New mezzanine studio ideally located in Bagnolet, close to metro line 9. This bright and well-appointed space offers all the necessary comfort for a pleasant stay. The studio has two comfortable beds on the mezzanine, a lounge area, an equipped kitchen, and a bathroom.

Next to the accommodation, you will have shops and restaurants but the area does not have any tourist points of interest, you have to take the metro to take you to Paris.

Only a few minutes walk from Paris to Bagnolet and very well served by the Robespierre metro, the Porte de Montreuil tramway and by the 318 bus.

Our mezzanine studio can accommodate up to 3 people: 2 single beds 80x200 cm and an armchair that converts into an extra bed.

It consists of a main room with:
- a sofa bed that converts into an extra bed
- a TV
- a coffee table
- a table with chairs

an independent and functional kitchen:
- a coffee machine
- a microwave
- a hob
- a kettle
- fridge
- crockery, glasses and cutlery
- pots and pans

a private shower room and toilet

Upstairs the night area:
- two single beds 80 x200 cm that can be put together on request
- a bedside table
- a storage chest
- iron and ironing accessory

Bed linen and bath towels (1 medium size towel per person) are provided and included in the cleaning price.

If you come by car, you can park on the street, we do not have a parking space.

Q: Are birthdays allowed?
R: All events, birthdays, gatherings are prohibited. We reserve the right to terminate the reservation if this point is not respected.

Q: Smoking?
R: The accommodations are non-smoking. Out of respect for our non-smoking guests and the children we welcome, smoking is not allowed in the accommodation or in the common areas of the building.

Q: Can I leave my suitcases before check-in or after check-out?
R: Yes, Monday to Saturday from 9:30 am to 6 pm.

Q: Is it possible to arrive before 3 pm?
R: Depending on the time the previous guest vacates the accommodation and the time we need to clean, we may welcome you earlier if this allows us.Let me know your wishes in advance as soon as possible, and I will do my best to make it happen. Requests 48 hours before arrival will be complicated to fulfill.

Q: First and last metro?
R: first train at 5:27 am and last train at 0:27 am

Q: Bercy Accor Arena?
R: Less than 20 minutes by public transportation.

Q: How do I collect the keys?
R: The keys will be available in a secure key box, the code of which will be communicated to you on the day of your arrival. This way, you can arrive at a time that suits you. If you wish, I can also hand over the keys according to the arrival times.
