Relax at our Whispering Palms ...home away from home. This is a spacious ground floor furnished 2 bed, 2 bath condo with two king beds sleeps 4 comfortably and can add a full sleeper sofa to comfortably sleep a total of 6 guests, per guest request.
The condo is situated upon an ocean bluff at the beautiful Alii Kai resort, providing trade breezes along with remarkable sunrise and sunsets views. Our condo is only a few steps to a dramatic cliff edge with crashing waves below. Beneath the bluffs are tide pools and natural lava tunnels, home to sea turtles. 5 minute drive into Hanalei.
On the property you can enjoy onsite amenities including a pool and barbecue grills.
Whispering Palms is near the world famous Hanalei Bay, golf courses (rated top 5 in the world) and plenty of boutique and resort shopping.

My family has been coming to Kauai for over 30 years, as we feel that it represents the most authentic Hawaiian vacation because of the lower population and commercialization than Maui, Oahu and Hawaii.We have stayed in dozens of resorts and home rentals over the years in Kauai, but when we rented a condo at the Alii Kai, we were hooked! Steps from the ocean bluff and Turtle Cove....can see the Ocean from the front facing rooms..... low number of guests and no traffic as complex is at the end of the road. Close to Hanalei and Princeville resorts. Relaxing! Beautiful! Inspirational!
So when the rare opportunity arose to be part of this community we jumped at the chance!
We hope you fall in love with Kauai as we have and that we can help make your Hawaii vacation a trip of a lifetime!

We had a wonderful stay. Check in was so easy and Angie was so pleasant to work with. One of our favorite beaches in Hanalei was a short drive away. Well stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, two bathrooms one with a tub and the second with a walk in shower, great for seniors. Beds could have been just a little softer for us oldies. Parking was easy and very close by. We could see the ocean from our front windows, and with a short walk towards the cliff we found benches to sit on to view and enjoy the beautiful ocean. Nice ventilation, with windows open and ceiling fans in every room. No need for air conditioning. So sad to have to go back home. Great place to stay!

The location is beautiful. There were some issues like screen door on patio not opening and closing good. Also we were not told where the pool/water items were located at.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The location is stunning, with beautiful views of both the mountains and the ocean. We especially loved being so close to Hanalei—it made exploring the area incredibly convenient.The space was perfect for our family of four, offering both comfort and functionality. Having a washer and dryer was a huge bonus, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable with great pillows.Angie was a wonderful host—very accommodating and communicative throughout our stay. We really appreciated her thoughtful message letting us know about an incoming storm, which showed how much she cares about her guests.We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it!

We highly recommend staying this condo! It was clean, had plenty of space, was in a quiet complex that is only a short drive from Hanalei Bay, and Angie was a very responsive and accommodating host. We were a little concerned about not having air conditioning, but it was not a problem for us while we visited in late January through early February. We would definitely rent here again!

Everything we needed was provided, and the condo was updated, comfortable, and super clean. The washer/dryer and a dresser in the second bedroom and a desk in the primary bedroom for packing/unpacking were among the many thoughtful conveniences the owner has added to the rental that we appreciated. Check-in/checkout was seamless with excellent communication and directions. We had a wonderful 2-week stay at this pretty place in Princeville. Wish we could have stayed longer. Mahalo!

Most everything was great. Beds were good. Provided soap, washer, snorkel equipment and chairs, towels, boogie boards, etc. We hardly used the pool. Nearby beeches were great. Good location. Minor problem, frypan could have been more non-stick.

Our family loved staying at Angela's place. It's located in a quiet area of Princeville, with great views of the beach below from the edge of the grassy area. We loved using the chairs in the common area to watch the waves crashing on the beach.We used the pool almost every day with our granddaughter. And we enjoyed being able to BBQ dinner by the pool, always a favourite of ours.The kitchen was large and open, great for a family of five and having two bathrooms (both which are a good size) made it so much easier for all of us. The only thing we found a little challenging was the mattresses were firm. But we know that's a personal choice and others may appreciate that.All in all, we found this was a great spot to have as our starting point for each day of adventure, with so much nearby, and a great spot to come home to each night. We'll try to book again when we can get back to Kauai.Thanks for being such a good host Angela!

Comfortable place, great location

14 night stay with our family. Wonderful place on the north shore. Clean comfortable accomodations and a perfect location. Will definitely stay here again.

Lovely quiet location. Appreciated the comfortable linens, several fans, kitchen equipped with all needed pots/pans for cooking, and the coffee maker with k-cups was a bonus. We would definitely stay again!

This condo was very cute. There were only 2 of us who stayed there and it was very big for 2 of us. Large spacious rooms and very clean.
