Spacious and beautiful 4 Bedroom 1 Bathroom plus Play Room BASEMENT Apartment. Comes fully furnished with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We have a pack n' play/high chair along with a queen air bed and a twin roll out bed for anyone over 8 people up to 12.
**This rental does not use Flat Sheets as we wash our blankets between every stay and thus have no need for the sanitary buffer most other rentals need since they do not wash their blankets.**

Quiet, Spacious, Accommodating

This is among the top 3 VRBOs we’ve stayed in terms of cleanliness and accommodations. We were in a house where the owner was below once and was very uncomfortable—not here though! Owners are super friendly and were no bother whatsoever. Private entrance. So much space and so very clean. Very quiet. Convenient to groceries and area trails. Owner is very communicative with detailed info that left for nothing to question. Would most certainly stay here again.

Super friendly family rental in quiet neighborhood

The great: the house has great parking, a nice and quiet location, a park with playground within walking distance, is a short drive to hiking/climbing/city activities, the price is great, there's plenty of space for everyone, the kitchen is fully stocked with pretty much everything you'd need - including coffee! The not so great: being a basement apartment, the bedroom got warm and stuffy by morning due to the lack of sufficient ventilation. Of the 12 of us, only one person noted this as an issue.

Great setup for large family with kids!

We had a wonderful stay. We were in town for a wedding and came and went often in between festivities over the three nights we were there. We had 6 children from ages 1-13 and it was perfect for us. I’d highly recommend if you are in the area.

Great summer stay

We have foster kids that range from toddler to teen, were traveling between Payson and Provo during our vacation, and needed a central location with enough space for everyone. This was the perfect fit. The playroom was perfect for our littles and the teens loved having their own bedrooms. The basement was perfect for having low light during nap time, but lots of lighting options for play. The washer and dryer were a huge bonus for making sure we stayed on top of laundry and the kitchen was a great space for meals at home. A terrific home away from home. Highly recommend

Great place!

We enjoyed staying here. It was clean. The black out curtains allowed us to sleep in. It was an easy drive to get where we needed to go.

Great place for our crew!

Family of 10 stayed 1 night while passing through. Very nice apartment except only has 1 bathroom. Beds comfortable....kitchen clean. Ower very helpful with suggestions for dinner. We all were pleased and comfortable with this property! Thanks

Great basement stay!

This basement rental was beautifully decorated and equipped with very nice rooms, common areas and kitchen. We enjoyed having both private space to stay and places to gather as a family. The owners above and their children are very active so we did hear them from time to time. They were very quick to respond when we had a question during our stay. We would love to stay here again!

Make it a weekend!

We had a great stay here! There were 11 of us (9 adults and 2 under 3) and there was plenty of sleeping space. Nice kitchen with fridge and stove for us to cook. The property has a basketball hoop and backyard with room for our crew to play. It is a nice distance from all that we had planned for our weekend. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a large group

We rented this property because we needed to fly in to town unexpectedly for my cousin's funeral in Spanish Fork. We flew in to the Provo airport and the Christensen's house was about 15 min. away and very conveniently located. I let Robin and Mat know when we landed and asked to drop our luggage early, they were very accommodating. The rental is exactly as pictured with 4 big bedrooms, a playroom, laundry room, bathroom, living room with dining area and a kitchen. It was sparkly clean and ready for us when we showed up and the entry instructions were well communicated and simple. Located in a beautiful and scenic little lush green valley at the base of the mountains, the views were breathtaking! While the reason for our visit was quite sad it was so nice to come home each night to such lovely and inviting accommodations. Thank you Mat & Robin for being wonderful hosts, I won't hesitate to tell all my friends and family about your fantastic rental.

Lots of space!

We really enjoyed our stay in this basement apartment. We felt like it was even better in person than it looked in the pictures, and there was plenty of space. We didn’t even end up using one of the rooms because we didn’t have little kids with us and it’s a play room- just a happy little bonus room. :) It seemed to be stocked well and everything worked properly. My teens loves that they had a big screen tv and space of their own after a couple days in the car. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a large group!

Plenty of room for our large group of 11 to sleep, eat, and relax. Everything we needed was available to us when we arrived. And the price was incredible for the size and quality of the rental. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Wonderful experience!

This place is deceptively huge

This place was enormous! My wife and I needed a place to stay for two months with our 5 kids and this was a life saver. Plenty of room to stretch out, huge fridge, good stove, big sink for washing dishes, large capacity washer/dryer. The only thing we didn’t realize it didn’t come with was a dishwasher, but no biggie. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay

We spent the Christmas holiday at the property. The rental space was clean and the check-in/check-out process was easy and intuitive. The owners give detailed instructions and descriptions regarding the rental the day prior to arrival. I messaged primarily with Matthew who was exceptionally accommodating of our various needs including sleeping arrangements for young children and dropping off food which was important given the limited availability of groceries around the holidays. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend staying here.

Perfect Utah County rental!

My husband and I, our married son and daughter-in law and 3 kids, and my mom all stayed in this lovely VRBO with plenty of room for all of us! With 4 bedrooms, plus a large living room area, a functional kitchen, AND a cute play room equipped with toys for the little ones, it couldn't have been more perfect. The washer and dryer were a nice addition, especially since we stayed for over a week. The living room/kitchen areas are decorated cute, and there is plenty of seating for eating, gathering, and playing games at the kitchen table and the kitchen counter bar. There is a high chair available, as well as a pack-and-play and a roll-away bed to sleep even more. The owners live in the house above this basement home, and they were more than ready to help us with whatever we needed during our stay. The location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood, and my grandkids loved seeing the goats and horses at nearby homes when we went for a walk in the neighborhood. We had a wedding in Payson to the South and lots of family activities in Provo to the north, so the central location in Springville was perfect. We hope we will have the opportunity to come back and stay here again. We would highly recommend this rental to families looking for a home-away-from home in the Provo/Springville area.

Matthew, Robin and 3 Kids. We love Springville and this area of Utah. Matthew owns a commercial laundry company, and Robin runs the airbnb, the house, the family and many other things(Definitely a Domestic Engineer).

Derfor valgte værten dette overnatningssted

2200 Sq Ft with 4 Bedrooms, a bonus room and 1 Bathroom. Full Laundry along with a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom and some toys and books in the bonus room. Our property is close to the Springville Art Musuem, so many parks, BYU, UVU, Sundance Ski Resort and so much more.
