This beachfront property located right on Surfside Beach (directly south of Myrtle) is coined "The Family Beach" and is such a fun and relaxing, lowkey beach to enjoy. Our private pool will keep you and your guests entertained for days. There are local restaurants right down the street but the Myrtle Beach attractions are also less than 10 minutes away. Whether you are wanting to soak up the sun on one of the cleanest beaches around, shop, golf or see the sights, there is something for everyone here and we are excited for you to experience the transformation that happens when you spend your vacation here.

SUPPLY STARTER KIT
To ensure your first night with us is comfortable, we've provided a starter kit of a few essential supplies. This is just a little something to help you settle in. Please note, this kit is intended to cover your immediate needs upon arrival. For the duration of your stay, you may want to bring or purchase any additional items you require.

PHOTOSHOOT OPTION
*A Mini Photoshoot is included with a 7 night stay or more. Our photographer will need advance notice to be able to schedule. The photoshoot can also be purchased should you be staying less than 7 nights. It includes 15 minutes of photography time and 8 digital images.

TV/STREAMING
The property features smart TVs with access to streaming apps like Netflix, YouTube, and more. Please note that guests need to use their own accounts for these services. Cable TV(Peacock) may be available – but anticipate using personal streaming options. Enjoy your entertainment experience!

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits. Any guests found to be hosting an event or party will be subject to immediate eviction without the possibility of reimbursement.

NO SMOKING ANYWHERE ON PROPERTY
To ensure a smoke free home for optimum health for all guests as well as the owners, please refrain from smoking! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.

SMART TV INFO
All our properties are equipped with state-of-the-art smart TVs. Please note that we do not offer standard cable channels. However, guests can make the most of various streaming options available on these smart TVs. Ensure you have your streaming service credentials on hand if you wish to access specific platforms.

PROPERTY MAINTENANCE
We pride ourselves on ensuring your stay is as comfortable as possible. We have a dedicated maintenance staff to handle issues you may have. Please rest assured, we will do everything within our power to rectify the situation promptly.

POOL MAINTENANCE
Our pools are maintained by a trusted third-party company. Due to their independent operations, we can't provide specific day confirmations to guests about their visits, and they are not required to announce their arrival when servicing the property. They service twice a week all year round.

POOL HEAT
Heating the private pool is not included in the fees and will need to be separately paid before arriving should you want the pool heated during your stay. The amount will vary depending on the cost of the utilities for the season and we will give you the amount in advance before purchase.

IMPORTANT: Full Rental Agreement can be found on our listing as well as being provided upon request. This will have check in/out, house rules, terms and conditions contained therein.
