While the first two floors and backyard (pool/hot tub) of the home will be for you and your guests, I live on the 3rd floor when I am in Carolina Beach but otherwise it is vacant. I have a private elevator at the first floor which is where we will share the foyer area to the front door. The first and second floors have locking entry doors for your security and privacy. Home is equipped with a key-less entry lock so you can start enjoying your vacation as soon as you arrive. This is a smoke and pet free property.
