Welcome to Casa Teca! Our beautiful two story home features two bedrooms and one and a half baths, fully stocked modern kitchen with appliances, a private plunge pool on an outdoor deck with seating areas, a gas grill, comfortable beds, and so much more.

Please note the pool measurements: 3 meters by 2.5 meters and is approximately 1.7 meters deep.

We are located in Surfside, only a half-mile walk through the neighborhood to the sands of Playa Potrero. Within walking distance, you will find many restaurants, grocery stores, coffee shops, and Yoga classes. We are just 45 minutes to the International airport in Liberia and very close to hospitals and clinics. Playa Flamingo is 5 minutes away and world-class surfing can be found in nearby Tamarindo and Playa Grande.

** DETAILS TO NOTE **
-IMPORTANT: Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
-Our home has exterior security cameras. One by the main entrance, another on on the back facing the parking space, another by the pool.
-Your booking automatically includes a damage protection policy. Should any minor accidental damages occur during your stay, we will cover you up to $1,000. We understand accidents happen, so we've got your back! However, if we determine damage was willful or negligent, we will charge an additional cost based on the damage itself.
- *Important* If you are a Costa Rica resident booking with a local credit card, you will get charged IVA from your bank automatically aside from the AirBNB tax and will need to handle this directly with your bank. This is a separate localized fee that is done automatically outside of AirBNB.
