Family vacation

The property was beautiful and in a great location. Walked to beach and to town. Everyone was super helpful and friendly.

Great location, great place

Faro de Mita was a perfect spot for our surf trip. Access to beach directly in front of unit, and great food options within a few steps away. Every interaction was friendly, professional, and helpful. I highly recommend

Punta Mita Gem

Six of us stayed here for a five-day trip. Comfortable space with plenty of bedrooms and a fabulous view of the beach from the living room. The location was fantastic: walking distance to restaurants and shops, surfboard rentals, and two beaches. The complex has a really nice pool and a place to rinse off if you're coming in from the beach. The staff were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful with suggestions for what to do during our stay. We would definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Great location

We loved the location. It was close to everything and so easy. The town is very cute and relaxed. The pool was amazing. Our kids loved it. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. It would have been helpful to have some basics included like oil, salt, sugar because it is hard to buy small enough quantities for the week. The beach is quite rocky so water shoes are a must. Boogie boards for the kids would have also been a nice touch.

Excellent condo. Very clean and spacious. Super close to all of the great restaurants and shops in Punta Mita.

Wonderful stay

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Faro De Mita this past June. The condo itself was clean, large, comfortable, well stocked with towels, fully-equipped kitchen and they even had some children’s books and outdoor toys. When we arrived we were greeted by Abraham who showed us around the unit, and there was fresh salsa, guacamole and chips waiting in the kitchen. A welcome treat after a long travel day. Our kids loved the pool, and we loved being so close to the main part of town with lots of restaurants. Would definitely return!

A great break from the snow

It was a great week at the beach. The condo was great. Lots of room, everything we needed in the kitchen, and a great location to everything. The surfboards were an added bonus and the walk to the beach was short. A few days we had the beach almost to ourselves. The pool was relaxing and the landscaping around the property was well maintained. It was nice having the security on property and we always felt safe both in town and on the property. We will definitely be coming back.

Great location, great pool

We really enjoyed Faro de Mita. Location couldn’t have been better to getting to groceryies, shops, attractions and restaurants. Despite my aversion to noise, the live bands were welcome from Mita to Mita across the street. There is a strict 11 o’clock quiet time which is wonderful. The pool was fantastic and I definitely recommend this place for its balcony. This was definitely not an adults only Location, just be aware of that. If you have any issues, make sure you work with your concierge to try to rectify they will do their best (Our one issue was an older in the third bedroom) Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Fantastic Condo and Location

My family enjoyed our stay at Faro de Mita. We will definitely come back. Jesus was fantastic and helped us with all needs. He met us at the condo and had chips and guacamole waiting. Our housekeeper came twice during our stay which was an added bonus! The four bedrooms have excellent air conditioning which is a must during the hot, humid summer. The condo is in walking distance to Stinky's beach for surfing and all the restaurants. Although we cooked in the condo most days, we did enjoy the local coffee shop and eateries while there. Additionally, the house was stocked with beach towels, foam surf boards, and sand buckets if you have a little one. Jesus have us his cell number in case we needed anything. Upon arrival we did not have hot water, but he fixed it as soon as we texted him. Overall we rate this condo 5 out of 5!

Great spot for families

Overall was a great stay! Was nice to be within walking distance of Punta Mita, felt very safe with security, concierge services were available, pool was quiet and not busy, place was big enough for 2 families. Easy access to beach although it was a very rocky beach. Came with sand toys, surf board to use, pool noodles. Bunk room was very small. A few minor areas for improvement: bathrooms were stinky with sewer smell that would not go away; not sure if that is just the overall septic issue? Dryer didn’t work well so when we tried to dry towels overnight they just ended up smelly and damp. They didn’t dry outside overnight either as it was muggy. Nothing major. For those on a budget I would recommend.

Passport issues but fantastic host

We didn’t know kid passports are only good for 5 years and our daughters expired last month. We noticed the. If evening before our flight and could not travel as a result. That said, these hosts were great. They contacted shortly after we reserved to help with activity booking, cars, grocery requests. They really were proactive and helpful. We plan on booking again once the passport is renewed.

Nice and well maintained

We love Faro de Mita, and this is one of the nicest units in the building. Everything is well maintained and in good working order. The kitchen was well stocked - even had containers for leftovers. The concierge Abraham was great, and we appreciated the attention to detail.

Very nice place to stay

Our family of 6 had a great time. We are mainly out doing activities so we didn't spend a lot of time on the property. It is a great place to stay, clean, comfortable and Alan is very accommodating. Definitely a place we will consider staying at again.

Fabulous stay in Punta Mita

We had a lovely stay here and we would highly recommend for your trip to Punta Mita. This is a very spacious property with easy access to the beach and restaurants in the area. Host was very helpful with restaurants, transportation, and anything else we needed during our stay.
