Situated in a 8th century storic building, in the heart of Rome - Trastevere, comfortable, spacious, bright, refined and fully equipped with all comforts needed for an unforgettable stay in the Eternal City. Furnished with care and precious materials, airconditioning, fast WiFi. Capacity up to 6 Guests. The main attractions of the city are within walking distance, such as Pantheon, Colosseum, Imperial Forum, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, Piazza Navona.
Can comfortably accommodate 6 people, has an area of ​​110 square meters, consisting of a large living room with double sofa bed, fireplace, TV, dining area and relax/reading study corner, 2 bedrooms, one with a doublebed and one with 2 single beds (which can be joined as a doublebed), large modern and equipped kitchen with balcony, modern bathroom with shower and small toillet. Panoramic view of Via San Francesca a Ripa, the apartment is furnished with style: parquet in all rooms, mirrors, double glazed PVC windows and finishes in all kinds of details. Central and lively

Great apartment and very close to a wide range of restaurants and shops. Easy to get to many historical attractions over the bridge. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Great apartment, don’t count on a washer

This place was awesome in every way, but based on past reviews and our experience, there is no functioning washer. The location is great! Loud, but fun. The communication is great and Check-in and out is easy and convenient.

Trastevere

Enjoyed our third time staying in Trastevere! The neighborhood is wonderful, lots to do, see and eat. Our apartment was beautiful. Beds were not to comfortable and the noise level is loud until about 3 am so if you are looking for sleep this would not be your choice. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Fabulous neighborhood

We didn’t want to be in the touristy part of Rome so the neighborhood was ideal. Great cafes, and the piazza turned out to be a popular nighttime gathering place for students and locals - which made it extra fun! It was a short walk over the bridge to get to many of the popular sights. But also fun to explore Trastevere. We’ll definitely stay here again and next time take better advantage of the shops and restaurants in the immediate neighborhood. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. Comfy beds and plenty of storage, great bathroom and kitchen. Our stay was memorable in so many ways.

Heart of Trastevere

Overall, good. Extremely loud outside in the street on Saturday night. Other nights fine. Couldn’t get TV to work. Great location. Didn’t see garbage bins upon leaving, but found one in another direction.

Trastevere Apt.

Trastevere has many positives, but this apartment was located above a very noisy street. There was loud noise (shouting, glass breaking) til 3 am each night and it interfered with sleep. Also it was very hot and there was no AC in the second bedroom. The washing machine did not work, even after they tried to repair it and I did not appreciate the owner's attitude. It was however a pretty apartment and the bed in main bedroom was comfortable, though in second bedroom better suited to children than adults.

An unnecessarily bad experience

Summary: Paid for 8 nights & were never provided access to the contracted property. We asked for a refund. So far, no refund. Sorry to say our experience w/ this host/property (and our 1st w/ VRBO) was quite frustrating and disappointing. --- On 20 Feb set the contract w/ check in 24 Apr. However, on 22 Apr host said she could not provide the original contracted property due to flooding. Host offered (& we accepted) alt property. But we also asked to see the originally contracted property to verify it existed, was in fact damaged & was not otherwise occupied/rented, etc. To facilitate that, at our expense, we stayed quite near original contracted property 4/24 - 4/25. Though we asked politely & explained patiently, host refused. Subsequently, we didn’t access either the property. We can’t identify any cost to host because of our contract. So, we requested a refund of “most if not all” of our original payment. So far, host has not provided it. So, w/ this property, this host & our 1st w/ VRBO arrangement, our experience was quite frustrating & disappointing. --- Note: We didn’t want to submit a negative review, & worked diligently, patiently & professionally w/ host & VRBO to prevent it. However, - On 26 Apr 2024, host stopped communicating w/ us. - On 6 May 2024, VRBO “sent a courtesy email to the Host [on our behalf] …”. o So far, no response. Confusingly: 1 map inaccurately points east of river; in Rome learned place is actually west of river.

EXCELLENT proximity & accommodations (but a caution for light sleepers)

We loved this flat! We stayed 3 nights (Wed/Thur/Fri) and would stay again. It is exactly as shown in the photos—bright, roomy, super clean, great character. Great location for wandering Trastevere neighborhood and into central city sites. There is considerable nightlife noise though, due to restaurants/bars along the two streets near the building. A provided fan helped some, but I would recommend a noise machine / app to muffle more of the laughter, chatter, noise, music. Nearby restaurants to try: Le Mani in Paste, Tonnarello, Seu Pizza Illuminati Nearby cafes to try: 404 Name Not Found, Caffè Trastevere, San Cosimato Caffè

A gem in a great neighborhood

This place is outstanding. It is huge. One big master. A small section. Big living room with pull out sofa. Small kitchen and even a nice balcony Very clean It is is a residential neighborhood but none of the sites to see are more than two miles. Near a lot of restaurants and a piazza that jumps at night.

Rental Description inaccurate with experience

First we had a wonderful time visiting Rome, but the Apartment gave us many frustrations and did not meet the description provided. There were 3 things I looked for in a rental since we were staying for an extended time, 2.5wks. 1. Air Conditioning- which worked fine (except for in the second bedroom), but the sink on the balcony which collected the water from the AC was clogged requiring us to empty the sink multiple times a day, this is not normal and honestly it’s a bit unpleasant. 2. Washing Machine. The laundry was a serious issue, the machine is old and smells and takes nearly 10 hrs to wash the clothes. It ruined multiple pieces of clothing- I ended up washing most clothes by hand which is Not what I want to do on holiday. Host was unhelpful when trying to resolve this issue. The washing machine was old and second hand, similar to most of the furniture in the apartment. 3. Internet and TV: the internet worked quite well but the tv was never a smart tv, and we had to wait 5 days for this to be fixed. This did not meet the description provided. Last, was the issue with the trash. The place provided to us by the Host to dispose of the trash no longer existed. She informed us to leave the trash on the balcony, making the space unusable and unwelcoming to sit out there. The second place provided for us to dispose of the trash was a 10min walk round trip, which is truly unacceptable to ask guests to do. PROS: great location to restaurants and activities (although quite loud at night), very clean apartment, and comfortable master bed.

Wonderful apartment in great location

This is a wonderful property located in the centre of Trastevere. The apartment was exactly as it appeared in the photos, roomy and very well kept. We were very happy with the proximity to so many great restaurants and found crossing the bridge to the centre of the city very convenient. (The only negative of our visit was the noisy after-club gathering which took place each night below the front bedroom window from 1-3 a.m., not ideal for any light sleepers.)

The Heart of Trastevere

If you are looking for the active and festive Rome this is it. Roomy apartment in the center of restaurants, wine and cheese shops, gelato, stands, and more. Somewhat noisy on the weekend, but this is Rome and it is happening,
