Fantastic Family Holiday

We loved our stay in the villa, loads of space for 6 adults and plenty of time spent in the pool area! Everything you could possibly think you might need is provided and the location really close to Disney and the I4.

Perfect family vacation!

We stayed here in July and had the most AMAZING family vacation. I think the kids had more fun in the property than any place we visited. The house was truly perfect. It accommodated all our needs. Everything was so comfy and cozy. The bugs were near zero, which in Florida in July is hard to say. The pool was refreshing and not overly hot even though the outdoor temp was. The kids asked every night to watch a movie in the pool. Food delivery was easy. The game room was such a hit. Hands down 10/10 experience and stay!

Perfect vacation villa!

We stayed at Cool Change for 2 weeks and have to say it was absolutely perfect for our family (party of 6 x adults, 2 x children and 1 x infant). The villa was equipped with everything you could think of, including a closet full of baby stuff, including baby travel cot, strollers, high chair, toys and much more. The games room located in the garage was fantastic, with something for everyone (pool table, pac man/asteroids electronic arcade games, corn hole, air hockey to mention a few). The garage also houses washing machine and drier, which was perfect as being a big family, we get through a lot of clothes! Lovely big pool and jacuzzi. The villa also had a BBQ, which we used a few times. The home was to a very high standard of cleanliness and comfort. I would definitely recommend this villa to family and friends 100%

It’s a wonderful place that we go to each year!

It has 5 bedrooms and I believe 5 baths with all of the amenities you need including a washer and dryer. Very close to the Disney parks. Also has a pool. 5 star!

Just the perfect vacation

We had a 3 week vacation staying at Cool Change Villa and what a brilliant time we had. I have to say the interaction with Jen )Owner) from start to finish was great, she replies virtually straight away and is so helpful. As for the villa it really is home from home, Jen has thought of everything. If it’s not in the villa I would be surprised. The villa was immaculately clean, as soon as we walked in it smelt and looked fresh, but straight away we got that homely with some tasteful Disney Halloween decorations (we saw them in magic kingdom) if you have young kids then the villa would be safe with alarms on doors and security net around a pool (can be removed if you don’t have small kids) additionally loads of equipment for young kids. The kitchen is separate which we loved and very well stocked including an air fryer, coffee maker, waffle maker to name a few. The bedrooms were spacious with super comfy beds and great walk in showers in the en-suites. The lounge is defiantly the best one we have had in a villa with large TV, leather sofa and a heated reclining massage chair great after a day in the parks. Would we stay here again? without doubt out of the 5 villas we have stayed in before this was definitely the best.

Fantastic Stay

This was our first stay at Cool Change Villa and we are so pleased we have booked again for July. The location is perfect for all parks, restaurants, supermarkets and shops. The villa totally exceeded our expectations it had everything and the attention to detail given by Jen the owner is first class. The outside area is a big hit and a wonderful pool and spa pool. Games room with air hockey, pool table and every game possible is fantastic. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Bedrooms have lots of storage and the beds are super comfortable. The villa made our holiday even more special. No complaints only compliments and can’t wait to return. Thank you. Simon Lee

Fantastic

This was our third time staying at Cool Change. It was wonderful! We keep coming back because the house is clean and very well equipped. Anything you might need is there. Our four grandchildren visit us there and we lack for nothing. No need to bring anything from home - everything is there. From playpens, strollers, high chairs to bibs and even toys. You name it is there! Jen is a wonderful host- accessible and very friendly. Cool Change Villa is your home away from home.

It was absolutely wonderful! Staying for nine days and our grandkids have the time of their life! They kept saying when we would go places, are we going home? 😊

The place has five bedrooms, five baths and a pool which fit us all perfectly. Very clean and accommodating! A very good location to get anywhere you need. Stores, restaurants and their own clubhouse with a large pool and drinks. We would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Orlando!

Loved our stay. Highly recommended!

The house was gorgeous and well kept. We stayed in December so it was nicely decorated for the holidays. Our 7-year old loved playing in the game room and sleeping in the Star Wars themed room.

Relaxing and fun

This villa was everything we hoped it would be for our group of 5. It was so nice to come back from an exhausting Disney day and jump in the pool! Everyone having their own bathroom was beyond sweet! Will stay again and again!

Magic!

10/10 recommend staying here. The distance from the house to the parks is so convenient. The house is immaculate! We spent our evenings watching movies out by the pool. It was our kids favorite place we've stayed to date. We will be back! Thank you so much for a magical stay. We loved it

The house was perfect! The kitchen was well supplied and the game room and pool were amazing for the kids. We stayed for 6 nights and went to the Disney parks 4 days we were there. Each day at the park we took a midday break at the house to escape the heat. The location of the house was close enough for us to come and go to and from the park with no hesitation. Jen was responsive and helpful every step along the way! I would absolutely stay at the cool casa villa again!

perfect disney house

This house is perfect for a family vacation. It has everything you could need and plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We visit Disney parks every 1-2 years. In the past we have always stayed at a Disney resort. I was pleasantly surprised at how convenient the location of the house is and how easy it was to get to the different parks.

Fantastic stay in a beautiful villa

We had the most amazing holiday and this fantastic villa was perfect for our family and had everything we needed and more and made our holiday extra special. The host was amazing both before, during and after our stay and we felt welcomed and looked after. We have a disabled daughter and the host made sure the villa was perfect for her which relieved one stress of the holiday. We couldn’t fault anything and would love to return. Thank you
