Waterfront Home in Islamorada with outdoor kitchen, pool, spa, boat dockage

Welcome to Tut’s Cay located in Islamorada in the Florida Keys. Our home is centrally located in our favorite part of the FL Keys. We are approx. 90 minutes from Miami and 2 hours from Key West.

Our home is designed with families in mind. Our family loves the water and outdoor lifestyle and we hope yours does as well.

The house is a 4 story home with 3,000 sq feet under air. The ground floor has 2 living room areas, 1 bedroom with twin/full sized bunk beds and a well stocked Kitchen. There is access to the pool area as well as outdoor bathroom, dock area, & golf putting green and storage areas.

The 2nd story has 2 bedrooms. One has a large King sized bed and the other has full/twin bunk beds. There are two bathrooms on the second floor. One is a full size bathroom with shower and the other is a smaller bathroom in the kids room. There is a large living room area with 55” Smart TV, Full Size Kitchen with everything you will ever need to cook for yourself and your guests. There is a patio area that overlooks the pool with outdoor seating and lounge area.

The 3rd story is the Master Suite. This is our Large Bedroom with panoramic views of the Ocean, lots of windows and light, a full size bathroom , king sized bed and private patio for relaxing.

The home also has a 4th story and which has a beautiful viewing platform with lounge chairs for watching the Sunset and Sunrise. You can see both the Gulf and Ocean with 360 views from this patio.

We love the water and we hope your family does as well. We take a lot of pride in our outdoor area which features a large pool, jacuzzi, putting green, and newly installed covered outdoor kitchen area. The kitchen area has everything you need to relax and entertain. There is a 50” Smart TV, bar, grill, fridge over head fans for the hot days and beautiful lighting. This includes gas tiki torches which go around the entire pool area, a firepit which we enjoy for smores and story telling. Our pool has LED lighting in both the Jacuzzi and Pool and you can change it to whatever color suites your mood.

Upon arrival you will notice the large double lot. This allows for ample parking for both vehicles and boats. There is dockage for a boat up-to 30’ if you have a larger vessel please let us know in advance. Our driveway is about 200 yards from our private community boat-ramp and beach area. In addition we have Paddle Boards and Kayaks for your use on property.

We picked this house because of it’s location and spacious layout. You will be located right on the Northern side of Islamorada. We are close to all of the nice restaurants 2 large supermarkets (Publix & Winn-Dixie) local attractions such as the Theater of the Sea, Scuba Diving Museum, Art Walk, Sunday Farmers Market etc… We are also close to Founders Park which is a great spot for walking the dogs, getting some exercise, playing tennis, basketball and many other activities.

Our home is on the Ocean side of the Island. The canal is wide and has very easy access to Tavernier Creek which takes you right to the Gulf of Mexico. So take your pick! We are approx. 4 miles from the Islamorada Sandbar, 7 miles from Alligator Lighthouse (our favorite local snorkeling spot) 10 miles from all of the premiere dive destination’s in Key Largo including John Pennekamp State Park. Just offshore you will find the Islamorada Humps and plenty of wrecks and shallow reefs for bottom fishing etc… You could bring both a flats and a offshore vessel and enjoy everything the Sport Fishing Capitol of the World has to offer. It truly does not get any better.

Our home has a nautical theme, everything is modern, updated and clean. We regularly host our friends and family and comfortably sleep up-to 10-12 people.

Getting into the house is all very easy, we have electronic locks and ring cameras for security. The neighborhood and neighbors are wonderful. We hope you consider and enjoy our special place on your next family vacation.
