Amazing vacation

Spacious condo in perfect location within Honua Kai. Our family had an amazing vacation, and we’ll definitely stay in unit 101 next time.

Maui Paradise

This property is amazing. The space of a condo with the benefits of a resort, great concept. Literally steps from the beach and pool. Our unit was the best location of the property!

Outstanding property. Stay was amazing. Room was amazing. May be able to get cheaper rate if purchased through outrigger properties.

Family trip

Great location. Clean unit. No fold out couch/bed in living room. We would have preferred each bedroom having their own bathroom. Otherwise, great unit and we would return.

Perfect for a family gathering of all ages, steps to the pools and ocean. Great outdoor patio.

Great property, would have given it five stairs, but dryer door was broken, was addressed by rental company, but part had to be ordered. Some furnishings are looking a little tired, outdoor set especially. Expected better for the rental price. Pools were crowded and never really figured out the pool chairs reserving process, BUT, the location was awesome! Whole experience was wonderful and will definitely return.

The pool chairs are on a first-come first-served basis and not something that a guest can reserve, so we’re sorry if you had challenges with securing pool chairs. Thank you for your feedback. Great location!

We had a great visit for 8 days during spring break. Loved the location and access to pool and ocean/beach. We asked for an early check in as well as late check out but since they were fully booked we didnt get either although we sat outside the unit for an hour and no one was cleaning and it was ready but we couldnt access until 4pm. We also had issues with the AC and Fan breaking in the Master bedroom. after 2 nights of ot sleeping because of the heat, we contacted the rental agency and they were very quick to respond and did fix the AC but not the fan. We also requested some additional cleaning supplies and garbage bags and they were very quick to respond and deliver items. Favorite part was the spacious and well stocked kitchen and the views of the ocean in the morning, right out the door. Will definitely be back!

We're happy to offer an early check-in when possible, but each unit must have a final inspection prior to guest arrival, so although it was clean and ready, it hadn’t had a final inspection. We couldn’t offer a late check out as there was a guest arriving on the same day. We’re sorry to have disappointed you in this regard and appreciate your understanding. We’re also sorry that there was an issue with the a/c, and we’re glad it was resolved quickly. Our guest experience team is available daily from 8am-midnight and it’s good to know they were prompt in providing additional supplies on request. The good: Amazing place to stay! Our family had a great vacation here. We could walk right out from the patio to the beach and go snorkeling for hours. Come back and rinse off at the showers right there at the walkway up to the resort and then come back up our own secret path to the patio. BBQ'd every night.There is almost everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, except they need to add another skillet/frying pan or two. There is only one skillet to make eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, etc... in. You have to cook one thing at a time. It takes forever to cook breakfast because of it.The bad: I was disappointed in our check in as they were not done cleaning it at 4pm and we had to wait for them to finish. I felt like they rushed. We had to rewash every dish we used as there was lipstick and fingerprints on them. I got cleaner out from under the sink and went around and wiped down all the tables and counters. The outside table was so dirty it turned the paper towels red. Obviously, they didn't clean it. The grass needed to be mowed and the bushes needed to be weeded. The secret path is overgrown and a jungle to walk through. They put up a new picture in the master bedroom and used white putty to cover up the old hole but never painted over it and the wall is not white, wth? There is mold in the master shower in the glass corners and by the stainless steel fixtures on the wall, but grout was clean. Master bed is uncomfortable . For the I expect better. All minor.
