Loved every second of our stay here! The property is absolutely gorgeous, especially being here with the peak fall leaves! We definitely hope to come back in the future.

Place was very clean. There are labels to help with each light switch, etc. Thoughtful items such as lotion, lights on stairs, good window coverings. We would stay again.

Great cottage and location

This was an amazing place to stay! So comfy, close enough to do whatever you wanted to in town, but far enough away to have some privacy. We loved every aspect of staying here. The owners really put a lot of thought and care into what experience they wanted for their customers. Would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing time visiting bayfield for the first time. The cottage was in the perfect location just minutes from Bayfield. The property is tucked back in the woods with beautiful landscaping and a cozy fire pit area. The cottage is kept very clean and stocked with many amenities. I like to be able to cook meals when we are away and the kitchen was surprisingly stocked with several spices, olive oil, tin foil, baggies etc. it also was stocked with several bags of coffee to pick from. We enjoyed hiking, kayaking the caves, shopping and restaurants all very close to the cottage. Our favorite day was a full day over on Madeline island. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. Chris was very quick to respond and communicated very well. I would definitely visit bayfield again and would love to stay at the cottage or the main cabin again. Thank you!

Family Vacation

Everything was great. Accommodations were fabulous and there were great added touches. We enjoyed our stay. The location was close to Bayfield and easy to get to.

Beautiful, comfortable, clean and well thought out accommodations. Amazing home-made jam! We had a great time and appreciated all the comforts and cool touches that made out stay special.

Relaxing Getaway

What a perfect way to spend a September weekend. This property was conveniently located and offered the perfect space for our small family to relax and unwind while also taking in the sights of beautiful Bayfield and surrounding areas.

Lovely property in a great location

This was a perfect location for our family. It is close to Bayfield and not too far from Cornucopia (where the company we selected for a kayak was located) or Meyers Beach (kayak launch and hiking). The host left great instructions and the property was clean and had everything we needed.

Cozy cottage in the woods

We loved our stay! Our hosts were very communicative and the place is just as it looks in the pictures. Very close to town but it feels like you're miles away from the rest of the world. It has everything you need for a great stay. You won't be disappointed in the least!

My friends and I had the most wonderful girls weekend here! It was so neat and clean, there were labels and thoughtful instructions for everything, and even when we got locked out at 10 PM, we were able to call and get immediate assistance! Lots of windows and natural light, with views of the beautiful winter forest surrounding the property. Just a short drive to Bayfield, and we were able to pick up wine and ingredients for a yummy charcuterie board to go with the adorable complimentary jam we were welcomed with! Thank you so much for our magical stay!

Long weekend getaway

Celebrated a birthday and explored the area. House was clean, very well set up with everything we would need, quality soaps and lotions, and host was readily available and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

Great Location

Chris was wonderful at communication and making sure we had everything for a wonderful vacation which made the trip perfect. The location is great as it's close to the ferry to Madeline and all the Apostle Islands has to offer. Definitely recommend. Also, the unit was spotless which I really appreciate and they even gifted a jar of local jam upon arrival. Thank you!

Retreat

Relaxing and Peaceful! The cabin was filled with everything you could need, very clean and well organized.The property is tucked away in your own enchanted forest, but within minutes shops, restaurants and activities. We highly recommend it, you wont be disappointed.

Immaculate, comfortable and just like the pictures. Every detail was thought out. The weather prevented us from going out to see the islands, but we had a great time anyway because the cottage was "just right."

Bayfield Visit

The location was a few miles from Bayfield making it very convenient but allowing for privacy and relaxation from the busy town life. It was also an easy drive to the other side of the peninsula. Although the property is shared by another cabin the drive is large enough that it still felt like its own place. The beds were comfortable and the house was stocked with more than I ever realized. It was very nice to have so much included and not need to pack as much for the trip!
