The Space:

Colibri 52-1 is a luxury home close to two stunning beaches



Villa Colibri is the perfect getaway for friends, couples, and families looking for a fun and inspiring escape with all the comforts of home. Completed in 2009, Casa Colibri is a 2 bedroom two-story villa with its own pool, featuring the finest finishes and furnishings in a tropical setting. The first floor consists of living room, dining room, half bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. The second floor offers two bedrooms with private baths. Each of the bedrooms has a small private balcony overlooking a garden areas.



This beautiful home is situated in a gated oceanfront community named Punta San Francisco. Each house is set apart for maximum privacy and comfort. The complex has the ideal location, just four minutes walking distance to both Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta.



If you stay at this Villa, you will have access to the exclusive Langosta Beach Club that has a large pool and private cabanas which offer a great way to spend the day. Enjoy the gym, eat lunch at the restaurant or just enjoy the lounge chairs on the beach.



Come! Stay on “the point”, a short walk down the road or along the beach gets you in town where you can enjoy the restaurants, boutiques and nightlife of Playa Tamarindo.

We had the most wonderful stay at this little house! It was quiet, close to the beach and our 2 daughters (7 and 10) really loved the private pool. The nice big washer and dryer came in really handy for the steady stream of wet beach towels.

We loved the place perfect for 2 to 4 people. the showers are amazing. You step in shower and your outside but very private. We loved it and will be back.

Quiet with Quick Access to beaches and town

Calibri 52-1 offers a well appointed, comfortable stay in a quiet gated community with easy access to beaches and town. Beach club access was something we used everyday, from casual meals to surfing lessons. VIP Tamarindo was responsive and setup golf cart and car rental plus transfers on arrival. Highly recommend!

Terrific place to stay

Wonderful spacious and well furnished in a great location. Walk to the beach and restaurants. The included access to Langosta Beach Club makes this as easy as a vacation can be. Rigo is a fantastic host. Every question or request was promptly addressed. Krissia will make reservations, suggestions and answer questions. She is incredible.

Great house

Great space, as advertised. Pool catches a bunch of leaves. They really need a book on site with overhead views of gate to beach and water access trails. We missed it the first day and had to ask someone to point it out.

Great Location and Comfortable StayI had a really nice stay at this condo. The location is excellent, with private trail access that makes it easy to walk down to the beach. The condo also has a private pool, which was a great bonus for relaxing after a day out.One of the biggest perks is that the stay includes membership access to the Langosta Beach Club, which adds a lot of value and gives you another great place to spend time by the ocean.The unit itself is well equipped with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, which made the stay very comfortable and convenient, especially for a longer trip.The owner was very accommodating and responsive whenever I had questions, which made the whole experience smooth and easy.Overall, it’s a great place to stay if you want a comfortable condo in a fantastic location near the beach.
