Come vacation in this first floor, quiet and recently remodeled unit. New bathroom, mattresses, bedding, paint, hardware, lighting, etc. Kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary cooking appliances. Unit is very clean and comfortable.

Once you enter the community, it feels like a small neighborhood of it's own. It's one of the most family friendly and safe communities on the key with 2 NEW designated Pickleball Courts! We are a gated community, 5-10 minute walk across the street to private beach access and a full car garage.

Beautiful Siesta Key condo

Great vacation week in Siesta Key staying in this amazing rental. Checking in and out was easy and the owner was responsive and very helpful. The unit was well appointed, very clean, super comfortable, and on a quiet lovely street. Perfect location for going to the gorgeous beach across the street and for exploring sights in the region. Would recommend highly and rent again on future visits to this area.

Stock Family Holiday

The property was great , very clean and well equipped. Mary the host is very pro active and helpful. It is our second stay at the complex as it is in a great location with access to the private beach across the road. The pool area is really good aswell. Many Thanks

Perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was such a perfect spot. The place was exactly what we needed. Super clean and comfortable with all the amenities of our own home. The location was great and could have only been better if it was right on the beach. Mary was super nice and so easy to work with. Quick to respond like other reviews have said. We will certainly look to stay here again on our next visit to Siesta Key!

Great place in Siesta Key

The rental was clean, neat and very comfortable. It is decorated with a true beach and vacation vibe. All of the furnishings and appliances are good quality and in excellent condition. Mary was very friendly and extremely helpful in her communication with us. Access to the private beach area across the street is nice and convenient. The unit has an enclosed patio that feels secluded since it faces a pond. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

Everything as Promised

My husband and I enjoyed two weeks in early April in this lovely condo. Comfy beds, well-equipped kitchen and an enormous bathroom were highlights. My communication with Mary was always answered promptly. We loved being able to walk to the beach and hop the trolley for shopping in the village or dinner at either end of the island.

Thanksgiving 2023 at Gulf and Bay Bayside

Thoroughly enjoyed our week at Mary's condo on Siesta Key visiting family for the Thanksgiving holiday. The condo was immaculate, nicely furnished and fully stocked with everything we'd need for our visit and more. Very nice glass/screened patio overlooking pond with fountain. Great birdwatching. Nice location on the key. A 10-15 minute walk to the beach. Mary made check in an check out very easy and responded very quickly with check in info etc. Highly recommend and we hope to stay there on another visit.

Wonderful condo stay

Mary's unit is fantastic. Loved that this 2 bedroom is all on one floor. Spotlessly clean. Well appointed kitchen. Huge, beautiful ensuite bath. Best bath towel and beach towels. Most places we've stayed at supply thread-bare towels so this was a real treat. The Florida room is lovely....watching the egrets and turtles is very relaxing. Also, Mary communicates 'on-the-spot' fast. She knows her business and makes every effort to ensure your stay is a good one. Definitely recommend this unit.

Beautiful condo in safe and beautiful area

We had an amazing stay! The condo was so clean, well decorated, and easy to get to the beach from your front door! The beds were so comfy we didn’t want to go home to sleep in our own beds. There were plenty of beach towels, a wagon, beach chairs and cooler which made beach days a breeze! Weather was a bit cool in January and we had some rainy days but our teenagers loved skim boarding in the puddles on the beach after the rainfall. Owners were very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The island is so safe and the transportation is easy to use, our teens loved that we trusted the area enough to rent them e bikes and let them explore on their own. For groceries we used the ship app and ordered from Costco and Target, that was very convenient! There is not one thing I could think of that would have made the stay any better, it was perfect. Don’t hesitate book this condo! We can’t wait to come back!! I miss it already!!

Great Family Vacation

We were just down to SK last week and stayed at this property. It was perfect for us! The neighborhood is beautiful with nice amenities. We loved taking walks nightly around the the walking trail. In the mornings, we loved that we were close enough to jog down to a little area that had coffee shops, and two yummy places to grab breakfast. The one was called toasted mango cafe and the other was a quick crab for acai bowls, smoothies, and or coffee. We enjoyed both. There was a little gift shop down this way as well that was fun to stop in. There is also a place to rent jet skis which we did in this area. There are two shops there where my daughters and I enjoyed shopping while my husband booked jet skiing. The one shop I believe was called Fin. We found this area very walkable, but could certainly drive too as we had no trouble finding parking around this area when we were there. The main village of siesta key is not far the other direction as well with tons of other choices. The host Mary has been absolutely wonderful to work with. I never had a concern of being able to reach her if I needed anything. She is extremely responsive and available. Comfortable beds are important to us and we thought the beds were extremely comfortable. The patio area is nice and we spent a lot of time out there relaxing throughout the week. Would stay here again. Excellent host!

Mary is an amazing host. Her property is in a fabulous location. Close to the private beach access. We absolutely loved being on the Bay side. We enjoyed sitting on the dock at night. Gorgeous views. Mary's unit is spotless. The kitchen is well stocked. Beach towels, beach chairs and wagon was a great amenity for our beach days. Mary is always available to take our questions. We will definitely stay at Mary's on our next visit to Siesta Key!

We are so happy we booked this property for our vacation. So quiet community, a lot of birds, turtles, clean pools. As a bonus private beach. Condo was clean, has extra blankets, pillows, all kitchen things needed for cooking. Mary was always on to help with any questions.

Highly recommend this place to when anyone wanting to stay in Siesta Key. The condo was very clean and welcoming. Comfortable beds and the outside patio was a main hangout for the family. Mary was so easy to work with and responded in a timely manner. We Will definitely book here again!

My name is Mary, the owner of this unit. My husband, two girls, and I have had the opportunity to come down to Siesta Key over the last couple of years. I fell in love with the area, the people, and of course the beautiful sandy white beaches and sunset. I take pride in managing the unit myself to make sure this home is comfortable, clean, and cozy for my family, friends, and future guest coming to visit.

This is a second home for me so I treat this home just like I would my primary residence. I feel fortunate to spend time here with my family and find joy in renting this home to give other families the opportunities to make wonderful memories too.

I love the property for many reasons. The main one is the proximity to all the private beaches across the street!!! I especially LOVE the family feel of this neighborhood. My girls can ride bikes in the neighborhood or village, fish in the bay, play with other kids on vacation or swim in either of the two heated pools.

My husband and I love the close proximity to the Village, shopping, grocery stores, and wonderful seafood restaurants that are only minutes away.

Derfor er dette overnatningssted unikt

The patio is fully glass-enclosed so even in the middle of summer, I can sit outside and enjoy the view without being too hot - or too cold in the winter. It has a full kitchen that allows me to provide home cook meals for my family while we are here.
