This condo was very well appointed, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed comfortable. There were beach chairs and lots of towels and an air mattress with extra bedding if needed. We had nice sunset views from the front balcony and it was a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops.

Great little condo within walking distance of downtown Kona. Condo was furnished with everything you could need and was well maintained. Property managers were great to work with: had an issue with the coffee pot and they had it replaced the same day.

Nice place but I didn’t appreciated to complete a form of 18 pages to book it and the obligation to pay for an insurance… And, I killed 2 cockroach ! But the condo was clean and well equipped !

Mahalo for sharing your feedback. We’re glad to hear you found the condo clean, well-equipped, and a nice place to stay. We understand that the booking paperwork can feel lengthy, but it is required to ensure clarity, protect both guests and owners, and comply with Hawai‘i regulations. The insurance requirement is in place for everyone’s peace of mind as well. As for the cockroaches, while the property is regularly treated by pest control, occasional sightings can happen in the tropics despite our best efforts. We appreciate your understanding and are happy you enjoyed the overall quality of the condo. Mahalo again for choosing us, and we hope to welcome you back!

So close to great restaurants shops and beaches. Farmer’s Market was perfect for purchasing fresh fruit and island veggies. Free trolley available as well for getting around.
