Linger Longer -

First Floor - This serves as the primary living area, comprising a spacious living room equipped with a large flat screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room. Additionally, this level features a queen bedroom with a full bathroom that can either be kept private or shared with the common area, offering two entrances for convenience.

Second Level - Here, you'll find a queen bedroom with a private balcony boasting stunning gulf views, as well as a bunk room with two double/twin bunks. These two rooms share a bathroom, each with its own entrance, allowing you the option to keep the kids out if desired. Furthermore, there's a king suite with a generously sized full bathroom featuring a separate garden tub and a walk-in closet spacious enough to accommodate a pack n' play.

Third Level - The pinnacle of the home, this level houses a grand master suite. The king bedroom offers a private gulf-view balcony that wraps around, providing breathtaking views. The luxurious private bathroom boasts a garden tub and a separate shower.

Outdoor Space - The upper levels feature covered balconies off select bedrooms, offering a tranquil setting to enjoy the refreshing sea breezes while planning your day. Just a brief stroll away lies the gulf's pristine white sand beach and vibrant waters, conveniently accessible without crossing any roads. Linger Longer also offers a private lagoon-shaped swimming pool surrounded by swaying palms, along with a sunny patio perfect for relaxing. The spacious deck, complete with two covered cabanas, creates a cozy atmosphere with its fire pit, wall-mounted TV, and outdoor seating—an ideal setting for evening gatherings. Additionally, it features a grilling station and wet bar, perfect for savoring delightful surf-n-turf meals by the poolside!

The location was great. The house looked clean at first sight but was not truly clean. Killed some of the largest cockroaches we have ever seen. Propane gas was out and we had to purchase. Holes in the ceiling. Fixtures such as tub handles for water falling off or just missing. The internet only worked in a few rooms. They did send an internet guy to fix it twice but it only worked in 3 of the 5 rooms. Location was on point! Still we had to purchase a broom and mop so we could clean it a little better. In spite of all that we had a great time.

Amazing location, great space and amenities for a party of 15. Pool was a good size for proximity to the beach.

Great house in a great location

This is a perfect property for family to come enjoy the beautiful gulf beach. The house is spacious with lots of beds for everyone. The pool was nice and heated! And the location is great. Just a short walk to the beach. Also its conveniently located close to all the restaurants and shopping. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would come back.

Our Cloudy Beach Week

Though not the Taj Mahal, "Linger Longer" was more than adequate with it's private pool and short 2 minute stroll to the beach. It had more than enough room for my family of 8 ranging in age from 62 to 13 months. Ocean Reef was readily available by phone or text. All in all a good week except for Hurricane Francine and her cloudy and sometimes rainy days.

Family Christmas

Overall, it was a nice family vacation, however, the house lacked cleanliness and some bare necessities. The living room furniture was black to where we had to cover with sheets so we could sit on it, it was so worn you would sink when sat on, and there were several live and dead cockroaches found throughout the house. Each bathroom only got 1 roll of toilet paper and the floor was gross causing your feet to be black if you went barefoot. The pool was amazing and the location was perfect!!

Needs deep cleaning!Air ducts caked with dust. Two Red loveseats so stained n dirty. Used sheets n blankets to cover. Everything needs update sorry broken bed frame 3rd floor. Blinds so much dust. Take your allergy medicine!

Well unfortunately the washer & dryer were not in operational condition which made it difficult, so we made 3 trips to laundromat during our stay to wash and dry clothes, property management person said they had someone lined out but no one ever showed up & we also had to refill propane tank for bbq grill, other than that we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to return

Just like advertised

The rental process (scheduling, check in & out) was smooth and easy. Overall, the house was very nice. It had ample space for our group of 15 (8 adults, 3 teenagers and 4 children). The pool was enjoyed by all. The furniture could use an update. At least two of the bar stools had broken spindles and the sofas and chaise were showing the wear. Lastly the ocean view mentioned in the description is a stretch at best. But overall this place gets a Thumbs-up. Would rent it again.

Frat House Condition

This house is nothing like advertised. Very worn, inside and out. Furniture old and worn. Some chairs broken at bar and at pool. Pool bottom so rough everybody got scratched or cut, had to wear shoes in pool. Pool pump stopped working and couldn’t use pool last two days. Neighbor across street leaves cat food or all the feral cats in the parking spaces and all up and down the street, very unsanitary. Kitchen poorly stocked, pots and pans worn. No shade much at pool. Definitely won’t be back to this unit. It definitely appears owners have checked out. Save your money!

Awesome Place. New Years Eve Stay.

The 5 bedrooms were awesome. Exactly as pictured .Slept very well. Perfect for our 6 adults and 2 children. Place is perfect for 4 couples and 4 children easily. Less than a 3 minute walk to beach. 5 minute walk to CVS and Winn Dixie.The VRBO listing said heated pool with a nomimal fee. I see they finally redacted that out of the VRBO listing during Wasn't sure if wanted heated to begin with. less than one week to arrival decided we wanted it heated MUCH TO MY SUPRISE come to find out it use to be, but isn't any more. No time to change anything.and find a different place. How disappointing both houses beside had a heated pool by the same management company. Unsure of why management company didn't verify all the listings online especially the VRBO one. Would have left a 5 star but never received any call back or any type of compensation. ONly thing I heard was after I called 3 times we will have a GM call you.. Only a response to my first email that POOL is not heated when inquiring about getting it heated. Never would have booked this place going in with what I know know. Guess I better make sure next timeI pay for a heated pool while booking a month in advance instead of trying a week prior. An apology to owner and OCeanReef on forgetting to mention 3 broken glasses when one fell on 2 of them in the sink during check out.

Meh... not the best house I've stayed at...

We arrived on Saturday, April 7th in the early evening. There were lightbulbs burnt out all over the house (including the pool) and we thought the swimming pool was actually a hot tub. Sunday morning we woke up and tried to use the microwave. It was broken. We placed a call to Ocean Reef Rentals (Easter Sunday) and they promptly sent out a service man to replace all the lightbulbs and bring in a replacement microwave. The pool light was replaced on Monday by noon. The house itself was alright, the furniture in the living room seems pretty shabby and in need of replacing. There was no carpeting in the entire house, except for a 5' square rug in the living room. The echoes of the house were loud since it was all tile with nothing to absorb the sound. With three flights of tiled stairs, I had visions of my toddler falling down and busting his head open. It's not a family-friendly house. No pool toys or beach toys. No plastic cups to drink out of. The glasses that were provided had chips and cracks in them. The plates also had big chips in them. The kitchen was sparsely stocked. My husband and I stayed on the third floor and were greeted by a large cockroach on Tuesday morning after waking up. The pool/patio was nice and had enough seating. The outside shower was REALLY nice to rinse off sand after a morning at the beach. The backyard is misrepresented in pictures, as it looks like there is grass behind the pool. Actually it was overgrown with weeds and no place for kids to play. In all, our party included 6 adults and 4 children aged 14, 5, 3, and 2. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms in the house. The living room could have used at least one more chair in it. There was seating for 6. The best part of the house would be the short walk to the beach. Don't bother packing a bag for snacks since the house is so close to the beach you can make the short walk back. No strollers were necessary, either. The sand reminded us of sugar, it was so white and pretty. Some overgrown frat boys moved in on Wednesday night in the house next door (Sunset Beach) and were obnoxiously loud and drunk for their stay. Wasn't a problem until it was time for bed. We were on the third floor and could hear them all night, until they finally decided to call it a night at 4:30am. This just emphasizes the fact that these houses are all on top of each other and you can hear the neighbors. I would not recommend this house to any friend of mine.

Quiet and Relaxing

The property was nice and spacious. The bathrooms and showers needed cleaning, showers had mildew on floor of shower. Floors needed to be swept. There was a broom but no dustpan. Coffee Keurig was dirty. No dishcloths. Good thing I travel with everything I need, Tilex mildew and bathroom cleaner, I sprayed and wiped everything.. But overall nice place to stay. Would stay in future.

Lovely house and great location

Loved the house! It was a great place for a family get away. Pool was awesome specially since we had a few rainy days definitely enjoyed it. The location was perfect specially having a private entrance for the beach, that was a plus!! I would definitely rent out again in the near future. Ocean reef had a great commutation with us. Reported a few problems and got them resolved right away. The only thing I didn't like was that some covers and pillows smelled like fresh throw up but other than that the beds were comfy and their was plenty of towels. Also be careful with pool porch. The flooring Is super slippery would suggest to pit towels out to avoid any falls.

Cleaning supplies

The one complaint i have about the stay is that there was no cleaning supplies. A bottle of lysol for counters would have been nice. Everything else i loved!!! The location is great a walk to the beach all kinds of stores around us. My kids enjoyed the pool and the rooms are pretty big.

Needs updating and attention

House was in need of updating! Furniture was poor quality, kitchen was poorly stocked. HUGE cockroach inside the home. Both neighboring properties in much better maintained condition.

Great place!

Overall it was a great place to stay! It had enough room for our whole family plus some. The rooms and bathrooms were amazing! Especially the baths. The pool was roomy even though it looked on the smaller side in the pics. Definitely bigger in person. The outside shower was nice and hot! Wifi was great. I will definitely book with you guys again!
