SALTY WAVES in Phoenix IV is a one-of-a-kind three bedroom, two bath ground floor unit with a bonus Sunroom! TVs in every bedroom as well as the living room. Features include master with king, bedroom 2 with a king, bedroom 3 with two queens and sunroom with sofa sleeper, and bunkbeds with twin over full. Fully appointed, updated kitchen with ice maker. Ground floor unit gives you a private courtyard with walk out to not only the adult and kiddie pools, but no need to get on an elevator to get to the beach! Fitness room, indoor pool and hot tub are on the same level! Enjoy all the amenities at Phoenix I, II and III when you stay at Phoenix IV. The complex has tennis, basketball, racquetball and pickleball courts, multiple indoor pools, outdoor pools, kiddie pools, saunas, fitness rooms – and you have access to all of it! Ruby Slipper and Doc’s Seafood are directly across the street! Washer and dryer in the unit.

Loved the first floor walkout

We loved the convenience of walking right out the back door to the beach and amenities. The condo itself could use a proper deep cleaning but we were comfortable and happy with our stay and had everything we needed for a great week. *notes for management* The master bathroom cold knob on the sink needs to be fastened in place. It lifts right off. Also, the dishwasher leaks on the floor a bit when running.

Phoenix 4

Our building was less crowded than others at the elevator and pool. Walk out unit was great with young kids. Unit could use a punch card correction of details needing attention. Frig light out, microwave light out, primary shower grout replaced near the floor, hotter water in kitchen to cut the grease on large pots and pans, more reliable internet within the unit.

Will book again!

Pros-easy access to pools, grills, beach and outside in general. All of this is available right outside your private gate to your patio. Large patio area. This was super convenient!! No waiting for the elevator to go up and down to access the beach. It does not have a ramp to take luggage cart to the door, not really a concern for us. But something to note. Lots of bath towels, kitchen items, plates and cookware. This unit is on the ground floor as mentioned near grills and baby pool. The doors did a great job keeping the sound out! Cons-Sunroom is very warm in the Summer. The teens slept there. While the light didn't bother them at all they could not use the beds because it was too warm. Two box or floor fans for each side of the room would be good to bring with you. There is one good fan in the room but needs a couple more to help with air circulation. We were prepared and brought our own fans. There was a leak in the second room with full sizes beds. No clue where it came from. I let management know about problem. Light in the fridge was out. I let management know about it. There is no Wi-Fi for the unit. Yes, it made me stay off my device more and be in the moment with family as that is what vacation is about. But there were moments it would have been nice to have. Suggestions- Bring your own fans if anyone will sleep in the sunroom, bring extra cooler for space, add Wi-Fi to the unit. This is an older unit but will definitely book again!!

Family Vacay

I selected a unit that was walkout to pool and beach. Very highly useable for all of us and avoiding any hassles up and down elevators. Plenty of space for 10 and all needed kitchen utensils. Nice outside living space.

Beautiful Beach condo

This condo was in an exceptional location with only a few steps to the pool, the patio, and the beach. We had 11 family members there to celebrate our anniversary. There is lots in the area to do in addition to just enjoying the beach. We loved it and will treasure the memories we made. We would rent again except for the distance from our home in Wisconsin. While the condo is smaller than the pictures suggest, it is well organized, very clean, and well stocked.

Great ground floor location!

Our large family of 10, (5 grandkids,5 adults) enjoyed this ground floor location. It was crazy busy as it was Memorial weekend, but we still had a good time. The condo has been remodeled so everything is in pretty good shape. The back sun room was great for our preteen grandkids. They loved it back there with plenty of room. Only downside is the adults who get the master as they have to contend with kiddos coming in and out. The door does lock which proved effective! We had a few small issues & Joy was right on it immediately. If you have an issue & don't report it, then you can't complain. We use VRBO a lot. The mgmnt company here was the quickest to respond of any we've used in the past even on Memorial weekend. A couple of things to know: As this is a large condo, there are only two bathrooms. If you are in urgent need of another one, you can literally walk out the front door, down the hall to the bathrooms. We utilized that a lot. Also, you will be using an elevator but only if you are returning to the condo or leaving. The condo is in the basement not first floor which is what we thought. But don't let that deter you The stairs are easily accessible if the elevators are taking a while. You will love the large outdoor patio with table and chairs to seat 6 easily. Quick walk to the beautiful ocean. Book it. You'll be glad you did.

1st Floor Condo was perfext

Great location. We had six women in the place & had plenty of room. Fully stocked with everything we needed for our trip. The porch with a table & 6 chairs was the best gathering spot for us. We could see the beach only steps away.

Location is perfect!

We were more than pleased with our stay here! The bottom floor with immediate beach/pool/grill access right out the patio door is perfect! We would highly recommend this condo and we would definitely stay again! We had 6 total and we all had plenty of room! The back sunroom is really warm but there was a fan provided. Without a doubt, this was the best room in the whole condo!

Problem occurred during stay

At check in , the beach access from inside the unit through sliding glass doors was blocked off by orange netting due to construction. Access to the beach from inside our ground floor unit was not possible until 3rd day.of our stay . On third day I was sunbathing on lounge chair by kiddie pool with my husband, daughter,son in law and two grandchildren when I was struck by falling debris from construction on the 10th floor balcony. I have been patiently awaiting a response from the company regarding an adjustment for the cost of the stay considering all that occurred. I have not been contacted or responded to after numerous attempts for assistance. I guess I am going to have to get representation to get assistance or consideration.

Spacious and clean

Comfortable condo. Bottom floor corner unit perfect for kids. We came in three vehicles, but could only purchase two parking passes ($50 each). Had to park the third car several miles away ($80 for that one.). No warning about this.

Summer vacation

This condo was awesome. It was just a short walk to the beach and the kiddie pool was just outside our door which was great for our three grandchildren. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!!!

Girls Trip

Five ladies stayed at this condo for a much needed girls trip. The condo was great, it was clean, updated, kitchen fully stocked, and perfect for walking out the patio and on the beach. We felt safe at this condo and the surrounding area. My only complaint is not with the condo but with the company that rents the condo. Check in time is clearly stated 3:00pm . Well it was 3oclock on the dot and I still had not received check in information. So I called. They bumped my check in time to 4:00pm. Nobody called to inform me of this, they stated their cleaning crew is behind because of short staff, that was not a new occurrence. If that is the case then why not tell the customer it's going to be 4pm well in advance? That just rubbed me the wrong way. Condo is great, not the rental company.

No communication about Condo check in and have to pay for parking

The condo it’s self if perfect location and perfect layout would definitely stay here again, only down fall was no one contacted us about check in,, getting to property we wasn’t on there list ,first thought was we was scammed, we had to pay 110 dollars for parking cause we had 2 cars no one advised us about….. every other time we was contacted threw Vrbo and to use a hospitality app this time nothing… But as for condo I do recommend staying there. Also the Brett/Robinson staff on property and condo staff itself super great and friendly people and helped us tremendously

Family Vacation

Our stay was good the sliding glass door kept getting stuck which was annoying but somewhat understandable we kept having to do laundry because the unit did not have enough towels and wash rags for everyone the internet was not good other than that it was great

Amazing views

The property was amazing. The views were beautiful. Condo was extremely wonderful. The only downfall was the property manager not communicating with us through messages at all. And one night our door code stopped working and took her a while to get it reset. Other than that everything was amazing will definitely be back!!!

Not even staying on the ground floor, I was pleasantly surprised with the convenience.

Only suggestion, there were no pot holders and not enough towels in condo. The dishes and pots were not clean and had to be washed prior to use. The condo and property was great.

Great Place Great Stay

The pictures don't lie. Beautiful and peaceful home walks away from the beach. Very convenient with the Jacuzzi as well as the indoor and out door pool on the same level as the unit. Very spacious, quiet, very clean. Well needed vacation. We will definitely be back thanks again.

Perfect getaway!

I couldn't have been happier with my stay. This unit is incredible for convenience to the beach and indoor pool. The building itself could use a little maintenance but had a wonderful time!!!

Awesome spot for family vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo for the holiday week/end. The condo is so convenient on the ground floor which is perfect for easy access to the beach and pools with young children. We had to call maintenance for a drainage situation and they were very quick to come and take care of the problem even on a holiday! The kitchen was well stocked with supplies to cook a family meal as well. We loved our time here and would definitely consider this place again in the future!
