Large luxury 6-bedroom villa, within a large estate of vineyards and forest, 7 minutes from Aix-en-Provence.

Built in 2021, this exceptional architect-designed villa spans 1,200 m². It is filled with light and surrounded by nature, with a magnificent view of the famous Sainte-Victoire mountain.

The huge 160m2 living room, completely transparent, opens onto the infinity pool and the nature offers a large, friendly double sofa and a very cozy fireplace area.

The modern and welcoming kitchen opens onto the dining room. It is equipped with two microwaves, an oven, a hot plate, two large refrigerators, and two dishwashers. The bar table seats six.

The dining table in the living room, made of solid Indonesian wood, can accommodate up to 12 people, pleasantly surrounded by the fireplace in mid-season or the bay window that opens onto the terrace in summer.

A corridor leads to two 30m2 bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own small dressing room and shower room. They have an individual terrace surrounded by vegetation.

Upstairs, a large corridor open to the sky leads to 4 bedrooms:

The 80m² upstairs master suite offers a south-facing view of Sainte-Victoire Mountain and a 2m super king-size bed. Motorized curtains and blinds allow the room to be plunged into darkness. The motorized bay window provides access to a balcony overlooking the pool. It features a high-end 5-channel sound system.1 of 250 watts integrated into the ceilings, a 55” (1m40) screen on stands for the day, and a 4K laser projector offering a 107” (2m70) image on a screen integrated into the ceiling with Dolby sound, on AppleTV.

The large bathroom opens up into a transparent space. Equipped with 250-watt sound and six speakers in the ceiling and in the shower, it offers a large double bathtub with multi-colored LEDs and air bubbles. The starry-ceilinged shower also accommodates two people, each with their own showerhead and the ability to choose their temperature, seated on the bench overlooking the view. The huge walk-in closet provides ample space for all your clothes and suitcases.

A second, south-facing 30m² bedroom features a marble shower room and walk-in closet. The partition between the dressing room and the master dressing room is removable, allowing parents to have direct access to the children's bedroom.

On the north side with a view of the estate's forest, two bedrooms of 40m2 each, with large screens and Devialet Bluetooth speakers. They each have a large dressing room and a bathroom with shower and bathtub, one of which is a whirlpool (bubbles and LEDs).

The two bedrooms can be connected by two acoustic separating doors between the bathrooms.

Upstairs there is also a large office with a view, equipped with 2 Windows computers, well soundproofed if you need a few moments of study.

The room transforms into a 10-seat cinema on a giant 230” (5.75m) screen, with a professional 4K laser projector, 2700-watt Dolby 5.2 sound and room acoustic treatment, all providing a total immersive experience.

The large 20-meter infinity mirror pool has several depths for all ages: 20cm for paddling, 40cm and 1m for children, and 1.60m for swimming the longest. It is heated to 29 degrees and protected from night cooling and accidents by a motorized curtain.

A variety of water games are available for children: floating boards, water pistols, masks and snorkels, inflatable mattresses, balls and frisbees...

The entire terrace is soundproofed by speakers hidden in the plants.

The nearby garden offers a large lawn for children, a badminton court, and a pétanque court in the shade of pine trees.

Four double deckchairs allow 8 people to relax lying around the pool, protected from the sun by 4 large parasols.

The terrace table seats 12 people and can be protected from the morning sun by roller blinds.

A lounge area set back around a century-old olive tree provides some privacy from the pool, and offers illuminated aperitifs in the evening.

Within the grounds, a 5-minute walk from the villa, a 3,500m² lake with crystal-clear water offers refreshing swims and relaxing naps on the two small sandy beaches. Children can play on huge floating mattresses or climb the waterfall, while parents can go paddleboarding or enjoy a romantic sail on the mahogany wooden boat. There are also tables for picnicking in the shade of the pine trees.

(The villa is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.)

The 110 hectare (270 acre) private estate offers great walking trails, immersed in nature among vineyards and pine and oak forest.

Four electric bikes are available, in 3 sizes: men's, women's and children's.

The house keeper, bilingual French English, lives 10 minutes from the villa and will always be available if you have any questions.

Cleaning is provided for 2 hours by two people daily.

The estate is located just 7 minutes from the entrance to Aix-en-Provence, and 12 minutes from the city center.

5 minutes (6km) on the road to Aix you will find all the practical and pleasant shops, with high quality products: fruits and vegetables, small supermarket, butcher, fishmonger, bakery, caterer, cheesemaker and wine merchant, all in the same place (Les Commerces De La Bastide).

4 minutes away is Chateau La Coste, with its Spa and 5 restaurants, including one with Michelin stars (Hélène Darozze).

There are many regions to visit from the estate: the Sainte Victoire Mountain (30 min), the Alpilles and Saint Remy de Provence (1 hour 20 min), the Lubéron (1 hour), the historic cities of Arles and Avignon (55 min). And the sea of course, with the Calanques Park and Cassis (45 min) or the Camargue (1 hour 20 min). Saint Tropez is 1 hour 45 min away.
