Oceanfront Oasis: Luxurious Beach Retreat-Stunning Views/Private Beach Access!

This first floor 2 bedroom 2 bath oceanfront condo sleeps 5. Enjoy the 180 degree wrap around deck with panoramic view of the Atlantic Ocean! The amazing wraparound oceanfront deck is the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee at sunrise or cocktails in the evening while watching the kids swim in the pool. Direct private beach access is just outside. Open floorplan features a fully equipped kitchen and comfortable living space. We just installed in 2023 a soft water system, as well as a drinking water Kinetico reverse osmosis filtration system under the kitchen sink. The drinking water can be accessed through the small faucet located on the upper right corner. The system is tied to the icemaker in the freezer as well. The water tastes great and you can rest assured that it is free from contaminants. The main living area features a living room with 2 vinyl sliders, providing incredible ocean views and dual access to the large covered wraparound deck; an oceanfront dining area; a brand new 55 inch Smart TV with cable and adjustable swivel wall mount, brand new (in 2026) leather sofa and 2 beautiful, comfy swivel accent chairs. Renovation in 2022 includes brand new kitchen cabinets, quartz countertops with barstool seating, updated backsplash, brand new top of the line stainless steel appliances, including full size stackable washer/dryer and beach friendly luxury vinyl plank flooring throughout condo. Both full bathrooms have been completely renovated with designer tile, new vanities with quartz tops, and brand new fixtures and accessories. Master bathroom features walk-in shower with glass door and guest bathroom features brand new tub with sliding glass doors. Master en suite bedroom features king bed (new in 2026) and 48 inch Smart TV with cable and second bedroom queen bed (2024) with twin trundle bed underneath (2026) and 43 inch Smart TV with Spectrum app. Outdoor pool and direct private beach access just right outside the door. Deck features two Adirondack chairs, two bar height chairs with table and dining table with four chairs, brand new for the 2022 season. The complex is on a nice wide strand of the beach (re-nourished in April 2022), there are three restaurants right across the street, and is within walking distance to the Carolina Beach Lake, Saturday Farmer's Market, downtown restaurants & shops, the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, and the Ocean Grill & famous Tiki Bar! This lovely high end property is the perfect beach getaway.

Condo was very clean and equipped with all the travel essentials. Pictures were a true reflection of how nice the condo is. Holden and Toni were great with providing information and offering to be available should we need them (we didn’t need a thing- condo was perfect). Excellent location direct beachfront with beautiful deck. Pool was clean. Nothing was very crowded mid-August. Love that the beach has a private entrance for this complex as it allows the beach to not be as crowded. Thanks for everything! We will surely be back!

My family and I had a wonderful time. The condo had everything you could need for a great vacation. They had card games for the family to play and spend quality time together. The most comfortable beds you could ask for while on vacation. Loved the outside seating and the table and chairs where you could have a meal and enjoy the ocean view. Holden was very informative and made sure our stay was great. It’s a great place for a relaxing vacation. We plan on returning next year.

Our stay here was amazing from start to finish and the hosts are so great about communication! The condo was very clean, beautifully updated, and had everything we needed. We had two adults and two teenagers and there was plenty of room. The view from the deck was beautiful and we spent many evenings after dinner relaxing and watching the ocean. The accessibility and walk to the beach were quick and easy (minus the hot sand and heat for us from the north who aren't used to it). The hosts have beach chairs, boogey boards, and sand toys that we were able to use. After the first day on the beach we did splurge on umbrella and chair rentals that were set up and taken down for us each day by a beach rental company. This really helped to lighten our load on our daily walks and setup to the beach. The pools were an added bonus, and we often cooled off there after the beach. We loved it so much that we are hoping to return next year! Thank you for the opportunity to stay here! This was a much anticipated and needed trip with our kids.

This condo has been beautifully remodeled. Everything was clean and updated. The views of the beach from the deck make a wonderful spot to relax with coffee or a drink. The condo was equipped with everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The owners did a great job communicating with us, providing directions and tips on parking.

This property has everything you want in a beach vacation. As soon as we stepped into the condo we were greeted by a bright open concept kitchen and living room area with updated furniture. The two bedrooms were immaculate with extremely comfortable bedding, and storage space for laundry. With private beach access just steps away from this newly rennonvated property as well as local eateries within walking distance this rental is a no brainer. The hosts were just as amazing as the location, staying in communication on things to do in the local area as well as answering any questions or concerns regarding the property. Needless to say, we will be back. This stay earned me many brownie points with my wife and 3.5 year old who had the time of their life at this location.

This is one of the cleanest beach properites that we have stayed at as a family. The cookware is nice and both k cup and drip machine in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach and a great view make this a perfect family location.

Great beach access getaway

My family and I stayed for a few nights and we have young kids so we wanted to be right off the beach with easy access. It was a great little place, clean and as described. Great views from the deck! The host was very communicative and helpful. Would definitely come back for our next beach getaway!

Awesome location

Lovely condo & a fabulous location. Parking was much better at this location than our previous rentals. The updated decor was beautiful & relaxing. The pull out couch was surprisingly comfortable. Owners were very helpful. No issues at all.
