This condo is in the M building of the Villas on the Gulf Complex (requires stairs). Villas on the Gulf is one of Pensacola Beach's most affordable and easiest beachside communities. It features a paved and boardwalk approach to the beautiful emerald waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico complete with an outdoor shower, a community pool, and well maintained fresh water lagoons where ducks, fish, and turtles are regularly seen. It is closely located (1 mile) to Pensacola Beach's many dining and entertainment options to round a perfect vacation.

Pensacola Beach is known for its sugar white sand, turquoise waters and amazing beach culture! Bars and restaurants are less than 5 mins away and keep an eye out for the occasional Navy Blue Angels flyover!

Right on the Beach

Enjoyed our stay right on the beach. Whether we hanging out on the beach or just staying in the shade on the balcony, it was beautiful. Close to all the all the fun and food in town. Hade a great time.

The perfect getaway

This property is a perfect beach condo. The location is just steps from the Gulf of America. The two bedroom condo is well stocked with everything you need. It’s not a luxury property but very comfortable. I would recommend the property and be glad to return in the future.

Loved our vacation!

We had a great little girl’s trip with my daughters and a couple of friends. The location was perfect, super clean condo and perfect for our group! We hope to stay again in the future!

Everything met our expectations. However, units need better directions and building signs. We arrived after dark and had a very, very difficult time locating out unit.

We had our girls trip at this location and we were all very pleased.The location was great!The view was gorgeous and the beach never had many other vacationers on it.It was a quiet peaceful location.Great vacation!

Enjoyed the stay, the beach was easy access. The beach was beautiful, food was great. If I could change one thing I would have stayed longer. The condo offer everything we needed and the balcony view was our favorite.

Great beach access and view

Property has a beautiful beach front view off the balcony. Beach access is very close. Nice open floor plan and kitchen. Only issue was the second bedroom seemed a bit smaller than pictured. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Front

The condo was clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The view incredible. It was nice to sit out on the deck in the rain and watch the ocean and relax. The only downside was leaving- of course but also the upstairs occupants were sooooo loud. Thought they might be bowling up there We did not spend a huge amount of time in the condo so it did not bother our rest or relaxation.

Fantastic

Beautiful views, lots to do. The unit was fully equipped with everything we needed. My kids enjoyed searching for shells and hunting for crabs at night. We hope to return next summer.

All we could have asked for!!

The place was spotless, was literally right on the beach, and the sleeping arrangements were so comfy!!!! We found this place and booked it in one day so I was worried of what we might be getting but we couldn’t have stayed anywhere any better!!!!! We will be back! It was wonderful!!! And our teens had a wonderful time!!!

Great Condo

We had a great stay at this condo. We loved how nice the place was and how well stocked with kitchen utensils and towels. If you are the kind of family/person who doesn't take lots of stuff down to the beach this would best for you. We had to keep our beach tent/wagon/chairs inside the condo as thwre was not

Pensacola Beach

This property was wonderful. Will definitely stay here again. Property management was great as well. Only suggestion would be to maybe provide more info on what to expect regarding the check in process. Once the info was received, it was accurate and helpful. We were just anxious to not have the info until about 24 hours before scheduled to arrive. Possibly a note or something early in the process to say "here is what to expect....." If something was provided like that, I never saw it. Overall, a great experience!!!

Can’t beat the view!

The condo was great for our week in Pensacola Beach. Condo was clean and had just about everything needed for food preparation. The whimsical coffee mugs were fun. There was also a regular coffee maker as well as a Keurig. The view from the balcony were spectacular!! We spent a lot of time out there. You won’t go wrong with this condo. Hope to be back next year 😃

My stay

The condo smelled musty and the floor was dirty. This condo was a beach condo yet there were no beach chairs or beach towels. There were only two hangers in one bedroom. The grounds and pool need some TLC.

Great stay for Blue Angels

This condo was the perfect fit for my little family of 4 and my parents! It was nice and clean upon our arrival, had a very well stocked kitchen and all the comforts of home. If we had to complain about one thing, it would be the AC unit. We hardly ever had the doors open, but it seemed to have trouble keeping up and caused the unit to feel and smell damp. The AC kept giving an alert that there was high humidity in the unit and at night we all got hot and sweaty. It would be worth the owner looking into as it could be a deal breaker for some. Overall, it was a great stay and we would book again. :)
