This condo was features on HGtv's House Hunters International! Luxury Condo in the heart of the famous Romantic Zone, just a 3 block flat walk to Los Muertos Beach. This ocean facing unit is near the top floor, two levels below the Penthouse, with an open layout leading to your balcony with breathtaking views of the city and ocean. Enjoy all-around views from large rooftop pool deck in this opulent building features 24-hour security, rooftop staffed bar (seasonal and certain hours), on-site administration, rooftop infinity-edge heated pool, spa, gym & BBQ areas with breathtaking Ocean/City/Mountain views.

This condo is a rare find, with an ocean and sunset facing balcony on a high floor in a modern building. Open floorplan maximizing the indoor/outdoor concept, this condo is truly an impressive space. The condo is well-equipped with a cook’s kitchen, large bedroom with closet and drawer space, full bathroom with large shower and oversized basin sink with two faucets, and a washer/dryer in the unit for your private use.

The building is well-maintained and features secure entry with 24-hour security, elevator taking you to your floor, impressive open concept lobby, rooftop infinity-edge heated pool, spa, gym & BBQ areas with breathtaking Ocean/Sunset/City/Mountain views.

Check in time is from 3pm to 8pm. Check out time is 8am to 11am. Check ins after 8 PM, and checkouts before 8 AM, will require a $700 Peso ($40 USD) fee paid directly to the concierge for their overtime.

NO SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE CONDO, BALCONY, OR BUILDING AT ANY TIME. This is not only our policy, but also Jalisco State Law and violations will be reported to the authorities. Jaslico State law does not allow smoking in any buildings or public spaces. We will also assess fines and enforce possible removal if violated.

Please be aware that all condo units are individually owned, and within an HOA association. It is required to follow all building and HOA rules at all times.

Very easy and efficient condo. Clean, well laid out, and in a building with excellent amenities. Kitchen was well stocked, laundry available in the unit. Nice view. Pool with staffed bar was great!

We LOVED this place, the location, the unit was incredible, in the heart of the Romantic Zone. We have memories for a lifetime. This building is a top quality, amenity rich building and the unit was incredible. We spent every morning having our coffee early am listening to the Romantic Zone come alive. The ocean views were an added bonus!

Amazing view

The rooftop pool is the perfect place to unwind and to enjoy a 360 view of PV’s beauty. The staff is incredibly kind and helpful.

A wonderful getaway

Matthew’s modern comfortable property has everything you will need for that special getaway, located in a lively neighborhood with excellent food and entertainment options close by. Communication was excellent, from reserving the place through checkout. Property was safe and comfortable with kind and helpful staff.

Loved it!

I stayed a week and had a great time at the condo and walking around town. Everything is within walking distance, great food, the pier, the beach, and all the cute shops. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance!

Excellent location and beautiful unit

Host was top notch from start to finish . Great communication , property manager tracked my my flight and was waiting for me when I arrived. Unit was well stocked including lots of towels which was awesome. Would totally stay here again .

Wonderful property in a great location

We really enjoyed staying in Matthew's unit. The building is so well located. The rooftop is beautiful with a very large pool. We would definitely stay here again. The management company was really wonderful and very communicative, as well. Alan Hernández was our contact and I can't say enough good things about him! Definitely would recommend this property!

Awesome Apartment in the Romantic Zone!

Had a 9 night stay; the apartment is beautiful, comfortable, close to everything we wanted to see. We loved being in a real neighborhood with history and the friendliest people. The building staff were amazing, professional, and super friendly and helpful with everything. The pool and rooftop bar was perfect for relaxing after a busy day exploring or playing on the beach. It was truly a wonderful experience and badly deserved vacation!

Great place, just like the pictures. Everything worked perfect. Cleaner was supposed to show up twice, only showed up the first week, good thing my wife is good at cleaning.

Loved This Place

The condo was very nice, and the location was perfect for me! The PVRPV guest services folks were great and very responsive to questions and requests. I stayed for three months and developed great relationships with the desk and maintenance people in the building, who all were very accommodating. All in all, it was a fabulous stay.

Perfect location and amenities!

If you like the vibrancy of old town - this location can't be beat. It's at the center of everything, yet, because it's on a higher floor, the unit is not loud at all. The kitchen is stocked with everything one needs, W/D in unit was great, and the mattress comfortable. AC works great, and the amenities at the rooftop are amazing. Would def consider staying here again when I'm back in Vallarta!

Wonderful stay, pool, location!

It was a quick couple of days but we had an amazing time at Loft 268. The apartment was perfect with a sink big enough for two to use at once; a kitchen with all the trimmings; comfy couches and a big TV. The bed was comfortable (especially if you like a harder mattress) and the topper was the roof pool area which was large and had plenty of places to sit in the pool rather than just swimming and doing laps. And the location relative to some of the best restaurants in the area as well as the beach being only 5 minutes away makes this a top spot to consider.
