It's completely renovated and fully stocked for your stay! You can check yourself in and get situated right away!

This was the perfect place to stay while visiting NYC, got us out of the Hustle and bustle that comes with the big city. The 7 eleven across the street was super convenient for morning coffee. Jose was easy to contact and a joy to communicate with.

Host was quick to respond and polite. However, there were no wash rags in the home. You have no control over the thermostat so it can be very hot/cold depending on the weather. Overall, not a bad place to stay.

This apartment was a perfect place to crash after busy touristing in the city. It’s cozy, and comfortable. Jose responded quickly to any questions I had. Just a few blocks away from a little park with a gorgeous view of the bay and city. Transit buses stop within a few blocks, so very convenient. I would definitely go back.

Great apartment with all the facilities

We stayed at this place for 3 nights on our NYC trip. Apartment is really nice around the Hudson river. At a walking distance from the public transport. Also, we had access to living room and kitchen with basic amenities which was really great! I would highly recommend this place.

A Step Away in Jersey

Once you get into the beat of staying on the other side of the river, then living in this small apartment is a charm. We enjoyed the neighbourhood, authentic restaurants. The view of NY at night from the main road is breath taking. All in all, it was a good place to stay, everything went smooth and we enjoyed our stay.

It was cosy and comfortable. Jose answered any questions very quickly. Convenient for bus stop and supermarket. About 25 minutes on the bus to 42nd St.

Pretty good

Location is good. If heading onto NYC recommend the NY Waterways ferry at Port imperial. Only complaint with the property was the hot water heater seemed to barely work.

Great location!

If you are looking for somewhere reasonable to stay while visiting the city, pick this location! Yes, it is small, but it is a perfect place to lay your head after a long day in the city. This place is within walking distance of the ferry (with multiple coffee options along the way!) that takes you right into Midtown or Battery Park. Saves so much time, frustration, and money by staying in NJ. Only negative-- I had to ask for check in instructions at 2p day of check in and check out instructions were not received until 8a day of check out. I actually didn't read the check out instructions before I left a little after 8a. Perhaps send the check out stuff the night before to ensure compliance.

Convenient and Easy

Parking lot was 3 blocks away so it was convenient. Had to keep feeding the "meter" but not horrible. The rental was clean and close to public transit to NYC. We drove in from DC to visit friends in NYC. Great restaurants near by especially the SKC next door. Try their crepes! Easy to check in and communication with manager helpful. Great location we would use this VRBO again!

ok for the money

Lots of ethnic restaurants nearby. Bus was only a few blocks. Apartment was clean but a bit shabby in places. Some street noise but generally fairly quiet. Parking was a nightmare. Trying to follow the rules and find a place for the car was difficult and confusing. Do not recommend having a vehicle here! Given only 2 rolls of toilet paper and 2 kitchen trash bags for 3 people staying 6 days. Had to contact owner for resupply which at first he said we should go to store and get (he would pay us back) but did find them on counter after returning from outing. Found and killed at least 3 roaches. Some area in closet was taken by boards and such using space that would have been nice to be able to put things up and off the floor. No real light in bedroom, only very small and dim bedside lamp making it difficult to see into closet. No luggage stand. Lack of privacy due to only air conditioner being in window in living room so door had to remain open.

Thanks for the feedback. We apologize for the inconvenience you had in finding parking. The apartment is located in a urban city minutes away from NYC which results in some street noises being heard and parking to be difficult. We had an exterminator come out to service the inside of the apartment and the common spaces. We also offer a fan and extra lamp located in the apartment that guests can use.

Ubicación excelente! Barrio residencial muy tranquilo. Tiendas de comercio local muy cercanas. Buena comunicación con los autobuses hacia new york. El apartamento esta limpio y muy bien equipado! No hace falta llevarte nada porque ya lo tiene todo este apartamento. Lo recomiendo mil!

Appartement conforme à la description propre et fonctionnel très proche des arrêts de bus pour aller à New York et à n’importe quelle heure de la journée appart à nyc en 20mn chrono avec en prime une vue incroyable sur la skyline nous avons adoré séjourner ici !! Nettes Appartement in guter Lage

Das Appartement ist sauber und gemütlich, alles ist wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Es liegt nur ein paar Minuten entfernt von Parks und Fußwegen mit sensationellem Blick auf die Skyline von Manhattan und zu Busstationen nach Manhattan. Tagsüber steht der Bus nach Manhattan lange im Tunnel-Stau, man kann stattdessen die Fähre nehmen. Abends in Richtung West New York ist man mit dem 159X in 20 Minuten am Appartement. Rundherum sind verschiedene Supermärkte in Fußnähe. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Great find!

We were looking for a stop over before our cruise from New York. We came in a day early and we're surprised to find the ferry just a short 20 minute walk from the apartment taking us across the river to New York. Also had it not been pouring rain we would have walked and taken the ferry to the cruise port. It's a great little apartment in a quaint residential neighborhood. It had all the amenities you would want and is nicely appointed. We found a great restaurant not far away, I'm sure there are others. We would stay there again. Thanks Jose for sharing your home with us! Wishing you good fortune for the future.
