RIMFIRE 246 - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath - Sleeps 5 - BEDDING - QUEEN, TWIN TRUNDLE AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA. Located right in the heart of the Village. Enjoy the best that Snowshoe Mountain Resort has to offer. Step out the door of your condo and enjoy dining and shopping. Set on the deck with amazing views of the mountain sunset. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel dishwasher, stove, and refrigerator. The living room has a gas fireplace with a sleeper sofa and smart TV. Queen bed in the bedroom with a twin trundle for the little one. Private Deck.

LOCATED IN VILLAGE CENTRAL A SHORT WALK ACROSS THE VILLAGE PLAZA TO GAIN ACCESS TO THE BALLHOOTER LIFT AND SLOPES Access to underground parking and Split Rock heated pool and hot tubs are available at additional cost. NOTE: PER RIMFIRE HOA - There will be a $200 fee for any lost parking tickets.

BUILDING AMENITIES: Air Conditioning; High-Speed Internet; Outdoor Hot Tubs; Elevators; Fitness Room; On-Call Resort Shuttle; Fireplace; Coin Operated Laundry Facility available in the complex, Bike Friendly Lodging.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking
~ No Pets - Pets found in non-pet properties are forbidden and will result in immediate eviction without refund and incur a $250.00 charge to the credit card on file
~ No Smoking
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

Great property in a perfect location

We stayed four nights prior to this year’s 4848 music festival. Accommodations were clean and provided all we needed for our visit. The queen bed was a tad soft and lumpy - but the location was perfectly located for easy access to the village. Would absolutely book again next year!

Sunset Balcony

Escape the summer heat! Drive up the mountain and stay here. Highly recommend you come to Snowshoe for a get-away. Midweek it is especially peaceful. This Rimfire apartment is spotlessly clean, very comfortable, well-furnished. We particularly enjoyed sitting on the balcony for the sunset.

Great Location

Location was outstanding. Check in was very easy after hours. Parking garage is a nightmare just be forewarned. Plenty of easier uncovered parking.

Perfect little get away

I love to cook, and the kitchen area had nearly everything I needed which was really nice. The bed was comfortable, fireplace added a great romantic vibe, and the location is really perfect. Parking can be a little tight on packed weekends, but we made it work just fine even in my Silverado. Beware if you're broiling you may unintentionally set off the fire alarms! I will certianly be looking at this first if I choose to book another stay again. Hope this helps!

Perfect ski-in/out place

Our condo had everything been needed and the slopes were just outside our door. The hot hot tub and sauna was perfect after a long day of skiing. The fireplace in the condo was a great addition!

Great location

Loved our stay here! Location was excellent. Very clean. Centrally located to all shopping, restaurants, and the slopes. Kitchen was well stocked for all our needs. Lots of extra blankets and pillows. Allowed use of ski locker for storing gear. Literally just walked across Village center to slopes. After hours check in very simple. Difficult at night to find building and underground parking due to little outside lighting, especially night we arrived with thick fog. Will definitely stay here again.

Christmas Vaca

We had a minor inconvenience with our room not heating properly. Within minutes Of calling maintenance management called and had a new room for us. We received a pretty significant refund as well that we did not ask for. Things happen out of anyones control but the way things are handled is what truly matters. I was extremely grateful for this company making sure we were comfortable and taking care of. We will def. Be back and highly recommend :) thank you again!!

Room had great Mountain View/sunsets! I love rimfire lodge, it’s extremely convenient! Unit is dated with old furniture and a carpet tile/square for a rug by by the patio. Really should put an actual rug there. Mattress was decent, it had a few hairs by the pillow which was concerning. Also a few things in the shower. Unit could use a good overall dusting/cleaning. Key cards didn’t work and had to call and got some foreign speaking lady that couldn’t help so had to go to the office. But not bad overall. Would stay again.

Great Location

The proximity of the condo to the slopes, shops, and restaurants is great. Hot tubs at Rim Fire were nice after a day of skiing. The main issue with the condo is the trundle bed - if you’re relying on it, know that you have to pick the bed up to pull it out (does not slide out like a trundle should), take at least one nightstand out of the room, rearrange the remaining furniture, and you will not be able to easily access the closet. If you’re not using it, I think the condo would be fine but it was very cramped for our family.

Great condo and perfect location!

We had a great stay- condo is as described and pictured. We had a small maintenance issue that was fixed very quickly. Location of condo in Rimfire Lodge is amazing- close to everything!! Very clean and both check in and check out was super easy. Would recommend!

Nice place, great for a weekend stay

Condo was clean and looks exactly like the photos. Bed was comfy and the RimFire location is excellent. I would have appreciated a mirror in the bedroom so that I could do hair and makeup while my husband was showering in the bathroom (with the only mirror).

Cozy weekend getaway

The room was clean and cozy! The amenities were just what we needed for our weekend getaway. The fireplace came in very handy with the cooler temps too! The only “issue” we had was that our stay ended up being in between seasons so nothing run by Snowshoe was open that we thought would be. We still had a great time and the room was conveniently located near the only open restaurant on the mountain. We would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very clean

This is one of the best places I've stayed at Snowshoe. The view from the balcony of the western territory is great. It was very clean and everything worked well. Loved the extra pullout twin bed. We'll definitely book this one again!
