2nd time staying here with large family. Plenty of room. Clean. Comfortable. Everything you need. Great location. Great communication. Will stay here again.

Comfy house and perfect location!

We stayed here for 4 nights during October break with 3 families. It was very very comfortable, spacious and had everything we needed! The is ideal - about 14 mins to launch the boat into the lake, 20 minutes the other way to experience Antelope Canyon X. Easy communication with home owners - we definitely will be back!!!

Overall a great experience

We have stayed here before and have been pleased with the accommodations. The house was clean and welcoming for our large group. We will definitely look to stay here again in the future!

Lake Powell Family Trip

This house worked out so well for my adult family and spouses. Convenient to the lake and restaurants. Closest home to Wahweap Marina.

Great place to stay

This was a great place for my family to stay while we were visiting Lake Powell. Lots of beds and room. It was clean and had everything we needed.

Boaters - Clean and great place to stay

This was a great place to stay. The house was clean, the AC worked great, the kitchen was well stocked and communication with the owner was fast and pleasant the mattresses are more firm than I'm accustom too. There is a place to park a boat without unhooking it. However, I have a short bed F150 and a 22ft boat. It went out to the sidewalk. You could park a longer rig on the street. Making the turn in the cul-de-sac was a little tight on my axles. Some times I'd back it in from the end of the street. The neighborhood was quiet and nice. It was a great stay. We will stay here again. Thank you.

Perfect getaway for small families

Katharine’s property was exactly as listed! We had 4 small families and the house was perfect for accommodating all of us. It was also a great location for hiking and playgrounds nearby. Would definitely recommend.

Great place to stay!

House was clean and well stocked with everything you need. It’s right in the heart of Page- close to all restaurants, marina, horseshoe bend etc. Had ample parking for our truck and boat and 2 other cars. We used the big dining table to play cards every night. There were 11 of us and the house was the perfect size and had ample beds for all of us. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great weekend in Lake Powell staying in Page. The location of the house was quick to the lake, and restaurants. The house had plenty of room, clean and great parking. Enjoy our stay and would stay here again and recommend it to other families. Thank you!

Perfect for our family!

Four couples, two with little ones, and one teenager, All very comfortable and accommodated in this clean and well equipped home! Each couple had there own room and plenty of bathroom space. Multiple gathering rooms and TV's for individual entertainment and a dining room big enough for all of us when we wanted to gather for Meals. Enjoyed the cold AC after our days on the lake! Super great place! We Loved It!!

Mountain View Ct

We loved our stay at Mountain View Ct! It is located close to town and had plenty of room for our group of 8. The 4 kids took over the upstairs area and had their own big bathroom. The kitchen table was big enough for all 8 of us and we were able to play games comfortably around the table. We had plenty of room in the bedrooms for all of our luggage. My only word of caution...the bathtubs are slick :) This was a great place to stay and highly recommend it for your stay in Page!

Comfortable house

The house was very comfortable for our multi family vacation. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had plenty of room to park our truck pulling a boat, and two cars.

Perfect Spot

We stayed here while vacationing at Lake Powell. The location was perfect for access to Wahweap Marina. The home has a nice backyard and plenty of parking. Plenty of nice space even with lots of kids. Very clean and the A/C works amazing. We will definitely stay here again.

nice place, good location. The description on the website included another bedroom with a King bed which was not accurate. Check out time was listed different on listing than the welcome book in the home. Host was responsive to our requests.

Great house!

The description says it has 4 bedrooms which i didn't see. The description of each bedroom shows 5 king bedrooms which is what we expected. It has 4 bedrooms 3 king and 1 queen then they have a pull out couch in a loft. We had to shuffle people around but we got it to work. We felt bad for the couple who thought they were getting a king bedroom and they got the couch so we each gave them money back which ended up costing the rest of us more for the house. Its a good house and neighborhood. Now that i know what to expect i could make it work just a little differently.

Antelope Ultra Race Weekend

We went to Page, Arizona, for a vacation races ultra running event through Antelope Canyon. The homeowner was very personable and wished us luck in our adventure. The home was spacious and roomy for all of us to relax before and after the race.

Great Family Setup In Convenient Location

The property was perfect for our crew of 5 kids and 4 adults. The house has two sides- an upstairs bedroom with a family room beneath it, then the main living area all tied together by the kitchen. It was perfect to put the kids in one location and the adults in another. Plenty of space, beds, bedding, bathroom facilities, etc, for our people. Very nicely located near a school with the fields and playground available on weekends to the public, viewing area/loop trail, and a short hop into town to shop for supplies. Suburban neighborhood location lent us privacy and quiet; a nice reprieve from the mobs of tourists in other parts of town and along the highway.
