As soon as you step foot inside, you will be greeted by a bright interior flooded with natural light, high-sned furnishings in each room, and white exposed ceilings that really give this space a beachy feel. Each day can start with a cup of coffee on the furnished deck as you listen to the waves crash in the near distance. When everyone needs a snack, simply hop into the full kitchen and take advantage of the gas range and modern appliances. When you have a little downtime spent indoors, there will be plenty of entertainment for everyone to enjoy, as a smart TV awaits in the living room and each bedroom for streaming all of your favorite shows or catching a ballgame. Plus, the furry member of the family won't have to stay home, as this home is dog-friendly!

This beautiful beach getaway is perched three miles north of Bodega Bay in the quaint community of Carmet. Located directly across the street from Carmet Beach, you will have easy access to the sand. Plus, you can walk to other beaches nearby including Marshall Gulch Beach and Schoolhouse Beach. Make the short drive to the heart of Bodega and check out the excellent dining options including Lucas Wharf and The Tides (two local favorites). Wine tasting, horseback riding, golf, spa, and fishing are all minutes away. The quaint town of Occidental is only a 10-mile scenic drive away for antique and gift shopping. Plus, Goat Rock State Park at the mouth of the Russian River is a great place for seal watching during the pupping season and rock climbing as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
