 37 m² apartment, which has been completely refurbished.
Located in the Ainay district, popular for its restaurants, bars, small grocery stores, bakeries, antique shops... Located on the 5th floor with elevator (elevator goes to the 4th floor, and there's one more floor to go by stairs), decorated with care in shades of white and off-white.

Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).

The apartment is composed as follows:
- An entrance hall leading on the right to a bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, 4-burner hob... A dining area with table and two chairs. The hidden advantage of this kitchen? From the window, a splendid view of the Fourvière basilica.
- A door leads you into the living area: a sofa, a large storage cupboard, a TV, a few lamps for a warm, subdued atmosphere and internet access.
- A small partition, via a decorative shelf, gives you access to the sleeping area, with a 140x190 bed

Public transport :
- Metro: Line A, Bellecour or Ampère Victor Hugo
- Train station: Nearest is Perrache, two metro stations away, or 10 minutes on foot.
- Bus lines: C10, C20, 40.


Other remarks:
- Sheets and towels of 4* hotel quality are provided, as well as kitchen towels, bath mats and some welcome products. Beds are made up on arrival, so all you have to do is pack your bags and enjoy your stay. Wifi access is free.
- Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). Please note, however, that a meter reading may be taken on arrival and departure.
An inventory of fixtures may also be carried out on arrival and departure.

To comply with legislation, your reservation will require the signature of a contract (mobility lease or civil lease).
To do this, we will need a few additional items (identity card, insurance, supporting documents).
Without the signature of a contract in due form, we will unfortunately not be able to give you access to the accommodation.
This does not affect the terms and conditions agreed via our website or the various rental platforms.
