This was probably the cleanest vacation property we have ever stayed in. The process for check-in and check-out were simple and easy. The view was wonderful and exactly what our party wanted. The local café within walking distance just down the street, Granny's Country Kitchen, was a nice treat each morning for breakfast.

Julia was such an amazing host. Made sure everything was good the whole time and gave us local suggestions.Such an accommodating host. Loved the place. View and access to the ocean and local attractions was perfect for us.

We loved our stay. The place was very clean and had all the things we needed to make the trip wonderful. The location with close proximity to the beach and the ocean front view was a 10 out of 10!!! We would definitely stay here again. The communication with Julia was superior. She was available to answer any questions and made check in a breeze. She was also a great resource for places to eat around the area.

Very nice decor and excellent views of the beach. Great access to the beach and surrounding areas. Place was clean and we had no issues with any of the appliances. Internet seemed spotty and a little slow in this area in general. The owner was wonderful and was quick to respond to our questions. For most of the week we were the only ones in the building and parking can get tight if the other units are occupied. If we ever come back to this area we would be more than happy to stay here again. The three flights of stairs can get old, but can also help you burn off the extra calories from vacation!

My wife and I stayed with our three kids for a week. The property was exactly what we were looking for. It was well-equipped, had great views, and you could not beat the location. Julia was attentive and very prompt in her communication. We had a wonderful week at the beach.

We enjoyed staying at the condo very much! It was very clean and it was big enough for our family of 5. The host was very nice and greeted us as we arrived. She texted us a day before that we needed to bring some essentials. If we would have realized this sooner, we would have brought these items from home as we were already on the road. We loved that the condo was right on the beach and the balcony had amazing views of the ocean! We would definitely be back if we had the chance to travel to this part of NC again.

Great unit with beautiful beach view and easy access to the beach. Comfortable beds and furniture and nicely decorated with plenty of space for our family. The kitchen is well equipped. The outside storage has lots of beach chairs, umbrella and toys for the children. Parking for two cars was easy. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again next time we visit Carolina Beach. Thanks!

How can I summarize my visit? Exactly what I wanted, but more importantly what I needed.Julia is an excellent communicator. I had asked to check in early. She immediately responded with a message that she would let me know on check-in day of that would be possible. Julia messaged me the night BEFORE check-in and THEN made sure I knew it was possible by texting my phone. There was no additional fee for checking in early (which doesn't happen often).This condo is everyone's dream!! I did...take the master with my own bathroom, but my friend was just as happy with the 2nd bedroom (and she, too, then had her own bathroom). Shoot, she actually slept on the couch the whole time. Julia's deck is like an open rooftop! We had the best dance parties. Well, just the 2 of us (hahahaha), but SUCH A GREAT SPACE!I'm coming back. Thank you Julia! Your Southern Hospitality was perfect.

Great view. Street walking a bit if a challenge due to no sidewalks. Owner communication good. Don’t go to Vinny’s pizza- disappointing.

We were happy to return for our 4th visit to Julia’s beautiful 2-bedroom condo in Carolina beach! The oceanfront view was fabulous, making our trip a real summertime treat! We loved relaxing in the comfy living area with its beachy décor . . . and beautiful views of the ocean, even when inside . . . a real plus! Julia has thought of everything – from beach chairs and umbrellas to a fully-equipped kitchen and well-appointed rooms – and communication was excellent. The location is great . . .right next to the Tiki bar for sunset drinks and fish tacos, very convenient to the Boardwalk shops, and perfect for walking. Another memorable stay and we are already looking forward to our next visit . . . Thanks Julia!

Host was very helpful & responsive; true Southern hospitality.View was stunning & location was ideal for a relaxing trip. So great to simply walk out to the beach each day, and watch the sunrise from the porch. A great location and made for a great get away. Appreciated the communication and suggestions for things to do in the area.
