Relax in two living rooms and an upper level dining room that seats 8 comfortably. The upstairs living room features a 65” Samsung Smart television and Wi-Fi. The downstairs living room features a queen size sleeper sofa and a 55' TV with ROKU capability. There is plenty of seating on the decks and around the pool for your rental party to sit and relax. The cabana bathroom with access from the lower level deck and pool also contains a full size washer and dryer, laundry sink, stall toilet and stall shower. The property has a well stocked full size kitchen, one on the upper level and a smaller kitchen that has perfect access to the inground pool area. The upper floor's 3 bedrooms contain a king size bed with TV and Roku, a queen size bed with TV and Roku, and the third bedroom that has a full/twin bunk and additional twin bed respectively. The lower level has 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed with TV and Roku and the other a full/twin bunk and additional twin bed. The lower deck has plenty of seating for a dinner prepped on the propane grill. Palmetto Sunset is located a 5-minute walk to the beach access. The island grocery store, and many beach side restaurants and shops are a ½ mile away. The IOP Connector allows for easy on and off access from Isle of Palms. Only ten minutes from beautiful Mount Pleasant and 17 minutes to the downtown seaport of historic Charleston. Charleston International Airport is about a 30 minute drive.

Please note: We provide a $250 credit toward VayK Life (3-21 nights). Pool closed from November 1 - April 1. No smoking please. The owner allows one dog per rental with a pet deposit required. All pets must be approved by rental company prior to booking. A ring door bell camera is installed at the front door on the property for additional security. Rents Saturday to Saturday in the summer. MUST be at least 25 years or older to rent. Guests may experience construction activity at the neighboring property during their stay. In accordance with Town of IOP regulations, area service vendors, including contractors, landscapers, and repair companies may work on Saturdays, typically between 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM.

As we do not manage the neighboring home, we are unable to control the schedule or provide additional timeline updates at this time.
