Your search ends here. Welcome to Cliff's Edge. This is a brand new, stunning, modern mountain home perfectly located on the East side of Zion National Park. Endless views and starry nights. The ideal basecamp to explore all that Southern Utah has to offer. 20 minutes to the East entrance of Zion. 1 hour to Bryce Canyon and 2 hours to the North rim of the Grand Canyon. Once you step out on the main deck and take in the panoramic views, you will start to find excuses to stay behind and not go on the daily adventures. This home is the destination. Wide open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling glass, wrap-around wooden deck, and a gallery of windows showcasing the breathtaking surrounding red cliffs. Stepping off the large deck, you will find a stone path that leads to the cliff-side fire pit where you can enjoy stargazing and S'mores while you recount the tales of your day's adventures.

Inside, you will find large, richly appointed spaces, with a vaulted ceiling over the bright kitchen, dining, and living areas. The open kitchen boasts stunning granite countertops, a customized island, stainless farmhouse sink and stove, with ample space and amenities to please any cook. The laundry room contains a brand-new front-loading washer and 2 dryers as well as a half bathroom.

The master suite sits behind the kitchen, featuring a walk-in closet, custom lighting, a large 75 TV, and a private exit to the wrap-around porch. The spa-like private bathroom is off the master with a large soaking tub, separate toilet, double sink, and glass and marble tiled shower.
Just up the stairs, you will find an open loft area with a cozy L-shaped couch and large TV, as well as an office area perfect for remote working. There are also 2 twin beds. Two Queen bedrooms and a shared bathroom connect off the loft. The house comfortably sleeps 8 adults. We have 2 fold-out ottomans that are perfect for kids to increase the sleep number to 10.*** (See pictures in listing). Each bedroom features its own large TV as well as exits to the upper deck where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine while taking in the views of the white and coral cliffs of Orderville.

Cliffs Edge also has a 2-bedroom carriage home located above the detached garage. It is a separate rental that sleeps 4. Gorgeous rental very well done !!

We highly recommend if you are looking for a beautiful place to stay that has fantastic views ! The owners reached out during the stay to make sure all was well and if we needed anything. This is one if the Best rentals we have experienced in all our travels. Do your family a favor and BOOK IT !

Perfect location and beautiful home!

A beautiful, well appointed home with gorgeous views and comfortable gathering spaces, Cliff's Edge is located conveniently between Zion and Bryce with access to northern Arizona sites like Antelope Canyon. The back deck provided the perfect space for relaxing after days of hiking and the spacious kitchen anad dining spaces allowed for great fun, preparing and enjoying meals together. Folks from My Zion Vacation communicated with us to ensure that we had a safe arrival and provided a digital guidebook that provided not only detailed information about the property but also helpful information about the area. We traveled with 6 adults and found the home to be more than comfortable for our party and would highly recommend it for anyone interested in exploring this fabulous part of the country,

Amazing Home!

Loved everything about it!

I found Cliff's Edge and ended up planning our trip around its availability. It was worth it. They did all of the big things and little things right. The space is so open and cosy with absolutely amazing views. The kitchen has it all including ice packs and Tupperware for packing lunches, and olive oil and spices, without any clutter. The outdoor spaces were even better than pictured. We loved the hot tub and fire table but the lower fire ring might have been our favorite. It has an extra peaceful feel that achieved another level of tranquility. Combine the ideal space with super accommodating hosts and it's hard to beat. Oh yeah, there was one problem. There were so many wonderful places to explore that we didn't get to spend enough time in the house. Next time we need to stay longer. We were so impressed that I would happily try any of their properties.

Beautiful home in Orderville

Comfy 3 bed home with a pretty view off the deck. Very attentive hosts from a detailed welcome package to frequent contacts. Convenient location to Zion, Bryce, and Peek a boo Canyon in Kanab Just do a little planning on groceries ahead of time, which the hosts helped us with. A very nice kitchen and grill are available, and the Utah parks are amazing.

Great location, house, and view

Immaculate home with a beautiful view. Kitchen was very stocked, and the deck was a wonderful place to relax. Location was great and gave us a relatively short drive to Bryce and Zion. Owner's pictures were very accurate. Would recommend and look forward to maybe returning some day. Nice job.

Zion adventures

Amazing house with breathtaking views sunrise and sunset. Close to a small grocery store and dollar store that met all our family food needs. Adventured into Zion for the narrows and scouts landing. Bryce canyon had the most amazing views at sunset. UTV rides to Peekaboo Canyon and The Chambers with ROAM. Then great relaxing evenings at the house, roasting marshmallows, hot tub etc. Perfect stay! If we come back, we will definitely stay at Cliff’s Edge again.

Amazing Stay

This VRBO will not disappoint. They are very detailed, clean and willing to help with any need. The welcome book with local menus and things to do was a great touch. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay and would recommend it to anyone who was visiting Utahs many great parks.

What a view

The house is beautiful and clean and the view out the windows from the kitchen-living room-dining room and the deck is incredible. The beds were comfortable. The amenities were excellent. The water is hard so the shower heads get clogged, the ones in the primary bathroom wasn’t working well and the hosts changed them out right away. The hosts are very responsive. The location is perfect for visiting Zion National Park and Bryce Canyon National Park. We also used a local guide with Roam Outdoor Adventures in Orderville to do some canyoneering very close to the house.

Perfect Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cliff's Edge. The kids loved the foosball and plenty of tvs to watch their own shows. The master suite was comfortable and spacious. The beautiful kitchen and open area made it easy to relax together. We found everything we needed with no effort. There was a great view from the hot tub of both the valley below and the starlit sky above. Would definitely stay there again! We were visiting Orderville for a quick weekend as our daughter was married in Zion National Park. This home was the perfect place to prepare for and relax after the wedding!

Winter Stay in Zion

What a perfect place to stay for four days in Zion/Bryce!. The house was comfortable, with a nice gas fireplace, and plenty of space to spread out. The hot tub was nice after a long day of hiking. I would definitely stay again!

Utah Adventure

Beautiful house that exceeded our expectations for our family of 8! Extremely clean and well organized. Mattresses, bedding and pillows were all extremely comfortable. House is central location to Zion and Bryce. Our family enjoyed the outdoor seating, hot tub and fire pit, along w the spectacular views from the extensive deck. Highly recommend this lovely rental!

Great house and location!!!

The house was amazing and the location was great. Orderville is 5 minutes away. It has a coffee shop that has great breakfast and lunch. The Family Dollar has everything you need, including groceries. Kanab is only 25 minutes away for some great dining. The only negative, which has nothing to do with the house or the host is that I'm not sure they have noise restrictions at night in the neighborhood because the house across from us were outside partying way past 11. They could have taken it inside.

Perfect location for Exploring Southern Utah

First, I have to preface this by saying that the management group was extremely helpful and responsive. This property is not as advertised, it BETTER! Extremely clean, well organized, and full of amenities. I can't recommend this place enough! Stop looking at other properties and book this place today!

Touch the Utah skies

This property is absolutely as beautiful in the pictures as in person. The 360 degree views of mountains are amazing. It was CLEAN, warm feel, comfortable(especially the mattresses after long days of hiking), and the amenities were well taken care of and on the higher end. While the location was a little far from Vegas airport, it was very worth it. It puts you 30 minutes from Zion Park and exactly 1 hour from Bryce Canyon(which is a quick and simple drive). In the area was a couple other secret places to hike as well-within 5 minutes. I highly recommend renting this place- the communication was prompt and their guide book they created was the most helpful! Definitely grocery shop in St.George like they recommend before arriving!

Spring Break week

We had an incredible stay at this gorgeous house in Orderville! The house had an awesome view that we woke up to every morning. The house was incredibly clean, comfortable beds, beautiful decor and everything we needed in the kitchen. We made several meals during the week and enjoyed eating them at the large dining table while overlooking the mountains. It was a little too chilly for us to be out on the deck, and we weren't really at home enough to invest in the heater, although it looked very nice. We picked this house mostly because of its central location to Zion, Bryce, Kanab and Page, AZ. We spent most of our time out exploring the parks and sites and then enjoyed sitting by the fireplace at night while we ate dinner and relaxed. It was Heavenly!! Great communication with the owners, easy check in and out process and all-around great stay. We would absolutely recommend this place and would love to come back and stay again! Thanks!!

Amazing Vacation Rental

Our family loves this home - amazing views, excellent amenities! It snowed several of the days, it was a winter wonderland, so beautiful. We skied in Brian Head, did a Crimson canyon UTV hike, so cool! We will definitely be back in the spring to hike in Bryce and Zion.

Perfect spot for Bryce and Zion Adventures

We greatly enjoyed our stay in the home and highly recommend it to other families. It was a great spot to go into both east Zion and Bryce Canyon. There are also lots of other less busy places nearby we’d love to come back and explore.
