KITCHEN & DINING Chefs will love the newly remodeled kitchen, equipped with a large basin sink, drip coffee maker, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances – including a roomy French-door refrigerator. September rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Had a good time. Would like to add that central ac in living room needed to b cleaned out by a professal. as someone with severe breathing issues I would have felt much more at ease. I'm thinking this is why the unit may have been taped up by the previous tenants. otherwise the place was very clean and what I expected. Thanks so much.

Great stay - Old Orchard Beach

Overall great stay.. I would suggest a few things: 1) Some info at the house for guests - Garbage rules if any, things to do in the area, local shops / restaurants, etc. On our last day, after wondering if we needed to do anything before we left, we got an email on this. Knowing in advance would be great. 2) Maybe leave a few garbage bags, salt/pepper, etc. for guests. No guest staying for 3 to 4 days will likely buy these things. Just some simple feedback.

Will definitely book again !!

Perfect place for us to stay for our daughters wedding. Weather cleared up and we had a beautiful stay. House is bigger then we expected. So clean and had everything we needed. Easy access, tv in every room, ac in every room. Really the perfect house. Thank you for making the weekend even more perfect for us. 😊

Don't Miss This - This home is located one mile straight up the street from Ocean Park, a small village within Old Orchard Beach. From here, The beach is accessible through many different roads with beautiful boardwalks. There are several free parking spots still to be had....
Maybe a peaceful sunrise is perfectly what you need. Get up early and see the sky light up with color welcoming the day, or stay later and watch the sunset fade behind you.
The Ocean Park Soda Fountain and Variety Shoppe are classic Ocean Park history. Make sure to get some penny candy-style treats and then end with a wide range of flavors for ice cream. If you don't want ice cream then try their amazing raspberry lime rickey.
Guild Park is a beautiful, shady park (halfway between your house and the beach). The trails are open, wide, and flat. It is a perfect place to take a walk and bring your dog.
Be sure to set aside some time to visit Ocean Park and see why it really is an amazing place. It truly feels like you are in another world when you step into the town. It will transport you back in time with its history. It is fun to wander around the streets of the village and you will spend plenty of time relaxing on the beach.
