Luxury Modern whole home with 5 bedrooms, gourmet new kitchen, 2.5 bathrooms, and stunning VIEWS OF PIKES PEAK AND GARDEN OF THE GODS! This fully remodeled home has brand new luxury amenities throughout! The home is perfectly located on the westside of Colorado Springs - minutes from Old Colorado City, Manitou, Garden of the Gods, and many of the local attractions. The bedrooms feature 3 queen beds, 1 bunk bed, 1 twin bed, and 1 fold out sofa bed. Oversized driveway with space for 2-4 cars plus 3 more on street.

This was a great location for all of the things we wanted to do in Colorado Springs. Anna was very responsive and the house was comfortable and well maintained. We especially appreciate how well stocked the kitchen was. Made it very easy to cook all our meals at home, even Thanksgiving dinner!

Everything as expected. Location was great for our family obligations and the house was clean and well stocked.The only minor comment I would share is that three of the beds in the basement are pretty small. They are fine for younger kids but our two high schoolers ended up sleeping on the couch because it was more comfortable.

Anna was a great host. We loved the spacious beautiful home and the view of the mountains. The location allowed us to enjoy the nearby sights. Can’t wait to visit again.

It was a great location close to Old Colorado City and Garden of the Gods. It was clean and everything was in great condition. The sunroom and deck were wonderful places to hang out at. It was perfect for our family vacation. The host was super easy to work with - check-in and check-out was a breeze. There were leftover items that we could use such as coffee, spices, waters in the fridge and cleaning supplies which was super helpful. We highly recommend this home.

This location can’t be beat for easily getting to all the activities in the area. The downstairs TV room with big comfy sofa was the kids’ favorite spot. But enjoying the view from the sunroom was my favorite spot! The owners are very communicative - thank you for a great stay.

Excellent location and view

Family of six. Plenty of bedrooms, comfortable furniture, very clean. The space worked really well for us. We loved sitting in the sun room and watching the storms roll in. Highly recommend, we would gladly stay here again.

we had a wonderful time here. the home is in a nice neighborhood and has been very well renovated. it is clean, spacious, and has wonderful views of the mountains and pike's peak from the sunroom. we really enjoyed our time here.

Perfect location in Colorado Springs

This was a great place to stay with our college and high school aged children. Plenty of space, lovely updates, and perfect location to everything Colorado Springs has to offer. The views were an added bonus.The host was always available and responded quickly with any questions we had. Great stay in Colorado Springs!

Excellent View and Responsive Host

We had an excellent stay and really enjoyed the view of Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods. Host was responsive to questions and was very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Girls Getaway

Perfect space for 9 girlfriends for a getaway. So much to do within a 10 minute drive. Kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast. The deck view is just as you described (beautiful view). Beds were comfortable; the only downside, not really walkable distance to anything (so plan to Uber or have a driver). Thanks again for a great stay!

Great view in a central location

We loved our views off the back deck, and the sunroom. We had all our meals out there. The four bedrooms and three bathrooms were perfect for our group, and we found the location very central to hiking restaurants and other activities we wanted to do for the weekend.

We had a great stay in this property. The house was clean and nicely furnished. There was plenty of space for both group and private activities. We enjoyed beautiful views of the mountains and sunset. The really enjoyed the kitchen which was nicely updated and well equipped. The host was especially helpful when we left some clothes in one of the bedrooms. We were promptly notified and allow to retrieve the clothes that night. Would love to stay again if the opportunity arises.

Colorado Springs Trip

The house in Old Colorado City was a great location being close to many attractions in the area. Nice views of the hills and mountains but there are electric lines. We enjoyed the home decor, wonderful kitchen and lower level tv room. The sun room was a great spot to have coffee in the morning. The showers were hot and strong water flow. Overall a nice experience.

Friends’ celebration and rodeo weekend

We had a big event to celebrate and friends gathered in CO springs from all over. The house was in a convenient location for Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and the rodeo. The kitchen is nicely equipped. The beds were all great except the bunk beds—granted we had all adults. The back porch was awesome, even during a heat wave we found ourselves out there every morning. Hosts are incredibly responsive. Highly recommend!

Perfectly Located

This house is perfectly located to visit all of Colorado Springs attractions! We really appreciated the easy access to all of our activities. With five bedroom options, it also accommodated our large extended family gathering. We had a small problem when we were on site and the hosts were fabulous and very responsive. We greatly appreciated their attentiveness and their friendliness. We would definitely recommend this house and this location

Location was very convenient to many places like Garden of God, North Pole, Seven Falls, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou, and Old Colorado. Great view from property, but neighborhood kind of sketchy and bathrooms need work. Backyard was unkept, and inside the garage was a disaster.

Peaceful

Got to visit Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods. We played some games from the house. We loved watching the birds. We hiked, ate out and ate in. It was very comfortable.

I am a professional kitchen and bath designer who loves to remodel homes! My husband Mike and I have lovingly remodeled this fabulous ranch home over the past few years to make it feel it open and modern. We also adore living in Colorado and have lots of advice on what to do and where to eat during your stay in Colorado Springs. In our spare time, we travel, ski and snowboard, hike, bike (and dirtbike), and spend as much time in nature as possible.

This home has been fully remodeled inside and out! You'll appreciate the new kitchen that is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishware, and utensils; the updated bathrooms; carpets in the bedrooms (installed September 2021); new bedding and linens; a giant 75" TV in the den; and the private home office with a computer monitor. Beyond the comfortable interior, the inviting sunroom and massive deck offer stunning views of Pikes Peak and Red Rock Canyon! At night, you'll see the sparkling lights of Old Colorado City dancing below. And the front of the home offers views of Garden of the Gods!

We have parking for 2-4 in the driveway plus 3 more on the street. You can also access the garage if you need secured space for your bikes or other outdoor equipment while you stay.

We have a private 5th bedroom that is currently also set up as home office that allows easy "work from home" or home school opportunities. It also offers plenty of open space to also use as a workout room if you'd like! The home has two living rooms each with large flat screen TVs, an eat in kitchen with island bar seating, a separate indoor dining room as well as an outdoor dining set on the back deck. The lower level living room has a small kitchenette wet bar space with a sink and mini fridge.
