We are located, 2 kms from Lanvallay, 3 kms from the port and 4.5 kms from Dinan.
In Lanvallay, you will find all amenities: Super U, Biocoop, bakery, butcher, pharmacy, hairdresser, florist, post office, restaurants, etc...
Many walking and cycling paths will allow you to discover our beautiful region.
Dinan, dominates the Rance valley. This medieval city is one of the most beautiful in Brittany. With its ramparts, belfry, churches, convents, narrow streets and half-timbered houses, it is a city of art and history.
Saint-Malo, a fortified city, and Dinard, a famous seaside resort, which are about twenty kilometers away, will offer you their magnificent beaches.
The Emerald Coast is also well known for having the highest tides in Europe. This is a delight for photographers and fishermen on foot.

Description of the house:
The house is completely independent with its private garden, consists of a large room of 50m². Living room, with a fireplace equipped with a wood stove, dining area and fully equipped open kitchen with central island.
Upstairs
1st bedroom, with a double bed (140x190), 2 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe, dresser and shelf.
2nd bedroom with 3 double beds (90x190), 3 bedside tables, 1 wardrobe, 1 dresser, 1 desk table.
Bathroom with a large shower (120x90), double sink, storage column, coat rack, towel rail, hairdryer and washing machine .
Separate toilet with small storage cupboard.
Landing with wardrobe cupboard.

In the garden you will have garden furniture (1 table and 5 chairs), 5 garden armchairs, parasol, charcoal barbecue, possibility to take advantage of the portico and the sandpit for the little ones.
