Magnifique vue - Grand Chalet Bord de Seine et Lac

Enjoy a bright and warm space on the banks of the Seine and on the edge of a small swimmable lake.

You can enjoy:
- a large new and equipped kitchen for beautiful group meals
- a terrace by the water with a large brazier to enjoy in the evening and a Kamado barbecue for your grills
- a beautiful fireplace with an open stove to enjoy the flames and the warmth of the wood.

The house is in a green setting, very quiet, where you can admire the birds.

The chalet is in a gated estate. In this area there is a small beach with some games for children. There is also a tennis court and 2 ping pong tables. In addition, there is a swimming pool open between the end of June and the beginning of September.

For sleeping accommodation, we have:
- A small bedroom with a double bed.
- A large double bed in the living room (with a room divider for privacy).
- If necessary, the chaise longue opens to make a third double bed (comfortable!!), with a room divider for privacy.

The chalet is spacious and bright with a large bay window to take full advantage of the view of the the Seine!

In winter, the atmosphere is warm around the fire.

To sleep, you have 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 double bed in the living room and a chaise longue that can be converted into a double bed. The bedding is of good quality and so are the pillows.

This is our main residence, so it's a real people's house (and not a place designed only for rental). On the other hand, we are never there during the rental :)

Another important piece of information: we have a dog. So, if you are allergic, we can't accommodate you.

We don't want to rent the house for big parties.

The jacuzzi is available on sunny days on the terrace for a moment of relaxation by the water.
