Thank you so much for your thoughtful review, Cameron! We’re thrilled to hear that you and your family enjoyed The Beach Berry and found the check-in and check-out process easy. It was a pleasure having you, and we truly appreciate your kind recommendation! Regarding the items you mentioned, since COVID, we no longer leave supplies such as aluminum foil, paper products, or other household items from one guest to the next for health and sanitation reasons. We do provide a starter supply of amenities for our guests and are always happy to help if you need anything additional during your stay. We’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused. As for the smoke alarm, we sincerely wish we had known! If you had reached out to us, we absolutely would have sent someone over right away to take care of the battery and make sure everything was working properly. We never want a small issue like that to cause any inconvenience during your stay. Thank you again for being such wonderful guests, for your understanding, and for taking the time to share your feedback. Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear you enjoyed the location, beach access, and community amenities. Barrier Dunes is one of our pet friendly homes, and while we strive to maintain high cleaning standards between every stay, we apologize if the condition of the carpeting did not meet your expectations upon arrival. We wish we had been notified during your stay, as our team would have gladly investigated and addressed any concerns at that time. Regarding the maintenance items you mentioned, many of the areas referenced are cosmetic in nature and do not affect the functionality of the home. While New Wave manages the property, decisions regarding major updates, renovations, and capital improvements are ultimately made by the homeowners. We will be sure to share your feedback with them as guest input is valuable when evaluating future upgrades and improvements. We appreciate your comments and will also review your housekeeping concerns with our cleaning team. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope you'll consider visiting the area again in the future.

Thank you for your feedback. We are glad to hear you found the condo beautiful and clean, but we are sorry your arrival experience was frustrating. After reviewing the reservation, the gate and door access information was sent to the contact information associated with the booking. Unfortunately, the phone number on file contained an incorrect digit, which prevented those messages from reaching you. While we understand this was an honest mistake, it did impact our ability to deliver the arrival information successfully. That said, we recognize there was an opportunity for clearer communication when you contacted us prior to arrival, and we are sorry for the confusion. Our goal is always to make the check in process as smooth as possible, especially for guests arriving late at night. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will review our communication process to see where we can provide additional clarity for future guests. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.
