Dear Karen, (Keith's wife that actually stayed there) If you expect luxury services, you should go to a hotel. Staying in an touristic rental apartment is not the same as staying in a hotel, just cheaper. Here, you are going to stay in someone's apartment, in the conditions in which he usually lives, and you gotta provide your own goods for yourself, including food, soap, toilet paper or detergent. It's part of the game, hence the low price... I already explained that to you in our messages, but it seems you didn't want to understand. I can't assume any responsibility for the unusual heatwave that took place when you were there, and neither for the traffic in the street, but what you stated is untrue. That heat was very unsual in Paris and many places don't have AC or even a fan, cause they didn't need one till now. If you wanted one, you could have bought one for yourself. It is not my fault either if you visit a foreign country without knowing the language while expecting everyone will speak yours. The housecleaner and the host told me you have been pretty demanding and not nice at all, that's why they weren't willing to communicate with you anymore. You get what you give.

I'm not responsible of the traffic outside, anyway it is advised in the ad. Funny enough, the neigborhood also complained about you. The flat is so well isolated with exterior walls made of stone with a one meter thickness. All the windows on the boulevard are double-glassed. The place was clean when you came in, but not after your departure. I have videos that shows it. One of your children left traces of chocolate on one of the mattress and on the nightstand. it has not been cleaned before your departure, just as the dishes, the floor, the bathroom, the toilet, and evertything else... Regarding electrical safety, the flat was ok before you arrived, but some electrical outlets have been pulled off the walls during your stay and I got to repair them. I truly believe your comments are biaised just to attempt to justify your poor behaviour in the apartment.

I'm not responsible for you not being able to work the heaters properly, despite having explained it several times. Second, you caused the damage in the bath tub by pouring into it a corrosive product on your own initiative, when you've been told not to. You caused the leaks into the downstairs apartment and the plumber invoice was far more expensive than the price you paid for your stay. You know it's all your fault that's why you left earlier. As for the absence of Wifi, it's clearly stated and explained in the ad, but you didn't care to read it. You were given alternative solutions but you didn't seem to care. You're by far the worst guest I ever had and I hope I never hear from you again.

Le genre d'invité à éviter à tout prix. Arrogant, désagréable et de mauvaise foi, il s'est cru à l'hôtel. Ce monsieur a fait venir des femmes dans L'appartement alors que c'est rigoureusement interdit. Leurs ébats bruyants ont incommodé les voisins. L'appartement a été laissé en désordre, sans la moindre attention, ni marque de respect pour les lieux. Déplorable.

Désolé pour la cafetière. Après que deux aient été endommagées et la troisième carrément volée, j'ai effectivement décidé de ne plus la remplacer. Mais vous avez toujours une bouilloire à disposition.
