IT'S A SMALL STUDIO! IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WHO HAVE A SMALL BUDGET AND WANT TO BE WELL LOCATED. THE PHOTOS CORRESPOND WELL TO REALITY. IDEALLY FOR 2 PEOPLE BUT LIMITED FOR 4 PEOPLE.
I live in Asia and I rarely come back here, it's a concierge service that manages the inventory of fixtures (cleaning and maintenance), I manage communication.

Ideally located halfway between the Gare Montparnasse, the Eiffel Tower and the Invalides, come and stay in this mini duplex studio. At the crossroads of the main avenues, the location of this
studio is ideal for visiting Paris and its great monuments. The 15th arrondissement of Paris is also a cultural area with a rich heritage. Sightseeing, gastronomy and daydreaming are just a few steps away.

The accommodation:
Enjoy the Parisian sweetness in this well-equipped and comfortable mini duplex, in the heart of Paris and a stone's throw from excellent French restaurants and the Eiffel Tower. A comfortable double bed made of memory foam (from the brand < Literie de Paris > from the hotel range with a refined aesthetic offers a thermo-regulated progressive cocooning welcome and a 7-zone differentiated firm support) in a bedroom upstairs that is both spacious and modern and a small bathroom downstairs. You also have access to an ultra-full kitchen, a dining area and a small cocooning living room on the theme of Disney Magic with a sofa that can accommodate 2 more people for a unique and economical experience in this city of Paris where the cost of living is very expensive. For smokers, you can enjoy the terrace.


This nice and bright studio is the perfect place for YOUR holidays in the heart of Paris! You just have to take a metro or a bus to get to the most beautiful places in Paris such as the Arc de Triomphe, the Louvre etc. Do not book if you plan to complain after your visit about the size of the accommodation in the comments because I warned several times that it is a studio :) Flexible CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT

(Please note that the decoration of the interior room may vary depending on your arrival date for a question of hygiene and comfort, I have prepared bed linen from the Beverly Hills Polo Club brand. You will feel good in these quality sheets)

The Dark Kitchen (our neighbors) can make noise between 08:30 and midnight. It's not often but I prefer to warn :) I'll offer you earplugs

Great Location, Comfortable Stay

The apartment was exactly what I needed for my stay in Paris. Perfectly located — just a 3-minute walk to the metro and within easy walking distance of the Eiffel Tower. The place is warm and cozy, with everything you need for a short stay. Sound insulation isn’t the best, so if you’re a light sleeper, bring earplugs — worked perfectly for me. Also, I'd recommend bringing your own towels. Other than that, it was spot on. Would definitely stay again.

Do not stay here if you want to get scammed!

I booked this stay months in advance before my trip. I had a bad gut feeling about this place since there wasn’t a lot of reviews. Once I got to the stay at the code for the key box wasn’t working so I messaged the owner. She said since it wasn’t working she would refund me for the night if I found a new hotel. I got there late so all of the hotels in the area were booked. It took 2hrs to find a new hotel and the owner the next day said she wouldn’t refund us since there was “nothing wrong with the key box”. I gave up on this place and just booked a completely new place since she wasn’t reliable at all. Save your money and find a much better place!

Je déconseille cette personne à tous les Hôtes. Elle a essayé de m'arnaquer. Elle a voulu faire son check in 2 jours plus tard sans prévenir. Une fois arrivée sur place à 1h du matin, elle me dit que la boite a clé ne s'ouvre pas. Le lendemain j'ai envoyé mon pere verifier et la boite à clé fonctionnait normalement. J'ai proposé à la fille de récupérer les clés en personne. Elle a refusé et j'ai appris que plus tard elle est revenu tenter de recuperer les clés dans la boîte à clé mais les clés n'y étaient plus par sécurité. Elle m'a demandé un remboursement total alors que dans mon règlement c'est écrit pas de remboursement possible. Je lui avais proposé de rembourser sa première nuit (son arrivée) si la boite avait un problème mais vu que c'est de sa faute je n'ai pas remboursé car c'est un check in vraiment facile à faire meme un enfant pourrait faire ca

Just about all the reviews for this apartment are accurate - that is to say, it's perfect for some, terrible for others. If you are like me who only need a bed and a shower at the cheapest possible rate, it's great. Others should be warned - this place should not be booked for more than two people. It's listed as sleeping four, which technically is possible, but it's hard to imagine four people simply standing in this one very small room (the bed is a loft up a ladder, and the couch is where the other two presumably sleep). The room, which includes the kitchen, is maybe 8x12 feet. The bathroom is so small that one cannot sit on the toilet except sideways, or have the door wide open. The entire place is as tidy as is possible, I suppose, considering the amount of stuff crammed into every corner - all the host's clothing, copious disney knickknacks and, yes, there is a neon sign on the wall. One gets the strong sense of living in a teenage girl's bedroom, which as a middle aged dude was slightly unnerving.On the plus side, the host always answered my texts promptly and was very friendly and open, and even messaged once to make sure everything was fine the day I arrived. The shower was hot with good pressure, the few appliances I used all worked (though there were some basics missing from the kitchen - no frying pan, very limited glassware and plates, and yes, the glasses and single bowl were all disney themed). The white tile floor is in need of professional cleaning.

The property is so small it was a disappointment There are 1 adult 2 seniors and 1 child The living floor area/kitchen is 2x4 meters. The bathroom was a disaster. One has to sit sideways to use the small toilet bowl ,since the distance between the bowl and the door us only 7 inches. The shower area is small too but it has shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The main bed is a queen sized mattress on the floor at the messanine level accessed through a woodrn ladder. The 2 seniors were afraid to use the ladder for fear if falling down. They also would gave difficulty with the mattress on the floor. They ended us eith one sleeping on the sofa downstairs sbd the other one using the slim and thin green mattress on the tiled floor. The space at back of the sofa was filled with stuff in bags. There was only one sofa cover. We had to look for pillows and no cover for the slim thin mattressThe living area was so small that moving about was difficult. Only one person at a time could open her suitcase because of the space.The kitchen stove did not work. The cutlery was just in baskets not in drawers. Aceptable si sabes que te vas a encontrar y no eres muy escrupuloso. Es un estudio muy pequeño, como máximo para 2 adultos y un niño. El lavabo es muy pequeño e incómodo ya que no hay espacio para moverse. Además el estudio está lleno de cosas personales de la propietaria y no hay espacio para dejar las cosas de los huéspedes. Creo que mejoraría mucho si no hubiera tantas cosas y hubiera espacio para los huéspedes. Tambien cambiaria el sofá cama por uno más moderno, menos aparatoso y que ocupe poco espacio. El estudio estaba límpio y las sábanas y toallas estaban limpias. La nevera tenia cosas y no estaba limpia. Vaciaria de cosas los armarios de la cocina y pondria mas platos y vasos y una sartén. La ubicación és muy buena ya que tienes transporte público muy cerca (metro y bus) y la torre Eiffel a 10 min caminando. El barrio es agradable, animado y lleno de locales comerciales, bares y restaurantes. Quiero que mi comentario sea constructivo, ya que Limy fue muy amable en todo momento y creo que el estudio tiene potencial de mejora cambiando estas 4 cosas.Muchas gracias.

La habitacion es 100% tal cual se ven en las fotos, el lugar muy calido y acojedor, tiene todo lo que necesitas para pasarla bien, el baño esta muy limpio y siempre con agua caliente el barrio maravilloso a 7 minutos caminando a la torre Eiffiel, nunca use transporte publico para ir a todos los lugar y puntos turisticos,en la esquina tienen 1 Mc Donald y un super Monoprix, llegue al aeropuerto de Orly y hasta la puerta del alojamiento en una Vans me salio UD35, me convenia ya que el metro sale 13 cada uno, toda la familia encantada con la reserva. volveria a reservar el proximo año 2026

Estudio pequeño muy cuidado y con todo lo necesario y más, ideal para parejas en una ubicación excelente (Torre Eiffel muy cerca andando pero estando en una zona tranquila con varios restaurantes, supermercados y pastelerías cerca y el metro al ladito). Nos encontramos con un mercado estupendo el domingo junto al metro

Appartement situé au rdc, à 2 minutes du métro et 15 minutes à pied de la tour eiffel, restaurants et magasins à proximité (monoprix).Il correspond à la description faite par la propriétaire.Les indications à l'arrivée étaient faciles et l' immeuble est très sécurisé : 2 codes d'accès à l'entrée et porte de l'appartement qui s'ouvre uniquement avec la clé.Séjour agréable
