VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ON BOTH DOORS FOR SECURITY AND ADHERANCE.***No smoking in home. *** No non-service animals permitted***Beach is a 4 minute walk to elevator down to beach, and the road is inclined back up to the house. Onanda beach is a few minutes up the road via car, same lake with parking. This property has been described as a "slice of heaven"! We use this home and so does our family. Beach opens after Memorial Day, closed after Columbus day for season. **Sorry No animals allowed unless Dr notes our HOA prohibited***. This is a lovely 3 level updated townhome with lake views on every level- 2 full bathrooms and one half. This private unit has plenty to offer everyone and is family friendly, spacious and quiet. Just 10-15 MINUTES from Shopping, Towns. Bristol Mountain skiing (10 min away), water parks, breweries, wineries, marinas, kayaking, boating, CMAC and much more. There is always an event in nearby towns including the famous Naples Fest just minutes away, lifts at Bristol Mountain during Fall, skiing and snowboarding in Winter. There are water parks, beaches, fishing and boating in the Summer! The house has been updated with an equipped Kitchen, snacks, fresh water, coffee, tea, cocoa, full toiletries and linens. Plenty of outdoor/indoor games for the kids (or adult kids) Arcade gaming system, as well as scooters/Basketball/tennis/pickleball equipment for the outdoor Community Center, and life Jackets/noodles/towels, goggles, for the beach. We enjoyed the views and lake swimming at this property. The condo was very clean and in good shape; you could tell that the owner (who communicated well) cared about the property and her guests. The kitchen was rather small, which limited our cooking somewhat. Similarly, the second bedroom was a little cramped, but this condo worked well for us for the week. We enjoyed being able to have coffee on the deck, and the moonrises over the lake were beautiful.

Honestly I did not want to leave! I fell in love with the property. I love that it is walking distance to the beach and lake. Very clean rooms, had everything I needed. Very peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It was absolutely perfect and just what I needed. Looking forward to staying there again next year.
Sat out here every morning with my coffee listening to nature.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. It was the perfect place for our family to have enough space for the kids to be outdoors and play outside in the backyard and for us to enjoy the weather sitting on the patios. There were many thoughtful touches for guests that you don't typically see when traveling. The host was responsive and helpful with the few questions that we had. I would highly recommend for a peaceful retreat with beautiful views of the lake!

4th of July family getaway

Very comfortable & clean! 20 minutes from everything. A downhill & uphill walk to & from the beach but got used to it. There is shuttle service to & from the beach if you struggle with bad knees or back. People were very friendly. The property owner was very responsive to our inquiries. Would recommend this property to others.

Over 20 years of Staying at Various Owner Rentals we have to say without question that Leyla is at the top of owner ratings. Besides the Beautiful Location and Views, she provides all you ever need to enjoy your stay from beach gear, games, every kitchen appliance you will need, supplies and welcome goodies all the way down to more than enough hangers. (A frequent problem we encounter). The property is easily located, spotless providing comfy furniture and beds

Eye candy

Leyla’s place is all that’s advertised and more. Its three levels, its high ceilings give you plenty of room to stretch out and relax. Everything is provided for a comfortable, even luxurious, stay for any length.. The view of the lake is picture postcard worthy. With a touch of wild. On the two mornings we were there we saw deer grazing in the woods bordering the backyard lawn. And in one scintillating moment my wife spotted a red fox streaking through the grass.Leyla is an attentive host, quick to respond to any inquiry. You would like it here. But then, what’s not to like?

Beautiful condo with awesome view of lake.

There could have been some more pictures and a better description of condo. There is no lake access. I know it is winter but I would have liked to go there for a walk. Two pans and the toaster tray were dirty. Tub with shower were slippery due to liquid bath soap. Otherwise it was great. And I loved the view.

Quick getaway

We only had a few days to get away and this place was affordable and not far from where we live. It was very Quiet this time of year, which we really appreciated. Also, there was a small arcade game in the basement that I hadn’t known was there and our grandson had a blast with yhat!

Very Nice Place!!!

This was our second time at this rental. Very clean, great location - view of lake, surrounding hills... 3 floors, bedrooms on top, living room & kitchen in center, and playroom, outlet to back yard/barbecue, and washer/dryer on bottom. - 2 1/2 bathrooms one per floor. Range, dishwasher, full size fridge, seasonings, coffee maker, seasonings, dishes/pots/pans... TV programs were easy to use and good variety. We recommend it highly!!! And we shall return... Thanks so much!

DISAPPOINTING

The place was nice, spacious, and appeared to be everything we would need. However, our hosts charged us an extra fee ($75) for our "violations." We went above and beyond to clean everything before the 10:00 am deadline. All three bathrooms were cleaned and the garbage bags were collected by the door. With four adults from Thursday to Sunday, we committed the horrible sins of leaving food behind, using too many towels and moving an umbrella three feet. We have stayed in VRBO's before in PA and never had anything like this happen to us. This was our first VRBO in New York. I guess we will be going back to PA.

Wonderful home

Everything was wonderful and as advertised. The home was decorated beautifully with seasonal décor. They provide all instructions and directions to make your trip excellent. Absolutely gorgeous views. Wish we had a few more days to stay and enjoy! Guess we will have to plan to come back. We even had deer in yard. The owner was wonderful to work with and responded very quickly. They ensure their guests have a great experience by providing everything you could need. One of the cleanest, nicest homes we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful and Relaxing

My mother and I enjoyed a very relaxing few days exploring the Canandaigua area. The townhouse had everything we needed and was very clean cozy! Communication with Leyla was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend!

My Husband Phil and I are Business Professionals by day. We love nature, fine wines, the beach, and site seeing. The Finger Lakes are my true love! Customer Service is my specialty. I have thought of all the great amenities that I would love as a renter, to bring to you. We are new to this site, but not new to great customer service and putting others first! The views and area are breathtaking. Truly a mind, body and soul rejuvenation. We love it here and you will too!

Close to local wineries, breweries, hiking, shopping, water activities and boating. Minutes from Naples, Farmington and Canandaigua with tons to do and see for the whole family. This area is family, friends and couples friendly. Many great food venues, farms and historic sights to travel and see for all. ** Please note, beach opens after Memorial Day, Twin Beds in second room, are being replaced with a comfy Queen bed mid March 2023.

Private furnished beach area for swimming, Community Center; picnic grounds, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, as well as children's playground. Gorgeous lake and valley views of one of the finest finger lakes in upstate NY. Quiet, tranquil and peaceful area for Soul rejuvenation. : - )
