Wet Feet Retreat is a great place for lake fun with family or friends. Bring your own boat and tie it off at the dock or rent a boat from nearby Harbor Light Marina. Take the kayak or paddle board out for a spin or just relax and enjoy the lake from the dock. Kids and adults will enjoy lounging on the floating pad. Play cornhole, relax in a hammock, or gather around the backyard firepit. The home is on the main channel of the Tugaloo with great views from the dock, including the popular jumping rock just across the lake. Gather in the large kitchen/den area upstairs, or veg out in the TV room downstairs. Foxwood Hills pool and common area are a very short drive. Sumter National Forest, Andrew Pickens District, as well as Oconee State Park, both with several hikes and many outdoor activities, are less than 45 minutes away. Memorial Stadium (Clemson) is 35 minutes away. Wet Feet Retreat is a place to make lasting memories with the people you love.

Very peaceful location

Wonderful weekend getaway

The owners were great to work with and the property was perfect. It was very clean and nice. We had plenty if space for us all. I highly recommend this property!

Wonderful retreat

Wonderfully clean and comfortable property. Great mattresses, large clean bathrooms, lots of comfortable space. Access to the lake and use of a kayak, paddle board, and swimming toys. Will definitely suggest anyone come stay here for a wonderful getaway.

Awesome house

This property was amazing. It was clean and very organized. The lake has so much to do all day. The drive way is a bit steep but you can park up on the street.

Great set up for large group

We really enjoyed our stay. We had a large family group. The downstairs common area was great for the kids and teens to watch movies and play games.

Family lake vacay

My family had a wonderful stay at Wet Feet Retreat. Very clean, amenities were excellent. Beautiful part of the lake. Mr. Roberts was very easy to work with and made our stay very enjoyable. Look forward to staying here again next summer.

Great Vacation

We visited from PA to take our son bass fishing for his birthday. The house was the perfect location for the boat we chartered to pick us up right from the dock. The house was clean and well equipped for the long weekend. The property manager was extremely responsive and helpful with questions in advance of our arrival. I would stay here again!

Overall experience

The house is beautiful and spacious, very clean and all areas of the house are accessible even the garage. The driveway is a bit steep and I missed having TVs in the bedrooms but overall we had a great time relaxing on the lake.

Great Lake getaway!

We enjoyed our stay! Everything you need is available at the lake house! It has a beautiful view, the comfiest beds, and complete silence except nature! So much room available! Beautifully decorated! I highly recommend eating at The Attic in Clarksville! Delicious! Great place to get away from it all!!

We Had a great stay at Wet Feet Retreat

We very much enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. We had our daughter’s 16 Birthday while we were there she had so much fun with friends at the lake the dock was beautiful and the was a good supply of chairs and floats for all! The house was very clean a spacious we had 7 people and there was plenty of room for more the kitchen was well stocked with cook wear. We had a great time and will definitely rent again.

Plenty of room and amenities

Plenty of room for a family. Alot of things to do inside and out. Lake toys, house games, enough room to stretch out and relax for everyone. Pretty clean. Neighbors friendly. Host communication was A1. Only one con. The drive way is very steep. Nothing the owner can do about that. Enjoyed our stay.

Quiet, peaceful and relaxing!

The house/property was very clean and very comfortable. Great communication with host before, during and after our stay. Bonus amenities with neighborhood pool, pickle ball courts. Personal use for kayak and paddleboard and swim platform, kids loved paddleboarding for the first time! We rented a boat and it was very easy to dock it at the large boat dock. We love lake hartwell, now we have found a house and accommodations we love just as much! Thank you Roberts Family for sharing your property!

Perfect Lake Vacation Home

Such a great space for our holiday. The beds were comfy. A fun bunk room for the kiddos. Ample space in the bedrooms with queen beds for a pack-n-play if needed. Great water pressure and temperature. The kitchen is stocked -- and even has tupperware! Great fridge space too. Swimming from the dock was just perfect. We also rented a boat from Harbor Light Marina which was an easy 20 min boat ride to the house. This is a relatively calm part of the lake which was lovely. All around great experience.

Lovely lakeside home.

I only have positive things to say about Wet Feet Retreat. We felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Everything was just as described, and then some. There were beach towels, an iron, life jackets, and lots of lake floaties! The driveway is a bit steep for walking up and down, but that's not really a concern as the garage is very large with driveway space for another car. We were provided with clear info on the workings of the house and dock. A helpful check list made sure we didn't miss anything before leaving. The owner quickly responded to any questions we had. It was a 5 star stay.

Fun 4 Days

My wife and I take my 3 daughters, their husbands and 5 grandkids to the lake each summer. This house worked well for us, plenty of room, the dock and lake toys were great for the kids. We launched our boat at the dock near the house and tied up at the dock. Perfect! David was a good host, checked on us but didn’t badger. I would recommend this house.

Great house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Easy access to the lake and a great community pool. The house was very clean and the host provided a great supply of water toys, games, etc for our entertainment. Highly recommend!

Beautiful relaxing stay

This home exceeded expectations. Everything you need for our multi family stay. House is set up in the trees overlooking the lake. Beautiful clear water with lots of dock space and tons of lake toys to play with. Fun spaces to play cards or board games upstairs. Fully renovated basement with “TV room” that our teens enjoyed as a personal movie theatre. Everything need to cook for a big bunch. Would definitely book again.

We are the parents of 4 kids and 1 grandchild, married for 30+ years, living in the Atlanta area. This lake house is our fun getaway for quality time with the kids.

Our number one criteria when we were shopping was -- good water. We loved this place because of its location on the main lake with great views and lower traffic than other parts of the lake. The jumping rock across the lake was a nice bonus.

Our recent basement remodel makes the home itself very attractive and a ton of fun. The dock is well stocked with lake toys including a floating platform. We have two nice TV's (upstairs and down) for streaming and plenty of board games for the occasional rainy day. The neighborhood pool is very nice and just a short drive away.
