Great 3BR/3BA property right on the beach. The unit was spacious, clean and well maintained with new furniture. I will look to stay at this property again for our next trip with the family.

Perfect family getaway location

The condo was clean and well stocked for our time away as a family. Wish we could go back and enjoy the peacefulness of the sound of the waves. Loved being right on the beach! We would stay here again.

Great family getaway

Great week!! Easy to get to and did not have to travel for restaurants and night life. Beaches were not crowded.

Enjoyable

Convenient location, well kept property. Very clean upon check in. The beach area was wonderful. Elevators were slow and one did not function, so lines formed to get to our floor. Would of liked the pool to stay open later.

Great Beach Time

Though we had had some rains and it was chili and we could go out much on the beach, at least the vacation rental was good enough to get a vacation feel. The unit was clean with beautiful view. There was ample of space for kids to play indoors. The indoor pool was also good and clean was sought out when outdoor got chili.

Close to NAS

We stayed in this unit while visiting my daughter who is stationed at NAS. Very convenient for her to visit with us. Quiet area of the beach. Unit is well designed for several adults. Enjoyed my morning tea on the balcony while watching the dolphins play. Easy check in and check out. Perfect!

Nice Condo

Came down to visit our son stationed in Pensacola. Was within 30 minutes of the front gate of the base. Still some hurricane damage in the area but looks like a lot of progress has been made. Our condo was good, but the pools were closed and there was construction next door. Some restaurants and activities in the area are still closed. All to be expected.

Beach Colony is great - condo has great layout but needs updating

The condo has a great layout, the kitchen is well-stocked with everything a cook needs. The furniture is dated and heavy. Another lamp in the living room would be nice (and a vacuum cleaner) as would more comfortable patio furniture - those aluminum cross bars on the seats are not comfortable with such thin cushions. Outdoor table only seats 4 which is not enough. Beds were all comfortable and supplied bathroom towels plentiful. Great location about equal distance between Pensacola and Gulf Shores with some good eateries and grocery very convenient.

Perfect view

We came into town for the Blue Angels Homecoming show. This is not the first time staying at Colony Tower, but the first time staying in this particular condo. The condo was lovely and spacious. The only complaint I have is that the description said "luxurious" especially the primary jacuzzi tub. The fixtures were super dated and I wanted to take a jacuzzi bath. The hot water was barely hot and hardly flowed. It took 30 mins just to get a few inches of water and never got even touched the jets. It was a bummer. I did tell maintenance and they came, however it was not fixed. I think updating the fixtures would be helpful to get to that "luxurious" look they are wanting.

CONSTRUCTION

There was vey load construction going on when we arrived....no warning from owner or management. There was no patio furniture either.

Hi Martha. All of our listings have disclaimers that there is a major construction project occurring on-site that were posted before you booked your stay. It appears you did speak with our reservations department and accepted a discount and chose to stay in the unit for your dates, versus moving complexes or dates which were also options. We're sorry if you felt we miscommunicated in any way but we did notify all guests that this would be occurring and that the patio would be off-limits during this construction as well. Nice unit, could have been cleaner but I understand the turnaround time is tight. Facilities such as pool chairs could use an upgrade.

Wonderful condo!

This is a lovely unit. We loved the proximity to Johnson Beach National Seashore, Publix and several wonderful restaurants. Kitchen is well stocked (bring your own coffee filters-flat bottom, not cone shaped. They’re not provided). Beautiful view! Highly recommend this condo.

Lovely view and lots of space

We had a great time visiting our beloved Perdido Key and staying at Beach Colony 7-East. The condo is spacious and was very clean upon arrival. The best part is the view. My only suggestion is to be prepared to bring or buy almost everything for the kitchen save utensils/appliances/pots and pans. There are no spices, napkins, trash bags (save for the starter they leave), etc. Publix is right down the street, so no big deal. I was also very impressed with Luxury Coastal and their quick response to a couple questions I had. We will definitely be back!
