A 5BR Chandler family resort home made for family gatherings, group trips, kids’ weekends, and relaxing time together.

Sleeping Arrangements – 5 Bedrooms

- Primary Suite: King bed, desk, 55” TV, soaking tub, walk-in shower
- Junior Suite: Queen bed, 55” TV, ensuite bathroom
- Bedroom 3: Queen bed
- Bedroom 4: Two full beds
- Bedroom 5: Queen bed

All bedrooms include linens, charging cables, closets, and luggage racks.
All bathrooms include bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, makeup remover cloths, hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap.


Pool & Spa Information

* The pool is a family-friendly play pool measuring approximately 350 sq. ft. in surface area, with an approximately 80 ft. perimeter and a maximum depth of 5 ft.

Heating:

- Pool & Spa: $55/night
- Hot Tub Only: $15/night
- Request at least 48 hours before check-in

Hot Tub (Spa Mode):

Runs on-demand. Turn on using the control panel and switch back to Regular Mode when finished.

- Up to 101°F
- Heats in ~15–60 min (depending on starting water temperature)

The hot tub, waterslide, and waterfalls operate in separate modes and cannot run at the same time. Use the control panel to select your preferred feature.

Some photos were taken when water flow was shared between the slide and waterfall. Based on guest feedback, they now operate separately, providing stronger water flow on the slide for a more enjoyable ride.

Pet Rules:

No bathroom use anywhere in the backyard

Dogs are not allowed on beds

If dogs are on the couch, please use the provided throw blankets

Guests are responsible for all pet-related cleaning and any damage

Quiet Hours & Neighborhood

Located in a quiet and peaceful Chandler neighborhood.

Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.


No Smoking or Illegal Substances

Smoking or vaping is not allowed anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

Any evidence of smoking will result in a $700 additional deep cleaning fee.

Please also note that parties, events, and unregistered visitors are not permitted. Due to insurance requirements and city regulations, the number of people at the property may not exceed the number of guests included in your reservation.

Maintenance & Trash Collection

The pool and hot tub are professionally serviced twice a week (currently on Tuesdays and Fridays), and landscaping is maintained as needed.

Trash bins are moved on Mondays and Wednesdays.
