Aqua Vacation Rentals Sandy Shore is a charming 3 bedroom (loft w/2 twins) 2 bath home which features a large deck, private heated pool, hot tub, loft area with two twin beds and close proximity to the beach. As you enter into the house the open concept feel, natural light throughout and beach decor transport you to a relaxing Lake Michigan vacation with lots of amenities. The living room has a beautiful stone fireplace and seating for watching movies or hanging out. The dining room easily seats 8 guests, 6 at the table and 2 at the bar or there are extra chairs to seat 8 at the table. The kitchen has all you need for basic cooking and bar seating for breakfast or to chat with a cup of coffee or glass of wine while someone prepares meals. The first bedroom has a queen bed, the primary bedroom has a queen bed and full bath and upstairs is a loft with two twin beds. The main bath has a tub/shower and is conveniently located next to the living room. There's also a washer and dryer for your use during your stay. As you go out the back door you enter onto a large deck with private heated pool, gas grill, hot tub and plenty of seating for lounging in the sun or hanging out. The beach is located just a couple of blocks from the house. This home is ideal for those that want to be close to the beach but also want the convenience of a private pool. Sandy Shore is close to restaurants, ice cream, a convenient store, a bakery and a rental shop. Come and enjoy all this beautiful home in Union Pier, MI has to offer!

Please note: In lieu of a Refundable Damage Deposit (providing a credit card for damages), Aqua charges a non-refundable fee (included in the quote before booking) which provides up to $1500 of coverage towards unintentional rental property damages. Also travel insurance is optional.
Payments-50% down upon booking and final payment due 4 weeks prior to your arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Policy may vary per booking channel. NO REFUNDS are given if the cancellation is received less than 60 days prior to the agreed upon arrival date. Agent will make reasonable efforts to rebook. All cancellations must be in writing and delivered to Agent by mail or email. There is no refund for early departure.
