The place was cold from the A/C when you walked in and it felt great! It was clean and the patio setup was nice. I love that the owner had a green binder that was organized about the area, beaches, eat and etc. Access to the pool and jacuzzi was easy. I would book again to relax and recharge.

Great little condo, well placed for restaurants and Longs drug store right next door. Management very communicative, easy self check in, clean and well equipped. New sofa bed. Window AC in the bedroom and lounge. Hubby used it as a base for the Queen Lily canoe race and found it convenient.

Had a wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at this spacious 1 bedroom condo. It was walking distance to the beach and had all the beach supplies you could need. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Space!

The property was very well kept and easy to access! Overall a pretty quiet area that was a close distance to most things by walking or driving! The rental company was extremely responsive and helpful during the stay! Definitely would recommend this place!

Great condo in a great location

We had a great stay at this condo. It had everything we needed. The condos outdoor common area was a great place to meet fellow travelers while swimming or bbqing. Management was quick and responsive on all questions and requests. The condo itself was fantastic - a/c, full kitchen, nice little patio.Would definately stay again.

comfy place

the condo was comfortable and had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant. it was late when we arrived and whilst the instructions to the apartment were clear, inadequate lighting made it difficult to locate the place. Other than that, it’s a lovely place that’s in the heart of town yet quiet and peaceful

Everything was great. Perfect location. Near pool and hot tub. Clean. Kitchen. Fridge. Spacious. Cozy. The bed was super comfy. Walking distance to tons!

Functional

This condo is functional. That is it is a place to sleep. Nothing special, but then not bad either. While the portable AC in living room is a bit trashy, it works to cool quickly. Kitchen was well stocked except for a tea kettle, but pans are really old and need to be replaced. No spices. Pool/beach towels, beach chairs and even cheap snorkel equipment were available. Location was great, easy walk to shops and restaurants to avoid $15/hour parking. If you don't mind an 80s era condo which has not never been updated, then this is the place for you.

The place was clean, however it was VERY DATED. There was a somewhat staleness in the air from being closed. We arrived late night. The bed was too soft and the air conditioning unit was extremely loud, so loud in fact we had to turn it off. I called to express my concerns with the unit and was essentially met with minimal effort to help mitigate the situation. We did not stay.

Great location, nice complex, walkable to Kona

This is a great location, very close to downtown Kona. The pictures define the condo very well. Only 4 stars due to the cons listed below. Easily fixable. Pro: Parking is very close to the condo. Close to downtown, Safeway, Longs Drug and Walmart. Bed was comfortable and the condo was clean. Nice lanai with table and chairs. Great to have a washer/dryer in the condo. Kitchen fairly well stocked, could use a sharp knife and kitchen shears. Good set of dishes, coffee maker and air fryer. TV in living room is huge but there is no cable vision, only streaming. TV in bedroom has a Roku device. New towels in the bathroom, very nice. Management very responsive to a call we made. Con: As noted above, the knives are not very sharp and no kitchen shears. No bathroom soap or shampoo was provided. We stayed 3 weeks and had 3 rolls of toilet paper provided. Not quite enough to get through the trip. Only had one beach chair. A little noisy but this isn't the fault of the condo, just close to town. Upstairs neighbors are heavy walkers but heard nothing from either side neighbors. I would put a Roku device on the TV in the living room. I would also set it up to have a Guest mode so you can make sure your accounts are signed out when you leave. As it was, I was using a previous guest Netflix account and Roku account. They apparenly did not sign out when they left. Bottom line is that I would stay again, overall pretty pleased with the place.

An excellent location, quiet, away from a busy road and within walking distance to almost everything. They also provided a folder filled with recommendations and contact info that was helpful. The unit itself however needs updating especially in the bathroom. Also the sliding patio door and the bedroom window did not lock. The management company was responsive and repaired the patio door but could not repair the bedroom window. I would recommend they also add an additional club chair in the living area.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was only a short walk to the downtown area in Kona. The only minor complaint we had was how loud the A/C unit in the bedroom was. We couldn’t sleep with it on, so we just used the fan instead. Great stay!
