Great value for location and size

We had a great stay at Villamare. The condo was a good size, was accurately described, and the owner was communicative and shared plenty of details ahead of time.

Great Stay

Great Location. 2 minute walk to the pool and the beach.. Great bike and walking paths around the community. 5 Minute walk to the bike rentals and General Store, which also includes a Breakfast/Lunch place. Also a 5. minute walk to a nice restaurant. The condo was very well equipped and supplied by the owner. The owner was easy to reach if necessary.

Great stay in Hilton Head!

We really enjoyed our time at this property and were very pleased with the location. It was a perfect setup for our family of 4 including having a separate bedroom and bathroom for our teenagers. Awesome place and we will certainly be back!

Nice and Cozy - Steps from the beach

We had a great long weekend at the condo. It was impeccably clean and stuffed with everything that you need for a vacation and even more:) Steps from the beach and the pools. The communication with the owner was very easy. She was so thorough with her descriptions of the property, and check-in process, and always available if you had questions. We felt very welcome

Great week!

We had such a great week. The condo was great and offered so many extras that made our week easier. They had a great welcome basket with essentials for the kitchen and helped us out so we didn't have to buy tons of stuff for just the week. The location was great also!

Lovely as always

This was our second time staying in this condo and it does not disappoint. It’s a great unit and the renovations to the pool were amazing..my daughters loved swimming there. We were so sad for our vacation to end and will DEFINITELY be back!

Great beach property

The unit was stocked with everything imaginable. From a First aid kit to chip clips and everything in between. We had beautiful beach chairs to use and lovely new beach towels.

2217 Villamare - Hilton Head Island

The stay was excellent. The property was in a well-maintained condo complex and the owner was great (answered questions, took care of stocking many items I thought I would need to bring). Great first time visit to Hilton Head island. We would definitely go back again.

Wonderful

The condo was exactly as described..plenty of room for us, very clean and kept up and well stocked with supplies. An easy short walk to the beach and a wonderful pool and fitness area. We will definitely be back!

Family HIlton Head Trip August 2024

Everything was just as listed - loved Villamore - being right on the beach and enjoyed the family pool as well as the new adult pool. We also worked out in the fitness center. Bike rentals are very close by and we are right next door to the Disney beach house where you can get food and ice cream. Seeing all the turtles in the lagoon was fun - this is a great location as my daughter and son in law were right across the intersection at Shelter Cove - could not have been better! Wendy was awesome and let us do a late check out.

Amazing property with even better communication

The stay was great. Wendy did an amazing job answering questions and being available at any time. The property was one of the most clean that we have ever stayed. On top of the cleanliness, the amount of supplies (k cups, paper towel rolls, napkins, cleaning supplies, zip lock bags, etc) made it that we probably did not even need to bring many of the supplies that are usually needed. The updated pool on property is great and the walk to the beach is not far. The Beds were comfortable. I would recommend this resort and property. We will definitely consider staying again in the future.

Very nice condo on the beach!

We had a wonderful time in Hilton Head. This condo was newly renovated, and it was very clean, spacious and nice. We would definitely come back to this condo. The resort is beautiful and the pool is really nice, located right on the beach. I totally recommend this unit to everyone. Also the owner was very friendly and was very quick to respond with anything we needed!

Best Stay in Hilton Head!

This is our second time staying in this condo, and we will be staying here again! It is the perfect location! Best location to the beach and pool. Also, the resort area offers so much to do you do not have to go far. My only critique would be the decor could use a little updating, but it is SO CLEAN we don’t mind it at all. Honestly one of the cleanest condos we have ever stayed in. If you want everything close and convenient this is the best place to stay! Plus the management is easy to work with and provides you all the information you need for your stay!

excellent property--superb location

this Condo was extremely clean and updated--including the Mattresses. The entire Villamare complex is Oceanfront--but this particular Unit does not have an Ocean view--and that should be removed from the listing.

The condo was everything we wished for and more. It was very clean, spacious (plenty of room for families) and all the essentials we required (soaps, towels, utensils, etc)were plentiful. We were very impressed with our owner who responded immediatly to any questions we had and obviously did everything she could to please . Villamare is a beautiful complex with lush greenery and the beach area is only a short distance away.This is a great place to stay and we are pleased to recommend it.

Awesome condo!

We booked this condo for a week because my brother-in-law and myself were volunteering for the PGA tournament in town. It was perfect for us and our spouses. The booking process was seamless and easy and everything noted in the listing was accurate. This condo was well stocked with all of the necessities that you need which is unusual for most of the rentals I’ve booked before. We usually bring extras and it turns out we never needed to. The beds were comfortsble, plentiful parking and the grounds were immaculate. The pool was fantastic and plenty of chairs for everyone. We would definitely book this condo again

May trip to Villamare

Beautiful condo. Very clean. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you may need. Very impressed. We were very disappointed in the location of the condo. No ocean view, or ocean front. Many trees, other buildings obstructing the view. Elevator did not work 2 out of the 7 day stay. Frustration on move out day.

Really great spot

Easy walk to pools and beach. (Loved the “over 21” serenity pool!) Super clean, no need to bring paper products or cleaning supplies. I love the underground parking and the easy access to the elevator. There are lots of luggage carts by the elevator. Each bedroom has its own furnished balcony…so nice! Notes: 1. Once you’ve checked in and received your property pass, enter into your GPS, “Villamare Resort”. It will take you right where you need to be. After the guard house, go over one bridge, then take the 1st LEFT into the property. 2. The coffee maker is a Mr Coffee brand, so you need flat-bottomed filters. (She has plenty, no need to actually bring those.) There is also a Keurig. 3. The washing machine is noisy, best to run it when you’re away. Dishwasher is quiet. 4. Because you’re on the 2nd floor, you’re closer to loud vehicles (like landscapers and trash pickup, which pass by now and then)

Fabulous Service

Wendy was fantastic about answering all of our questions before the trip, and even letting us ship a bulky item to her beforehand. The villa was clean upon arrival and Wendy even took the time to stock a Keurig carousel for us. She left shampoo, and other supplies. When the elevator was being worked on one morning she notified us first thing. We were truly happy with the space as we traveled as a family of five. The teenagers were able to spread out and enjoy the balconies as well. The community pool was amazing and proximity to the beach was a definite plus. The location allowed us to grab a drink on the Marriott deck (right next door) and have lunch at the Dune's House (two complexes away). If you are looking for modern and sleek this is not the unit for you. While the villa has had many upgrades, the kitchen is still in need of a mini-makeover. This was not a detriment in my book, as we really only cooked breakfast in the villa. We LOVED having the washing machine/dryer right there as we did not go home with any dirty laundry! And the wash cycle only took 18 minutes. This unit is perfect for a large family to spread out and the service is 5 stars. Thank you Wendy for a perfectly organized week. We will return.

First Class Stay within a Middle Class Budget

As it's advertised, the Beach location, Condo, and its furnishings are all 1st Class. My wife, daughter, 2-year old granddaughter, and I all thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. My granddaughter especially liked feeding the turtles in the pond/lagoon steps from our elevator. Beach is Beautiful! I had forgotten it's white, white sand and wide expanse. We rented bikes from one of the many off Plantation vendors (saving $$) and they delivered/picked them up. Great fun riding the beach and admiring the nearby mansions. Our condo was ~ 100 yard walk from the pool and ocean beach. Wendy does a great job stocking the condo with everything one needs including coffee k-cups and (3) beach chairs. Entertainment - televisions, WiFi, and Smart Blu-Ray DVD player (in main area) - let us all keep up with all our favorites. While one doesn't need to, I'd recommend bringing your Roku, ChromeCast, or Amazon fire stick to simplify viewing things. Everything about the Condo is 1st class. Well, to be picky, bath towels are plentiful but utilitarian. If you have to have big, plush towels, bring your own and wash/dry them. The ONLY and I mean ONLY thing lacking is an OceanView from either bedroom balcony (you're facing the parking area). However, if this isn't a must, you'll be thrilled as we were with your rental here especially at it's price point.
